P-IV-1.2, the Sacred College of Cardinals, empowered to amend the Canon Law, has decided by way of an indult the amendment of the second part of the fifth book of the cannons titled « In medio stat Virtus », by specifying the rights of the cardinal instructor as well as the mode of seizure of the Pontifical Tribunal ( Can 4-II-D-3; Can 4-II-D-8 ).
Therefore, We, cardinals of the Holy Roman and Aristotelian Church, on behalf of the Pope Innocent VIII and under the eyes of Aristotle, have ruled and proclaimed, and by our present perpetual and definitive indult, declare, rule and proclaim the following Canons, concerning the elections of Chancellors and Vice-Chancellors:

Livre 5.6 : La Chancellerie Pontificale
Partie V. L’Office des Presses, Journaux et Parchemins
Article 1 : L’Office des Presses, Journaux et Parchemins est un Office de la Chancellerie Pontificale, une Congrégation de la Sainte Église Aristotélicienne et Romaine.
Article 2 : Un Préfet est nommé à la tête de l'Office, par les Cardinaux congrégationnels de la Chancellerie Pontificale, afin d'assurer la bonne gestion.
Article 3 : L’Office a pour objectif d’assurer la communication des nouvelles religieuses auprès du plus grand nombre des non-croyants, croyants et fidèles dans le monde connu.
Article 4 : L'Office a pour rôle d’informer les fidèles de tous zones linguistiques des évènements majeur qui ont eut lieu à Rome.
Article 5 : L’Office est divisé comme suit :
- 1. Préfet (Rédacteur en chef)
- 2. Vice-Préfet Général (Vice-Rédacteur en chef)
- 3. Les Vices-Préfets Linguistiques (Rédacteur Linguistique), tel que :
- Le Vice-Préfet Francophone (Rédacteur Français)
- Le Vice-Préfet Germanique (Rédacteur Allemand)
- Le Vice-Préfet Italien (Rédacteur Italien)
- Le Vice-Préfet Anglais (Rédacteur Anglais)
- Le Vice-Préfet Portugais (Rédacteur Portugais)
- Le Vice-Préfet Espagnol (Rédacteur Espagnol)
- Ainsi que tout groupe linguistique nécessitant un Vice-Préfet Linguistique - 4. Les Journalistes, divisés par zone linguistiques sous les Vice-Préfets.
Article 6 : Les articles, avant publication, doivent se faire réviser par le Rédacteur Linguistique approprié, et recevoir l’approbation de l'un des Rédacteurs en chef ou directement des Cardinaux congrégationnels. Ces derniers, par leurs prérogatives, peuvent empêcher une publication.
Article 7 : Chacun des Rédacteurs Linguistiques auront pour mission de publier, dans leur presses locales ou In Gratibus, les articles qu’ils auront rédigé et/ou révisé.
Article 8 : Tous articles se devront d’être validé par un des Rédacteurs en chef. Au besoin, l'article sera disponible en deux langues à des fins de validation et de publication large, soit en anglais et dans la langue d'origine de préférence du Journaliste.
Article 9 : Tout membre de l’Office sera tenu à la plus stricte confidentialités sur les débats qui pourront avoir lieu au sein de l’Office, sous peine de sanctions allant de l’avertissement au renvoi.
Article 10 : Toute personne baptisé pourra devenir Journaliste. Pour devenir Vice-Préfet (Rédacteur Linguistique), les candidats ordonnés seront favorisés. Une épreuve écrite sera demandé aux candidats pour juger de leurs capacités à rédiger un article.
Article 11 : Seuls le Cardinaux congrégationnels, ainsi que le Préfet et Vice-Préfet Général, sont habilités à recruter.

