Appello alla Candidatura per Arcivescovo Metropolita di Pisa.
A nome del Concilio Episcopale del Santo Impero, noi, N.Em. mons. Fabio Degli Scalzi, vice-primate italofono del C.E.S.E., facciamo annuncio:
dell'apertura del deposito di candidature per il posto d'Arcivescovo Metropolita di Pisa e ciò per una durata di sette giorni a partire dalla data di visualizzazione in Piazza di Aristotele. Questo appello fa seguito alla revoca dell'incarico al precedente arcivescovo, S.E. monsignor Samuele.
I candidati sono pregati di farci pervenire curriculum vitæ e lettera di motivazione per posta privata. Ricordiamo che le candidature
devono rispettare gli Statuti del Concilio Episcopale del Santo Impero.
Solo un teologo che ha esercitato per una durata di almeno tre mesi un incarico di vescovo può postulare alla carica di Arcivescovo Metropolita. Qualsiasi candidato deve essere titolare di una licenza in teologia ottenuta in un seminario primario riconosciuto dalla prefettura all'insegnamento Artistotelico. È chiesto ai richiedenti di citare il loro diploma nella loro candidatura.

Schedule of the upcoming primatial elections
Following the example of the last elections, we, the deputy-primates, representing the whole Primatial Team of the Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire, have decided to publish this document to show again to the members of the Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire how the amount of Grand Electors for each linguistical entity in the Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire is determined, especially for the next vote which will take place on the 25th of June, Year of Our Lord MCDLXII.
We base ourselves on article 6.2 of the Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire, written and published on December, 31th 1458.
Art. 6.2 – the number of the Grand Electors for each linguistic zone changes according to the number of Dioceses/Archdioceses existing in that zone. Up to 10 they'll have only a Grand Elector, from 10 to 20 two, from 20 to 30 three and so on. The outgoing Primate is by law a Great Elector in the following election.
Based on this article we have counted the dioceses who territorially lie in the Holy Roman Empire.
The Italian zone has the right to 3 Grand Electors, because of their 27 dioceses. These 27 dioceses are: Firenze, Fiesole, Pistoia, Genova, Albenga, Luni, Ventimiglia, Milan, Alessandria, Como, Lodi, Novara, Pavia, Savona, Pisa, Lucca, Sarzanna, Volterra, Parma, Piacenza, Reggio di Lombardia, Modena, Sienna, Grosseto, Massa, Arezzo and Mantua.
The Imperial French zone has the right to 2 Grand Elector, because of their 10 dioceses. These 10 dioceses are: Aix, Arles, Avignon, Besançon, Lausanne, Lyon, Tarentaise, Toul, Vienne and Genève. The dioceses Metz and Toulon have been deemed as "closed" as per decree of the Imperial French Vice-Primate of April, 19th 1460, and therefore are not included in the calculation.
The German zone has the right to 1 Grand Elector, because of their 8 dioceses. These 8 dioceses are: Konstanz, Ausburg, Eichstätt, Mainz, Würzburg, Salzburg, Regensburg and Passau.
The Dutch zone has the right to 1 Grand Elector, because of their 2 dioceses. These 2 dioceses are: Cologne and Utrecht.
The Slovenian zone has the right to 1 Grand Elector, because of their 1 diocese. This 1 diocese is: Lavant.
The much-disputed archdiocese of Trier (Trèves) will not be part of a linguistical entity because it depends directly under the Primacy, for theological and also geographical matters (after the official Imperial gift of the deceased Empress), and it's Archbishop is elected by the whole Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire, as per Primatial Decree of June, 7th 1459.
This is the timascale we decided:
- from sunday 15th to sunday 22nd: 7 days to collect the candidacies for primate;
- from sunday 15th to friday 20th: 5 days to collect the candidacies for Grand Elector in every vice-primacy;
- from friday 20th to wednesday 25th: 5 days to elect the Grand Electors in every vice-primacy;
- from wednesday 25th to monday 30th: 5 days to elect the new primate.
Every national deputy-primate will follow the election of the national Grand Electors.
The newly elected Primate will assume office soon after the end the vote. The previous primatial members shall officially leave their office on that date, but they will be active until the closing of the ballot.
May the Most High rightly guide the choices of His Bishops.

