We are still waiting to choose the Great Inquirer, because there are few Exorcists among who make a choice.
The seminar is still running, waiting for new students, but we got 6 new clerics at the doors, 3 yet going to start their educational path.

PREAMBOLO

La Compagnia di Aristotele è costituita con la missione di annunciare la Santa Parola dell’Altissimo. Pertanto, si propone di istruire ed educare, per mezzo della predicazione, tutti coloro che non hanno accesso agli insegnamenti di Aristotele.

Statuto Generale

OBIETTIVI DELLA PREFETTURA

Art. 1: La Compagnia d’Aristotele riunisce tutti coloro che sono spinti dallo spirito di servizio verso la Santa Chiesa Aristotelica e verso l’umanità bisognosa della parola e della vicinanza dell’Altissimo.
Essi annunziano la parola dei Profeti e ammaestrano chi non la conosce o chi la mette in discussione, armati di conoscenza, pazienza, amore disinteressato, saggezza e spirito di sacrificio.

Art. 1.2: Come prima fu fatto da Christos e Aristotele, la Compagnia ha lo scopo molto pio e santo di proclamare la Parola dell’Altissimo ed di impartire i Suoi insegnamenti, armati di pazienza e saggezza, ai peccatori che non conoscono la sua esistenza o anche a coloro che mettono in discussione la sua veridicità.

Art. 2: Della Compagnia possono far parte laici e ordinati, purché in possesso di una solida formazione aristotelica (Diploma in Teologia) certificata da uno dei seminari riconosciuti e – in riferimento ai laici – abbiano inoltre prestato servizio per la Chiesa come diaconi, oppure nella Diplomazia, oppure ancora si siano distinti a giudizio del loro parroco o vescovo per la fede manifestata concretamente nell'esercizio dei loro incarichi civili.

LA GERARCHIA DELLA COMPAGNIA

Art. 3: La Compagnia di Aristotele è amministrata dal suo Prefetto, che ne è il capo e il primo dei Compagni della Compagnia. Egli risponde al cardinale-Cancelliere e al cardinale-Vice-Cancelliere della Congregazione della Diffusione della Fede. Pertanto, egli nomina il Vice-Prefetto, i Compagni e nomina, coordina e organizza tutti i Coordinatori Territoriali.

Art. 3.1: Il Vice-Prefetto, nominato dal Prefetto, previa consultazione con il Cancelliere o il Vice-Cancelliere della Congregazione, è un Compagno della Compagnia che deve assistere nei suoi compiti il Prefetto della Compagnia in base a precisi compiti affidatigli dal Prefetto. Sostituirà il Prefetto in sua assenza.

Art. 3.2: I Coordinatori Territoriali della Compagnia sono Compagni della Compagnia nominati dal Prefetto a questo ruolo e sono ciascuno responsabile di una provincia che viene assegnata loro. Essi devono amministrare e garantire che le loro cellule funzionino in modo ottimale, il reclutamento e la formazione dei vari Compagni necessari per svolgere il compito di predicazione e assistenza di cui sono responsabili. Ogni coordinatore sarà tenuto a rispondere per il progresso del lavoro fatto, attraverso rapporti mensili che saranno trasmessi al Prefetto.

Art. 3.3: Il Compagno è arruolato dal Coordinatore Territoriale, dal Prefetto e dal Vice-Prefetto e nominato dal Prefetto. Lo status di compagno è a vita o fino ad estromissione come da art. 7 del presente Statuto. Egli dovrà portare alto il nome della Compagnia di Aristotele e la sua onorabilità agendo impeccabilmente e rettamente nell'espletamento delle proprie funzioni.

Art. 4: La missione dei Compagni di Aristotele può svolgersi secondo due modalità diverse: la predicazione itinerante In Gratibus e quella attraverso un Praedicator Nuntius Gratiae (png) la cui identità venga certificata in modo inequivocabile dal proprio mallevadore.

Art. 4.1: Poiché i chierici sono generalmente incardinati presso parrocchie e diocesi, viene data la possibilità di mandare in missione un proprio delegato (il Praedicator, png dall’identità certificata ufficialmente), il quale potrà svolgere attività di predicazione, di diffusione del Libro delle Virtù, di preparazione al Battesimo, di promozione della Chiesa.

Art. 4.2: Solo nel caso in cui nella zona non siano presenti chierici In Gratibus, il Plenipotenziario delle Chiese Rinascenti o un altro alto Prelato designato (ad esempio il Cancelliere della CDF), il Praedicator potrà celebrare Res Parendo i sacramenti pubblicamente a Roma. L’attività dei Praedicatores verrà regolarmente seguita dal Coordinatore territoriale e dal Prefetto, ai quali i loro mallevadori dovranno fare dei precisi rapporti.