Part V. The Office of the Press, Paper and Parchment
Article 1: The Office of the Press, Paper and Parchment is an Office of the Pontifical Chancellery, a Congregation of the Holy Aristotelian and Roman Church.
Article 2: A Prefect is appointed at the head of the Office by the Congregational Cardinals of the Pontifical Chancellery, to ensure its correct management.
Article 3 : The Office has the objective to ensure the communication of religious news to the greatest number of non-believers, believers and faithfuls in the known world.
Article 4 : The role of the Office is to inform the faithful of all linguistic areas of the major events that take place in Rome.
Article 5 : The Office is divided as follows:
- 1. The Prefect (Editor-in-Chief)
- 2. The General Vice-Prefect (Vice-Editor-in-Chief)
- 3. The Linguistic Vices-Prefects (Linguistic Editor), such as:
- The French Vice-Prefect (French Editor)
- The German Vice-Prefect (German Editor)
- The Italian Vice-Prefect (Italian Editor)
- The English Vice-Prefect (English Editor)
- The Portuguese Vice-Prefect (Portuguese Editor)
- The Spanish Vice-Prefect (Spanish Editor)
- As well as any linguistic group requiring a Linguistic Vice-Prefect - 4. The Journalists, divided by linguistic zone under the Vice-Prefects.
Article 6 : The articles, prior to publication, must be reviewed by the appropriate Linguistic Editor and approved by one of the Editors-in-Chief or directly by the Congregational Cardinals. The latter, by their prerogatives, may prevent the publication.
Article 7 : Each of the Linguistic Editors will have the task of publishing, in their local or In Gratibus press, the articles they have drafted and/or revised.
Article 8 : All articles must be validated by at least one of the Editors-in-Chief. If necessary, the article will be available in two languages for the purpose of validation and of a broad publication, in English and in the Journalist's preferred local language.
Article 9 : Any member of the Office shall be held to the strictest rules of confidentiality concerning the debates which may take place within the Office, under penalty of sanctions ranging from a warning to a dismissal.
Article 10 : Anyone who is baptized may become a Journalist. To become Vice-Prefect (Linguistic Editor), the ordained candidates will be favored. Candidates will be asked to write a written test to assess their ability to redact an article.
Article 11 : Only the Congregational Cardinals, as well as the Prefect and General Vice-Prefect, are entitled to recruit.

Parte V. Oficio de las Prensas, Periodicos y Pergaminos
El Oficio de las Prensas, Periodicos y Pergaminos es un Oficio de la Cancillería Pontificia, que es una congregación de la Santa Iglesia y aristotélica romana.
Articulo 2 : Para dirigirla un Prefecto esta nombrado por los Cardenales congregacionales de la Cancilleria Pontificia, al fin de asugurar su buena gestion.
Articulo 3 : El Oficio tiene como objectivo de asegurar la comunicacion de la noticias religiosas a destinacion del mayor numero de los increyetes, creyentes y fieles del entero mundo conocido.
Articulo 4 : El Oficio tiene como papel informar a los fieles de todas las zonas lingüisticas sobre los mayores acontecimientos que se efectuan en Roma.
Articulo 5 : El Oficio se divide como sigue :
- 1. Prefecto (Jefe de Redaccion)
- 2. Viceprefecto General (Vicejefe de Redaccion)
- 3. Los Viceprefectos segun las idiomas (Redactor Lingüístico), como tal:
- El Viceprefecto Francofono (Redactor Frances)
- El Viceprefecto Germanofono (Redactor Aleman)
- El Viceprefecto Italofono (Redactor Italiano)
- El Viceprefecto Inglofono (Redactor Ingles)
- El Viceprefecto Lusofono (Redactor Portugues)
- El Viceprefeto Hispanofono (Redactor Español)
- Asi que todos los grupos lingüisticos que necesitan un Viceprefecto lingüistico - 4. Los Periodistas, divididos por cada zona linguisticas bajo los Viceprefectos.
Articulo 6 : Las noticias antes de ser publicadas deben ser revisadas por el Redactor lingüistico adecuado. Igualmente deben recibir la aprobacion de unos de los Jefes de redaccion o directamente de los Cardenales congregacionales. Estos, por sus prerrogativas, pueden impedir la publicacion.
Articulo 7 : Cada Redactor lingüistico tendra por mision publicar las noticias que habra redactado o revisado en su prensas locales or In Gratibus.
Articulo 8 : Todas las noticias debran ser validadas por un Jefe de redaccion. En caso necesario sera disponible la noticia en dos idiomas al fin de amplia validacion y publicacion, en Ingles o en la idioma original del Periodista.
Articulo 9 : Todo miembro del Oficio sera dedicado a la mas estricta confidencialidad sobre los debates que podran tener lugar en el seno del Oficio, bajo pena de sancion que va de la advertencia al despido.
Articulo 10 : Toda persona bautizada puede ser Periodista. Para ser Viceprefecto (Redactor lingüistico), los candidatos ordenados seran favorecidos. Une prueba escrita se pedira a los candidatos para evaluar sus capacidades para redactar noticias.
Articulo 11 : Solos los Cardenales congregacionales asi que el Prefecto y los Viceprefectos son habilitados para reclutar.

