I already have my coat of arms, but I would need to correctly incorporate the insignia of the Papal nobility into it.

Hádramašmátrá entered the building of the Pontifical Heraldic College and, upon spotting a person in the hall who appeared to be receiving requests for coat of arms modifications, greeted them.
"Good day. Some time ago, I visited your office with a request for a modification to my coat of arms, but that was still in the adjacent room. I am Hádramašmátrá, Bishop of Olomouc. His Holiness appointed me Baroness Palatine of St. John Lateran (in French: Baronne Palatine de Saint-Jean de Latran) on June 29, 1471. I am a noble of the senatorial order. Here I submit my appointment document and here I refer to the nobility register in which I am listed. And here are my original episcopal coats of arms (the large and the small one):"
 
"I would like to ask you to modify the coat of arms according to the requirements of Canon Law. When I was here last, the modifications to the coat of arms were carried out by the Magister Palatii, but he created it like this."
 
"While this fulfilled my request, it deformed the overall appearance of the symbols in the other four fields. I noticed that His Eminence Cardinal Endymion has a blue field with keys placed in the upper left corner of his coat of arms."
"It therefore occurred to me whether it would be possible to ask you to place the blue field with the keys in the center of my coat of arms so that it does not deform the symbols in the other green and red fields:"
"Since I am not skilled in heraldic modifications, I only created a very imperfect design and I would need you to properly fine-tune that blue field with the keys to the center and to border the blue field. Here is my design.
Would that be possible?"