Empress of the Sacrum Romanum Imperium Nationis Germanicae & Queen Consort of France,
To the people of the Empire,
We, prelates of the Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire, in the name of the Holy Roman Church, are informing by the present missive all the inhabitants of the Empire that we warmly congratulate Jade de Sparte de Cetzes for her recent accession to the throne of the Sacrum Romanum Imperium Nationis Germanicae. By the same way, we wish to express our delight and our great joy for the issue of this election. The people of the Empire did a choice, and putting their confidence in Jade de Sparte de Cetzes was the best thing they could do; for themselves and for the whole Empire.
It is well know that the new Empress is a pious lady, a woman of conviction and honour, who has never denied the principles that has always guided her in the conduct of her life. We strongly believe that she will be able to lead the Empire in a fair and right way, as we expressed by supporting her during the election. We also wish a lot of strength and courage to Her Imperial Majesty in the position that is now hers, a very difficult charge. Moreover, we have great hope that the Empress will stand strong to face the troubles and problems that can occur during her reign. It is understood that she may always count on the full support of our Holy Mother Church in case of difficult situations.
We fervently hope that the new Sovereign will defend and help to the progress of the one and only True Faith throughout all her reign and that she will bring help to the Aristotelician Church in its noble mission. We also hope that she will listen to the demands of her people, always following the path of the Almighty for the good of her population. We believe that this honorable woman will sacrifice body and soul for the sake of the Empire, as she has always done during her life in the several functions she occupied in the administration of the Empire.

Wir, die Prälaten des Bischofskonzils des Heiligen römischen Reiches, informieren im Namen der heiligen römischen Kirche, durch das vorliegende Sendschreiben alle Einwohner des Kaiserreiches darüber, dass wir Jade de Sparte de Cetzes wärmstens beglückwünschen zu ihrer kürzlichen Thronbesteigung des Sacrum Romanum Imperium Nationis Germanicae. In derselben Weise möchten wir unser Entzücken und unsere große Freude über das Ergebnis dieser Wahl ausdrücken. Die Menschen des Kaiserreiches haben eine Wahl getroffen, und ihr Vertrauen in Jade de Sparte de Cetzes zu setzen war das Beste was sie tun konnten; für sich selbst und für das ganze Kaiserreich.

[list][b]W[/b]e, prelates of the Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire, in the name of the Holy Roman Church, are informing by the present missive all the inhabitants of the Empire that we warmly congratulate Jade de Sparte de Cetzes for her recent accession to the throne of the Sacrum Romanum Imperium Nationis Germanicae. By the same way, we wish to express our delight and our great joy for the issue of this election. The people of the Empire did a choice, and putting their confidence in Jade de Sparte de Cetzes was the best thing they could do; for themselves and for the whole Empire.
[b]I[/b]t is well know that the new Empress is a pious lady, a woman of conviction and honour, who has never denied the principles that has always guided her in the conduct of her life. We strongly believe that she will be able to lead the Empire in a fair and right way, as we expressed by supporting her during the election. We also wish a lot of strength and courage to Her Imperial Majesty in the position that is now hers, a very difficult charge. Moreover, we have great hope that the Empress will stand strong to face the troubles and problems that can occur during her reign. It is understood that she may always count on the full support of our Holy Mother Church in case of difficult situations.
[b]W[/b]e fervently hope that the new Sovereign will defend and help to the progress of the one and only True Faith throughout all her reign and that she will bring help to the Aristotelician Church in its noble mission. We also hope that she will listen to the demands of her people, always following the path of the Almighty for the good of her population. We believe that this honorable woman will sacrifice body and soul for the sake of the Empire, as she has always done during her life in the several functions she occupied in the administration of the Empire.

In derselben Weise möchten wir unser Entzücken und unsere große Freude über das Ergebnis dieser Wahl ausdrücken. Die Menschen des Kaiserreiches haben eine Wahl getroffen, und ihr Vertrauen in Jade de Sparte de Cetzes zu setzen war das Beste was sie tun konnten; für sich selbst und für das ganze Kaiserreich.
[b]E[/b]s ist wohlbekannt, dass die neue Kaiserin eine fromme Dame, eine Frau von Überzeugung und Ehre ist, die niemals die Prinzipien, die sie immer geleitet haben in der Führung ihres Lebens, verleugnet hat. Wir glauben sehr, dass sie in der Lage sein wird das Kaiserreich in einer gerechten und richtigen Art und Weise zu führen, wie wir ausdrückten durch unsere Unterstützung während der Wahl. Wir wünschen ihrer kaiserlichen Majestät ebenfalls viel Stärke und Mut in der Position, die nun ihre ist, eine sehr schwieriges Amt. Außerdem haben wir große Hoffnung, dass die Kaiserin standhalten wird, um den Schwierigkeiten und Problemen, die während ihrer Herrschaft auftreten können, entgegenzutreten. Es ist selbstverständlich, dass sie immer auf die volle Unterstützung unserer heiligen Mutter Kirche in Fällen von schwierigen Situationen zählen mag.
[b]W[/b]ir hoffen inbrünstig, dass die neue Herrscherin den einzig und alleinigen wahren Glauben während ihrer ganzen Herrschaft verteidigen wird und seinen Fortschritt unterstützen wird und dass sie Hilfe zur aristotelischen Kirche bringen wird in ihrer edlen Aufgabe. Wir hoffen ebenfalls, dass sie auf die Forderungen ihres Volkes hören wird, immer dem Pfad des Allmächtigen für das Wohl ihrer Bevölkerung folgend.
