On the latae sententiae excommunication of Eden Blue Freedom de Nivellus de Sparte et de Valence
We, the Cardinals of the Holy Aristotelian, Universal and Roman Church, united within our Sacred College, proclaim the following under the light of the Saints and Prophets and by the grace of the Most High and His Holiness Sixtus IV.
With the certainty of defending the guardians of divine truth, we are compelled, in accordance with our decree on the latae sententiae excommunication of Pie de Valence, to unfold the consequences contained therein.
| Citation: | | Let every faithful soul know that whoever follows Pie de Valence is likewise latae sententiae excommunicated and destined to suffer eternally in Hell. |
In view of the declarations and decisions made in recent days by the aforementioned Eden Blue Freedom, and in response to the excommunication of Pie de Valence, Eden Blue Freedom de Nivellus de Sparte et de Valence [Eden.blue.Freedom] is recognized, according to the following canons, as excommunicated latae sententiae.
| Citation: | Can. 10: The pronouncement of an excommunication has as its cause a serious and persistent action contrary to the Dogma, the Doctrine and Canon Law, as well as a hostile and rebellious attitude against ecclesiastical authority.
Can. 11: The pronouncement of an excommunication is the exclusive prerogative of the Supreme Pontiff and the Cardinals.
Can. 17: The excommunication excludes the faulty person from the Communion of Saints and Aristotelian Friendship. They are thus deprived of Mass and the sacraments, cannot enter or be buried in a sacred place and cannot attain the Solar Paradise.
Can. 20: The latae sententiae excommunication can only be pronounced for schismatic actions, aggression against the Supreme Pontiff or any crime for which it is prescribed. |
By virtue of this decree, Eden Blue Freedom de Nivellus de Sparte et de Valence loses the privileges granted to her as an orthodox faithful. She is henceforth merely a faithful.
Her enrollment at the Pontifical University is revoked with immediate effect.
All activities of Eden Blue Freedom de Nivellus de Sparte et de Valence within and outside the Papal States in the name of the Holy Mother Church are suspended with immediate effect.
She is now listed on the Index Hominum Prohibitorum.
Lastly, the Sacred College issues a warning to all the faithful:
| Citation: | | Can. 19: Furthermore, in order to ensure orthodoxy and harmony within the Aristotelian community, each faithful is obliged to avoid the excommunicated person and to deny them any help, be it material or moral. |
The perfidy and cruelty of the Nameless One often find a way to corrupt the best intentions and feelings of human beings. This is particularly painful when, as a result, children, friends, and spouses forget that true love and devotion are not expressed by following our loved ones into error, but rather by the courage to lead them back to the right path.
The Church therefore recalls, with sorrow and hope, that those who follow the excommunicated ones themselves embark on the path of error and place themselves outside the Aristotelian community.
The Church holds out open arms to welcome those who have the courage to turn their backs on the Nameless One and return to Aristotelian Friendship.
In accordance with this order, the Papal Chancellery and the Pontifical University are instructed to enforce the terms of the order with immediate effect.
Given in Rome, on the 5th of December in the Year of Grace MCDLXXIII, the VIIth of the Pontificate of His Holiness Sixtus IV and the Vth of the Era of the Restoration of Faith

Sur l’excommunication latae sententiae d’Eden Blue Freedom de Nivellus de Sparte et de Valence
Nous, les Cardinaux de la Sainte Église Aristotélicienne, Universelle et Romaine, unis en notre Sacré Collège, proclamons ce qui suit à la lumière des Saints et des Prophètes et par la grâce du Très-Haut et de Sa Sainteté Sixte IV.
Dans la certitude de défendre les gardiens de la vérité divine, nous sommes tenus, conformément à notre décret sur l’excommunication latae sententiae de Pie de Valence, d’en déployer les conséquences qui y sont contenues.

Au vu des déclarations et décisions prises ces derniers jours par la susnommée Eden Blue Freedom, et en réponse à l’excommunication de Pie de Valence, Eden Blue Freedom de Nivellus de Sparte et de Valence [Eden.blue.Freedom] est reconnue, selon les canons ci-après, comme excommuniée latae sententiae.
| Citation: | Can. 10 : Le prononcé d’une excommunication a pour cause une action grave et persistante, contraire au Dogme, à la Doctrine et au Droit canon, ainsi qu’une attitude hostile et rebelle à l’autorité ecclésiastique.
Can. 11 : Le prononcé d’une excommunication est la prérogative exclusive du Souverain Pontife et des Cardinaux.
Can. 17 : L’excommunication exclut la personne fautive de la Communion des Saints et de l’Amitié aristotélicienne. Elle est dès lors privée de la messe et des sacrements, ne peut entrer ni être ensevelie dans un lieu sacré, et ne peut atteindre le Paradis Solaire.
Can. 20 : L’excommunication latae sententiae ne peut être prononcée que pour des actions schismatiques, une agression contre le Souverain Pontife ou tout crime auquel elle est prescrite. |
En vertu de ce décret, Eden Blue Freedom de Nivellus de Sparte et de Valence perd les privilèges qui lui avaient été accordés en tant que fidèle orthodoxe. Elle n’est désormais plus qu’une fidèle.
Son inscription à l’Université Pontificale est révoquée avec effet immédiat.
Toutes les activités d’Eden Blue Freedom de Nivellus de Sparte et de Valence, au sein et hors des États Pontificaux, au nom de la Sainte Mère l’Église, sont suspendues avec effet immédiat.
Elle est désormais inscrite à l’Index Hominum Prohibitorum.
Enfin, le Sacré Collège adresse un avertissement à tous les fidèles :

La perfidie et la cruauté du Sans-Nom trouvent souvent le moyen de corrompre les meilleures intentions et les sentiments des êtres humains. Cela est particulièrement douloureux lorsque, pour cette raison, enfants, amis et époux oublient que le véritable amour et la véritable dévotion ne consistent pas à suivre nos proches dans l’erreur, mais à avoir le courage de les ramener sur la voie droite.
L’Église rappelle donc, dans la douleur et l’espérance, que ceux qui suivent les excommuniés s’engagent eux-mêmes sur le chemin de l’erreur et se placent en dehors de la communauté aristotélicienne.
L’Église tend les bras pour accueillir ceux qui auront le courage de tourner le dos au Sans-Nom et de revenir à l’Amitié aristotélicienne.
Conformément à cet ordre, la Chancellerie pontificale et l’Université Pontificale sont chargées d’en appliquer les dispositions avec effet immédiat.
