I would certainly be glad to have you in Clifton, but would not think it best to snatch away all the talented ministers for my own area.

And as for the previous uncertainty of if you can be both a lay canon and archdeaconess and lay canon, its not as uncertain as I had thought. It seems I previously had an older revision of the canon law. In the current revision, The deaconate is considered a secondary office. So I no longer have concerns and am very glad to have you serve in both positions.
