...and the answer is: not yet, but she shall shortly for sure !

I'm about to hear her in confession, then she'll probably have tasks to do as penitence. After which I shall resign and name her.

Thanks to an intervention from Rome (Ooc aka Choup), I am now bishop of Killaloe.
In order to help Inis I just named myself priest of the town.

Latest (and last) update: I posted a description of the problem on 'forum 1/Je ne comprends pas' and I was named bishop of Killaloe immediately...

Maybe we could try and do the same next time there ...
