We, Monseigneur Martin_Tamarre de Nivellus, Prefect of the Office of the Great Chamberlain, before the Highest Above and under the sight of Aristote,
Proclaim a recruitment campaign to the charge of Consul of the Office of the Great Chamberlain in almost all Counties and Duchies throughout the Kingdoms. Appliants are to present themselves to this Office in Rome (http://rome.lesroyaumes.com/viewforum.php?f=280).
They must observe this extract from the Office of the Great Chamberlain's statute entirely available for consultation here: (http://rome.lesroyaumes.com/viewtopic.php?t=20851).
| Citation: | V - The Consuls
The Office of the Great Chamberlain is competent in founding deconcentrated establishments placed under a Consul's administration.
The Consuls are freely named and revoked by the Prefect.
The Consuls are freely able to chose trustworthy collaborators to assist them in carrying out their missions, which mostly consist in augmenting, distributing and ensuring the safekeeping of the funds placed under their guard.
They also must ensure its immediate availability for a good administration of the Office's missions.
The Consuls take oath upon the Book of Virtues, to always preserve intact their integrity, under threat of loosing all charges and dignities conferred by the holy roman church, and of being brought before the courts of inquisition.
The Consuls are placed under the Prefect's and their tutelary vice-Prefects's direct authority. |

| Citation: | I - Presentation
The OGC, standing for Office of the Great Chamberlain, is a Roman Office which endeavours to organize and manage the charitable activities of the Holy Aristotelian Church.
It's first objective is to ensure relief to the needies, by constituing and distribunting a currency and marchandise based fund.
The OGC will also be able to concede low-rate loans to members of the clergy whose desire it is to begin studies in theology, provided it follows the procedure as described in annex to the present Statute.
The OGC will also be able to provide subsidies to members of the Clergy, to Religious Military Orders, Sacred Armies and Episcopal Guards, relieving them of some spendings inherent to their mission.
The OGC is placed under the authority of the Papal Chancellery.

As complement of his responsability as Consul, the appliant will be eligible to assist the Prefect in his function of director of the OGC in the linguistic zone for which he has been affected, in strict observance of the statute of the said Office and in the case this charge is unoccupied.
