The Cardinals have the right of veto on any decision taken by a member of the Clergy, save the Pope.
The Cardinals have the keys, and right of viewing, for all the buildings of Rome.

The title of Cardinal does not prohibit any office plurality with another duty in the Secular or Regular Clergy"

"We, Alexander III de 'Montemayor Borgia, Camerlengo of Holy Roman Church, on behalf of our Holy Father Pope Innocent VIII, at the behest of the eminent cardinals gathered in the sacred college,
We nominate for the office of Cardinal National Suffragant for the Spanish Concistory"

He paused and pulled the chamberlain of the new cardinal from the ground and placed the cardinal's hat on his head and gave him the ring.



He smiled the chamberlain after delivery symbolically and patted the face of the cardinal sign of blessing.

After speaking the credo, the Camerlengo had remined them about their dutys as Cardinals. Then at first Liandross has been called forward. After receiving his hat and the ring, suddendly a man had stood up and screamed something in the direction of the new Cardinal. Ysabet had a scare and she even trembled after the man had been removed. It was a holy ceremony, but nothing should be able to interrupt it. And they continued one as if notheing had happened, which was how it should be.
After lisandross, Sylarnash had been called forward and now now it was here time.
Ysabet rose slowly and walked forward to the Camerlengo. Her knees were week, the way seemed endless, but then she stood before him and kneeled. It was her time now and it seemed like a dream. She could not believe it. Her, her a Cardinal. Who would have thought it.