Art. 4.3: È sempre possibile svolgere l’attività di predicazione mediante viaggi In Gratibus, soggetti alla medesima organizzazione e disciplina.

REGOLAMENTO DELLA MISSIONE DEI COMPAGNI

Art. 5: La missione del Compagno di Aristotele viene regolata da uno specifico Regolamento. Esso prevede tempi e modi della missione, compreso tutto ciò che riguarda la vita e l’attività dei Praedicatore

MISSIONIS REGULA

Regola 1 - Il Compagno di Aristotele risponde al suo Coordinatore locale, al Prefetto e, in assenza di questi, al Vice-Prefetto della Compagnia.

Regola 2 - Il Compagno che svolge la missione viaggiando In Gratibus ne concorderà tempi e modi con il Coordinatore, si presenterà al clero locale e alle autorità temporali mediante una lettera di accreditamento che gli verrà fornita dal Prefetto. Il compagno è tenuto ad informare mensilmente il Coordinatore dello stato della propria missione.

Regola 3 - Il Compagno sarà presente in taverna e nelle piazze, dove svolgerà attività di predicazione, di assistenza, di diffusione e di difesa della Vera Fede. In caso la sua attività porti a delle richieste di Battesimo o di celebrazione di altri sacramenti, egli ne informerà il clero locale rispettandone le competenze, prestando la propria assistenza in qualità di testimone o di padrino (aggiunto, nel caso i fedeli desiderino essere assistiti da amici o parenti).

Regola 4 - Se un Compagno desidera inviare in missione un Praedicator Nuntius Gratiae (personaggio secondario), deve prima certificare l'identità di quello depositando un apposito documento presso la Prefettura. La missione del Praedicator si svolgerà secondo le medesime modalità di quella del predicatore In Gratibus. In mancanza di rappresentanti della Chiesa in loco, qualora vi fosse la necessità di celebrare un sacramento, questo verrà celebrato Res Parendo a Roma dal Plenipotenziario del Dicastero delle Chiese Nuove e in fase di Sviluppo o dal Cardinale della Congregazione della Diffusione della Fede o dal suo Vice o dal Prefetto della Compagnia se autorizzato dal Cancelliere o dal Vice-Cancelliere.

Art. 6: A tutti coloro che si saranno distinti per la predicazione e i risultati raggiunti, la Chiesa dimostrerà approvazione e gratitudine con speciali riconoscimenti.

Art. 7: Se uno dei Compagni fallisce nei suoi compiti o viola la direttiva di cui sopra che disciplina la missione divina affidata a lui, può essere sanzionato, sospeso o bandito dalla Compagnia ad opera del Prefetto.

Art. 8: I membri della Compagnia dovranno indossare medaglie inerenti il loro status all'interno di Essa. Le suddette medaglie sono rappresentate come segue.

PREAMBLE

The Company of Aristotle was built and implemented in order to proclaim and bring the Holy Word of Jah to those who are in need. Therefore, it aims to instruct and educate, to make learn and to bring the preaching to those who haven’t access to the teachings of Aristotle.

General Statute

OBJECTIVES OF THE PREFECTURE

Art. 1: The Company of Aristotle brings together all those who are moved by the spirit of service to the Holy Aristotelian Church and to humanity in need of the Most High’s word and proximity.
They proclaim the word of the Prophets and they teach those who do not know it or who call it into question, armed with knowledge, patience, selfless love, wisdom and spirit of sacrifice.

Art. 1.2: As Christos and Aristotle first did, the Company has the very pious and holy purpose of proclaiming the word of Jah and thus make learn, armed with patience and wisdom, his teachings to the sinners who did not know its existence or even to those who question its truthfulness.

Art. 2: Of the Company may be part lay and ordained people, provided they are in possession of a solid Aristotelian training (Diploma in Theology) certified by one of the recognized seminars and - in reference to the laity – they have also served the Church as deacons, or in Diplomacy, or still have distinguished themselves in the opinion of their parish priest or bishop for the faith manifested concretely in the exercise of their civil duties.

THE HIERARCHY OF THE COMPANY

Art. 3: The Company of Aristotle is administered by its Prefect, who is the leader and the first of Companion. He answers to the Cardinal-Chancellor and Cardinal-Vice-Chancellor of the Congregation of Dissemination of the Faith. Therefore, he nominates the Vice-Prefect, Companions and appoints, coordinates and organizes all of the Territorial Coordinators.

Art. 3.1: The Vice-Prefect, appointed by the Prefect after consultation with the Chancellor or Vice-Chancellor of the Congregation, is a Companion of Company and he must assist with the tasks incumbent to the Prefect of the Company. Therefore, he will replace the Prefect in his absence.