Parte V. L'Ufficio dei Libri, Pubblicazioni e Pergamene
Articolo 1: L'Ufficio Stampa, Giornali e Pergamene è un ufficio della Cancelleria Pontificia, Congregazione della Santa Chiesa Aristotelica e Romana.
Articolo 2: Un prefetto è nominato a capo dell'Ufficio dai Cardinali Congregazionali della Cancelleria Pontificia per assicurarne la corretta gestione.
Articolo 3: L'Ufficio ha l'obiettivo di assicurare la comunicazione delle notizie religiose al maggior numero di non credenti, credenti e fedeli nel mondo conosciuto.
Articolo 4: Il ruolo dell'Ufficio è quello di informare i fedeli di tutte le aree linguistiche dei grandi avvenimenti che si svolgono a Roma.
Articolo 5: L'Ufficio è suddiviso come segue:
- 1. Il Prefetto (Caporedattore)
- 2. Il VicePrefetto generale (Vice-Caporedattore)
- 3. Il VicePrefetti linguistici (Redattore Linguistico), come:
- Il Viceprefetto francese (Redattore francese)
- Il Viceprefetto tedesco (Redattore tedesco)
- Il Viceprefetto italiano (Redattore italiano)
- Il Viceprefetto inglese (Redattore inglese)
- Il Viceprefetto portoghese (Redattore portoghese)
- Il Viceprefetto spagnolo (Redattore spagnolo)
- Oltre a qualunque gruppo linguistico che richieda un Vice Prefetto Linguistico - 4. Il giornalisti sono divisi per zona linguistica sotto i viceprefetti.
Articolo 6: Gli articoli, prima della pubblicazione, devono essere esaminati dal redattore linguistico competente e approvati dal prefetto, o dal vice-prefetto generale o direttamente dai Cardinali Congregazionali. Questi ultimi, per loro prerogativa, possono impedire la pubblicazione.
Articolo 7: Ogni Redattore Linguistico avrà il compito di pubblicare, sulla propria stampa locale o In Gratibus, gli articoli che ha redatto e / o riveduto.
Articolo 8: Tutti gli articoli devono essere convalidati da almeno uno dei Viceprefetti. Se necessario, l'articolo sarà disponibile in due lingue ai fini della convalida e di una vasta pubblicazione, in inglese e nella lingua locale preferita dal giornalista.
Articolo 9: Ogni membro dell'Ufficio è tenuto alle più severe regole di riservatezza per quanto riguarda i dibattiti che possono avvenire nell'ambito dell'Ufficio, a pena di sanzioni che vanno dall'avvertimento al licenziamento.
Articolo 10: Chiunque sia battezzato può diventare giornalista. Per diventare Vice Prefetto (redattore linguistico), i candidati ordinati saranno favoriti. I candidati saranno invitati a scrivere una prova scritta per valutare la loro capacità di redigere un articolo.
Articolo 11: Solo i Cardinali Congregazionali, così come il Prefetto e il viceprefetto generale, hanno il diritto di reclutare.

Portant sur le vote du Cardinal émérite
Aux prêtres, abbés, évêques et prélats de la Communion Aristotélicienne,
En vertu de la loi canonique Can. P-IV-1.2, le Sacré-Collège des Cardinaux, habilité à amender le Droit Canon, a décidé par voie d’Indult l’amendement de la première partie du cinquième livre des canons intitulé « De Sanctae Sedis summo administratione », en modifiant les conditions nécessaires pour le droit de vote du Cardinal émérite (Can 5-II-9.4). Cet Indult modifie aussi, par ce fait, l'Indult IX portant sur la charge de Cardinal émérite.
Aussi, Nous, Cardinaux de la Sainte Église Aristotélicienne et Romaine, au nom du Souverain Pontife Innocent VIII et sous le regard d’Aristote, avons statué et proclamé, et par notre présent indult perpétuel et définitif, disons, statuons et proclamons les Canons suivants, relatif au vote du Cardinal émérite :

- Article 9.4 : Le cardinal émérite perd son droit de vote s'il ne se manifeste pas à la Curie durant les 12 mois précédant l'ouverture d'un vote

