Thanks to an intervention from Rome (Ooc aka Choup), I am now bishop of Killaloe.
In order to help Inis I just named myself priest of the town.

This is to solemnly propose Funmath as Sacristan Deacon of the parish of Inis (diocese of Killaloe).
Here's the message I posted on Inis forum:

I accepted to temporarily become your priest as well, so that you'd have masses and joy in your hearts 
Now what does it mean to be a Sacristan Deacon ?
First, it means that a non-cleric can act as a curate in a specific parish, if there's no ordinated priest to fill the office. The Sacristan Deacon has to be a theologist though. Funmath meets the requirements, and she has already been a Sacristan Deacon before.
I shall then hear her confession and once she has completed her penitence I'll name her. She shall then be fully allowed to perform baptisms, weddings, and funerals in the name of the Universal Roman and Aristotelian Church.
However it must be remembered that her position is temporary, and shall be terminated if a theologian willing to be ordinated steps forward. |