Art. 3.2: The Territorial Coordinators of the Company are Companions of Company and are appointed by the Prefect and are each in charge of a provincial unit that is assigned to them. They must administer and ensure their cells run optimally, recruiting and training the various Companions necessary to carry out the task of preaching and assistance of which they are responsible. Each Coordinator will be accountable for the progress of the work they have done, through monthly reports that they will be transmited to the Prefect.

Art. 3.3 The Companion is recruited by the Territorial Coordinator, by Prefect or by Vice-Prefect and he’s appointed by the Prefect. The Companion status is for life or until expulsion as art. 7 of this Statute. He will have to bring up the name of the Society of Aristotle and his integrity by acting impeccably and uprightly in his duties.

Art. 4: The mission of the Companions of Aristotle may take place in two different ways: the itinerant preaching IG and through a Praedicator Nuntius Gratiae (png) whose identity is unequivocally certified by his guarantor.

Art. 4.1: Since clerics are incardinated generally in parishes and dioceses, in fact, are given the opportunity to send on mission to lands more or less distant without shepherding a delegate (the Praedicator, png with identity officially certified), which will carry on preaching, spreading of the Book of Virtues as preparation for baptism, promotion of the Church.
Art. 4.2: Only when in the area there are no IG clerics, the Plenipotentiary of New Churches or another senior prelate appointed (eg the Chancellor of the CDF) will celebrate Res Parendo the sacraments publicly in Rome. The activity of Praedicatores will be regularly followed by the local Coordinator and the Prefect, to whom their guarantors must make accurate reports.

Art. 4.3: It is always possible to carry out the work of preaching by travellers In Gratibus, subject to the same organization.

REGULATION OF THE MISSION OF THE COMPANIONS

Art. 5: The mission of the Companion of Aristotle is regulated by specific rules. It provides time and manner of the mission, including everything about the life and activities of Praedicatores.

Rule 1 - The Companion of Aristotle answers to his local Coordinator and the Prefect, in absence of Prefect, to Vice-Prefect of the Company

Rule 2 - The Companion performing the mission travelling IG will agree times and ways with the Coordinator, he will be presented to the local clergy and the temporal authorities through a letter of credit provided by the Prefect. The Companion is obliged to monthly inform the Coordinator of the state of its mission.

Rule 3 - The Companion (or Praedicator) will be present in the tavern and the places where he will perform preaching, mass, diffusion and defense of the True Faith. If his activities led him to receive requests for baptism or the celebration of other sacraments, he will inform the local clergy to respect their competencies. and assist as a witness or godfather (added in case the faithful wish to be assisted by friends or relatives).

Rule 4 - If a Companion wants to send on a mission a Praedicator Nuntius Gratiae (signed Secondary Character), he shall certify his identity by depositing an appropriate document at the Prefecture. The mission of the Praedicator will take place in the same manner as that of the preacher In Gratibus. In absence of representatives of the Church in the place, if there was a need to celebrate a sacrament, it will be celebrated in Rome res Parendo by the Plenipotentiary of the Dicastery of New and Developing Churches or by the Cardinal of the Congregation of Dissemination of Faith or by his Vice or by the Prefect of Company if authorized by Chancellor or by Vice-Chancellor.

Art. 6: To all those who distinguish for preaching and achievements, the Church will demonstrate approval and gratitude with special awards.

Art. 7: If one of the Companions were to fail in its duties and to violate the above directive governing the divine mission entrusted to him, then he could be admonished, suspended or banned from the Company by the Prefect.

THE DISTINCTION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE COMPANY

Art. 8: Members of the Company will have to wear medals inherent to their status within It. The above-mentioned medals are represented as follows:

But, on the 22nd of October of this year, the French Pontifical Consistory accepted the request of Michalak to be unfrocked. In accordance to the rules of the Office of the Biblihomelia, he then presented the Congregation with his resignation.

As such, we have decreed and ordered, and by our present perpetual and definitive edict, declare, rule, and accept the resignation of Michalak de Valdesti de Chenot [michalak] as Prefect of the Office of the Biblihomelia.

We would like to thank Michalak de Valdesti de Chenot for his good work as Prefect of the Office of the Biblihomelia and his willing departure from our Congregation. We let him go with dismay in our hearts. We thank him for his services.

Given in Rome, the fifth day of the eleventh month of the Year of our Lord MCDLXIV.

We would like to thank his Eminence for his work in the Office. Originally the Vice-Prefect, his promotion as Prefect was a boon for the registry. But, acknowledging that time is precious, we let him leave our ranks with our thanks.