To the Priests, Abbots, Bishops and Prelates of the Aristotelian Faith,
According to the canon law Can. P-IV-1.2, the Sacred College of Cardinals, empowered to amend the Canon Law, has decided by way of an Indult the amendment of the first part of the fifth book of the canons titled « De Sanctae Sedis summo administratione », by modifying the conditions for the voting right of the Cardinal Emeritus (Can 5-II-9.4). This Indult also modifies, thereby, the Indult IX on the charge of the Cardinal Emeritus.
Therefore, We, Cardinals of the Holy Roman and Aristotelian Church, on behalf of the Pope Innocent VIII and under the eyes of Aristotle, have ruled and proclaimed, and by our present perpetual and definitive indult, declare, rule and proclaim the following Canons, about the vote of the Cardinal Emeritus:

- Article 9.4.3: The return of a Cardinal Emeritus is considered when he is seen or heard in one of the rooms of discussions of subjects of interest for the Church.
- Article 9.4.4: To be able to vote, the Cardinal Emeritus has to participate in the discussion of the specific vote. By participation we mean having contributed to that discussion by raising questions, providing feedback and detailed advices or having other substantive remarks.
- Article 9.5: The Aristotle medallion is purple.

We, Hull de Northshire, Sanctae Romanae Ecclesiae Cardinalis Camerarius, in the name of the Cardinals of the Holy Aristotelian Church gathered in the Sacred College, in front of the Almighty and under the gaze of Aristotle, by the grâce of God and the Pope Innocent VIII,
Announce the publication of the Canon Law Book 5.2, which is relative to the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith. The document is hereby published in the Roman Library, in English and in Italian. A copy of the said Canons will be joined to this announcement for public consultation.
We thank all of those who worked to create, validate and publish this section of the Canon Law.

5.2 The Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith
Preamble
The Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith is intended to coordinate the diffusion of True Faith in the different Provinces, States and Kingdoms of the known world. The headquarters of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith is in Rome, in the Palace of St. Himerius. There decisions are made in the offices of the Congregation, under the direction of the Prefects, who are themselves coordinated and directed by the Cardinal Chancellor and the Cardinal Vice-Chancellor. The Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith is under the patronage of St. Himerius, the saint patron of missionaries, characterized by justice and openness. The Congregation works in the name of Aristotelian unity and Friendship.
Hierarchy of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith
Article 1 The hierarchy is established as follows:
- Cardinal Chancellors of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith.
- The General Secretary (General Prefect) of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith.
- The Prefects of the various Offices of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith.
- The General Vice-Prefect of an Office of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith.
- The Linguistic Vice-Prefect, or any substitute title used, of an Office of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith.
- The simple member of an Office of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith.
- Any other necessary hierarchy, validated in the internal statutes of the Office in question, by one of the two Congregational Cardinals.
The Congretionnal Cardinals and the High Council of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith
Article 2 The Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith is directed by a Chancellor and a Vice-Chancellor. They are both Cardinal Roman Electors, designated by their peers gathered in the Curia.
Article 3 The Chancellor, together with the Vice-Chancellor, guarantees the proper functioning of the Congregation, coordinating and assigning duties among its members. The Chancellors divide the duties of the Congregation between themselves. In case of disagreement, the Chancellor has the primacy over the Vice-Chancellor.
Article 4 The Vice-Chancellor has the same rights, responsibilities and powers as the Chancellor, except for the primacy in case of disagreement.
Article 5 The Chancellors can appoint a General Secretary (General Prefect) for the Congregation. His duties are to keep the records of the Congregation updated, to classify the documents related to the history of the Congregation, to inform of new appointments and revocations, and to carry out any task entrusted to him by the Chancellors.
Article 6 The Chancellors may entrust an important project, within the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith, to a Superintendent. The Superintendent must complete a task, which is indicated in his letter of credit. He is automatically revoked once the project is completed or abandoned.
Article 7 The Chancellor may exceptionally appoint a person as an honorary member of the Congregation. This person holds an consultative position as a recognition of his past services to the Congregation. An honorary member takes part in the discussions of the High Council.
Article 8 The Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, General Secretary, Superintendents, Prefects of Offices and Honorary Members form the High Council of the Congregation. It is a meeting place for the officials to coordinate the proper management of the Congregation and of the various Offices.
Prefects of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith
Article 9 Each office is led by a Prefect, who can be assisted by a General Vice-Prefect with the same prerogatives. The Prefect is appointed by the Chancellors after having discussed the candidates within the High Council.
Article 10 The Prefects of the various Offices must respect strict prerequisites, to ensure the proper functioning and the completion of their assigned tasks.
Article 10.1 The Prefect of the Office of Aristotelian Teaching must be an ordained priest who possesses a primary and teaching license.
Article 10.2 The Prefect of the Office of Translators (Villa San Loyats) must prove mastery over two or more languages. He must be a baptized faithful.
Article 10.3 The Prefect of the Office of the Exorcists (Brotherhood of Exorcists) must be an ordained priest who possesses a demonology license.
Article 10.4 The Prefect of the Office of the Bibliomelia must be an ordained priest who possesses a primary license.
Article 10.5 The Prefect of the Office of the Chapels Registry must be an ordained priest who possesses a primary license.
Article 10.6 The Prefect of the Office of Pilgrims must be an ordained priest who possesses a primary license.
Article 10.7 The Prefect of the Office of the Company of Aristotle must be an ordained priest who possesses a primary license.
Article 10.8 The Prefect of the Office of the Pontifical Museums of Rome must have a high competence in religious and secular art. He must be a baptized faithful.
Article 11 Prefects cooperate with the Chancellors and their subordinates in order to ensure the proper functioning of the Congregation and of their respective Offices.
Vice-Prefects of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith
Article 12 The General Vice-Prefect is the auxiliary and the right-hand man of the Prefect. He assists the Prefect in the exercise of his duties and replaces him in case of absence. He does not have the right to sit in the High Council.
Article 13 The General Vice-Prefect is appointed by the Chancellors, with the opinion of the relevant Prefect. The role, being of administrative nature and substantially identical to that of the Prefect, is optional for the proper functioning of an Office.
Article 14 The Linguistic Vice-Prefect, or any other substitute title used, is in charge of members of an Office from a specific language. He actively directs his subordinates in order to carry out the missions of the Office. He assists the Prefect in the performance of his duties, but can not replace him if he is absent, and can not approve applications from people applying to the Office.
Article 15 The Linguistic Vice-Prefect, or any other substitute title used, is appointed by the Prefect of the Office.
Peculiar competences of the Offices
Article 16 Each Office may possess an internal statute, validated by the two Chancellors in the High Council.
Article 17 The Prefects direct their Offices autonomously, but they must observe the Canon Law and any internal statute.
Article 18 Offices of the Congregation possess specific missions.
Article 18.1 The Office of Aristotelian Teaching primarily ensures the proper management of the Aristotelian teaching, whether it is in a seminar or not, and supervise the opening of new places of learning. Its secondary mission is to make regular inspections of the various seminars.
Article 18.2 The Office of Translators (Villa San Loyats) primarily ensure the translation of the Dogma and of the Canon Law. Its secondary mission is to translate important announcements, and all other documents subject to a request in its Atrium.
Article 18.3 The Office of the Exorcists (Brotherhood of Exorcists) primarily ensures the protection the community of the faithfuls, by investigating cases of possessions and by performing exorcisms. Its secondary mission is to deliver the license in demonology.
Article 18.4 The Office of the Bibliomelia primarily ensures the conservation of all texts of Aristotelian value, for the purpose of educating the Roman clergy. Its secondary mission is to provide access to its collection to all scholars and students.
Article 18.5 The Office of the Chapels Registry primarily ensures the recognition and activation of the aristocratic, urban and communal chapels. Its secondary mission is to regularly inspect the chapels and update the registry.
Article 18.6 The Office of Pilgrims primarily ensures the promotion and creation of pilgrimages. Its secondary mission is to describe and recognize the cult of Saints at the local, regional, national, and international levels.
Article 18.7 The Office of the Company of Aristotle primarily ensures the proclamation of the word of God and of the prophets to those who are not familiar with them, through the use of itinerant preaching.
Article 18.8 The Office of the Pontifical Museums of Rome primarily ensures housing all vestments, relics, paintings and items of religious nature not kept in a local Church, or in need of safekeeping against the ravages of Time and Man. Its secondary mission, because art is the expression of Creation, is in the preservation of secular art.
Article 18.9 The Regular Roman Chapter, according to the Canon 3.6, is part of the Congregation. Unlike the other Offices, it functions as a meeting hall between the Congregation and the Romain Religious Orders. Thus, it primarily ensures the functioning of the Orders according to the Canon Law.
Article 19 The Chancellors has the power of veto on all decisions taken in an Office of the Congregation.
Recruitment within the Offices
Article 20 Anyone who wishes to apply for a position in an Office must go to the Reception Hall. The candidate must submit a baptismal certificate, preferably together with a penal certificate, and satisfy the requirements of the internal status of the Office he wishes to join.
Article 21 The candidate is appointed by the Prefect of the concerned Office, or by the Chancellors of the Congregation.
Article 22 A candidate who does not satisfy the requirements of the Office's internal statute may be granted a derogation from the Chancellors of the Congregation. The exception must be noted upon the letter of appointment.
Article 23 The members of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith are bound by an oath to the Holy Aristotelian and Roman Church, as well as to His Holiness the Pope. The oath will be pronounced following the nomination.

The duty of secrecy
Article 24 All discussions within the High Council shall be subject to the right of confidentiality and the duty of secrecy.
Article 25 Members of the Congregation shall not divulge sensitive information in relation to their function.
Article 26 All work within the Congregation must remain within the High Council or inside the walls of the concerned Office.
Article 27 The obligation of confidentiality is applied to anyone who has access to the High Council, including Roman Cardinals. These articles are not applied to the discussions submitted to the Sacred College.

Preambolo
La Congregazione per la Diffusione della Fede ha lo scopo di coordinare la diffusione della Vera Fede nelle diverse Province, Stati e regni del mondo conosciuto. La sede della Congregazione per la diffusione della fede è a Roma, nel Palazzo di Sant'Ingerius. Ci sono decisioni prese negli uffici della Congregazione, sotto la direzione dei Prefetti, che sono loro stessi coordinati e diretti dal Cardinale Cancelliere e dal Vice-Cancelliere Cardinale. - I Prefetti dei vari uffici della Congregazione della Diffusione della Fede.
- Il Vice Prefetto Generale di ogni ufficio della Congregazione della Diffusione della Fede.
- Il Viceprefetto linguistico, o qualsiasi titolo sostitutivo utilizzato, di un ufficio della Congregazione per la diffusione della fede.
- I membri semplici della Congregazione della Diffusione della Fede.
- Qualsiasi altra gerarchia necessaria, convalidata negli statuti interni dell'Ufficio in questione, da uno dei due Cardinali Congregazionali..
I Cardinali Cancellieri e l'Alto Consiglio della Congregazione per la Diffusione della Fede
Articolo 2 La Congregazione per la diffusione della fede è diretta da un Cancelliere e un Vice-Cancelliere. Sono entrambi cardinali elettori romani, designati dai loro colleghi riuniti nella Curia..
Articolo 3 Il Cancelliere, insieme al Vice Cancelliere, garantisce il corretto funzionamento della Congregazione, coordinando e assegnando compiti tra i suoi membri. I Cancellieri dividono i doveri della Congregazione tra loro, in comune accordo. In caso di disaccordo, il Cancelliere ha la supremazia rispetto al Vice Cancelliere.

Articolo 5 Il Cancellieri possono dotare la Congregazione di un Segretario Generale (Prefetto Generale). La sua missione è di tenere aggiornato i registri della Congregazione, di classificare i documenti relativi alla storia della Congregazione, informare di nuove nomine e revoche, e di portare a termine qualsiasi compito affidatogli dal Cancelliere.
Articolo 6 I Cancellieri possono affidare un progetto importante in seno alla Congregazione per la Diffusione della Fede, a un Sovrintendente. Il Sovrintendente deve completare un compito, che è specificato nella sua lettera di accreditamento. Viene revocato automaticamente una volta che il progetto è completato o abbandonato.
Articolo 7 Il Cancelliere può nominare eccezionalmente una persona come membro onorario della Congregazione. Questa persona detiene una posizione onoraria in riconoscimento dei suoi passati servizi resi alla Congregazione. Un membro onorario partecipa alle discussioni in seno all'Alto Consiglio.
Articolo 8 Il Cancelliere, il Vice Cancelliere, il Segretario della Congregazione (Prefetto Generale), i Soprintendenti, i membri onorari e i Prefetti degli Uffici formano l'Alto Consiglio della Congregazione. Articolo 10.2 Il Prefetto dell'Ufficio dei Traduttori (Villa San Loyats) Deve dimostrare padronanza su due o più lingue. Deve essere fedele battezzato.
Articolo 10.3 Il Prefetto dell’Ufficio degli Esorcisti (Confraternita degli Esorcisti) deve essere un prete ordinato ed essere in possesso di un diploma da esorcista
Article 10.4 Il Prefetto dell’Ufficio della Bibliomelia deve essere un prete in possesso di una licenza primaria.
Articolo 10.5 Il Prefetto dell’Ufficio delle Cappelle deve essere un prete in possesso di una licenza primaria.
Articolo 10.6 Il Prefetto dell’Ufficio dei Pellegrinaggi deve essere un prete in possesso di una licenza primaria.
Articolo 10.7 Il Prefetto dell’Ufficio della Compagnia di Aristotele deve essere un prete in possesso di una licenza primaria.
Articolo 10.8 Il Prefetto dell'Ufficio dei Pontifici Musei di Roma deve avere un'alta competenza nell'arte religiosa e laica. Deve essere fedele battezzato.
Articolo 11 I prefetti collaborano con i Cancellieri e con i loro subordinati al fine di garantire il corretto funzionamento della Congregazione e dei rispettivi uffici.
Vice-Prefetti della Congregazione per la Diffusione della Fede
Articolo 12 Il Vice-prefetto Generale è l'ausiliario e l'uomo di fiducia del Prefetto. Aiuta il Prefetto nell'esercizio delle sue funzioni e la sostituisce in caso di assenza. Non ha il diritto di sedersi nell'Alto Consiglio.
Articolo 13 Il Vice Prefetto Generale è nominato dai cancellieri, con il parere del Prefetto competente. Il ruolo, di carattere amministrativo e sostanzialmente identico a quello del Prefetto, è facoltativo per il corretto funzionamento di un Ufficio.
Articolo 14 Il Vice-prefetto linguistico o qualsiasi altro titolo sostitutivo utilizzato, è responsabile dei membri di un ufficio da una lingua specifica. Dirige attivamente i suoi subordinati per svolgere le missioni dell'ufficio. Aiuta il Prefetto nell'esercizio delle sue funzioni, ma non può sostituirlo se è assente e non può approvare le domande di persone che si rivolgono all'Ufficio.
Articolo 15 Il Vice Prefetto Linguistico, o qualsiasi altro titolo sostitutivo utilizzato, è nominato dal Prefetto dell'Ufficio.
Competenze peculiari degli Uffici
Articolo 16 Ogni Ufficio può possedere uno statuto interno, convalidato dai due Cancellieri nell’Alto Consiglio.
Articolo 17 I Prefetti dirigono i loro uffici in modo autonomo, ma devono rispettare la Legge Canonica e gli eventuali statuti interni.
Articolo 18 Gli Uffici della Congregazione possiedono missioni specifiche.
Articolo 18.1 L'Ufficio dell'Insegnamento Aristotelico garantisce innanzitutto la corretta gestione dell'insegnamento aristotelico, sia in un seminario che in quello non, e sorveglia l'apertura di nuovi luoghi di apprendimento. La sua missione secondaria è fare ispezioni regolari dei vari seminari.
Articolo 18.2 L'ufficio dei traduttori (Villa San Loyats) assicura soprattutto la traduzione del dogma e del diritto canonico. La sua missione secondaria è tradurre annunci importanti e tutti gli altri documenti soggetti a una richiesta nel suo Atrium.
Articolo 18.3 L'Ufficio degli esorcisti (Confraternita degli esorcisti) assicura innanzitutto la protezione della comunità dei fedeli, indagando sui casi di beni e svolgendo esorcismi. La sua missione secondaria è quella di consegnare la licenza in demonologia.
Articolo 18.4 L'Ufficio della Bibliomelia assicura soprattutto la conservazione di tutti i testi di valore aristotelico, allo scopo di educare il clero romano. La sua missione secondaria è quella di fornire l'accesso alla sua collezione a tutti gli studiosi e gli studenti.
Articolo 18.5 L'Ufficio delle Cappelle garantisce soprattutto il riconoscimento e l'attivazione delle cappelle aristocratiche, urbane e comunali. La sua missione secondaria è controllare regolarmente le cappelle e aggiornare il registro.
Articolo 18.6 L'Ufficio dei pellegrinaggi assicura soprattutto la promozione e la creazione di pellegrinaggi. La sua missione secondaria è descrivere e riconoscere il culto dei santi a livello locale, regionale, nazionale e internazionale.
Articolo 18.7 L'Ufficio della Compagnia di Aristotele assicura innanzitutto l'annuncio della parola di Dio e dei profeti a coloro che non hanno familiarità con loro, mediante l'uso della predicazione itinerante.
Articolo 18.8 L'Ufficio dei Pontifici Musei di Roma assicura principalmente tutti i vestiti, le reliquie, i dipinti e gli oggetti di natura religiosa non custoditi in una Chiesa locale, o che hanno bisogno di custodire contro le devastazioni del tempo e dell'uomo. La sua missione secondaria, perché l'arte è espressione della creazione, è nella conservazione dell'arte secolare.
Articolo 18.9 Il Capitolo Romano Regolare, secondo il Diritto Canonico art.3.6, fa parte della Congregazione. A differenza degli altri Uffici, esso funge da sala riunioni tra la Congregazione e gli Ordini religiosi romani. Quindi assicura principalmente il funzionamento degli Ordini secondo la Legge Canonica
Articolo 19 I Cancellieri hanno il potere di veto su tutte le decisioni prese in un ufficio della Congregazione..
Reclutamento all'interno degli uffici
Articolo 20 Chiunque desideri richiedere una posizione in un ufficio deve recarsi presso la sala di accoglienza. Il candidato deve presentare un certificato battesimale, preferibilmente unitamente ad un certificato penale, e soddisfare le esigenze dello stato interno dell'Ufficio di cui desidera partecipare.

Articolo 23 I membri della Congregazione per la diffusione della fede sono vincolati da un giuramento alla Santa Chiesa Aristotelica e Romana, nonché a Sua Santità il Papa. Il giuramento sarà pronunciato in seguito alla nomina.

Il dovere del segreto
Articolo 24 Tutte le discussioni in seno all'Alto Consiglio sono soggette al diritto di riservatezza e al dovere di segretezza.
Articolo 25 I membri della Congregazione non divulgano informazioni sensibili in relazione alla loro funzione.
Articolo 26 Tutto il lavoro all'interno della Congregazione deve rimanere all'interno dell'Alto Consiglio o all'interno delle mura dell'Ufficio in questione.
Articolo 27 L'obbligo di riservatezza è applicato a chiunque abbia accesso all'Alto Consiglio, compresi i cardinali romani. Questi articoli non sono applicati alle discussioni presentate al Sacro Collegio.

Previously, the Dogma was incomplete as all known versions of the Logions of Christos contained an unreadable passage.
After the transcription, the document was authenticated and validated by the Coterie of the Theologians as genuine, according to the doctrines of the Church and the Dogma. Furthermore, the translations have also been validated by the Curia. Thus, the rediscovered Logion is hereby published and added to the Logions of Christos in French, in English and in Italian. Annonçons que des membres de la Congregatio Sacti Officii et de Causis Sanctorum avait découvert un vieux bagage pendant des fouilles au sein de la Cité Éternelle. Il est cru que ce bagage contenait des objets appartenant au Pape Formose. Après inspection du contenu, une version des Logions de Christos fut récupérée, qui contenait un passage intact du XVIIème Logion. Auparavant, le dogme était incomplet car toutes les versions connues des Logions de Christos comportaient un passage illisible.

[list]Annonçons que des membres de la Congregatio Sacti Officii et de Causis Sanctorum avait découvert un vieux bagage pendant des fouilles au sein de la Cité Éternelle. Il est cru que ce bagage contenait des objets appartenant au Pape Formose. Après inspection du contenu, une version des Logions de Christos fut récupérée, qui contenait un passage intact du XVIIème Logion. Auparavant, le dogme était incomplet car toutes les versions connues des Logions de Christos comportaient un passage illisible.
Après la transcription, le document fut authentifié et validé par la Coterie des Théologiens comme étant authentique, selon les doctrines de l'Église et selon le Dogme. En outre, les traductions ont également été validées par la Curie. Ainsi donc, pour avoir dirigé une liste incluant un hérétique notoire, il lui est désormais interdit le moindre accès à tout sacrement et toute célébration, hormis celui de la confession.
Nous espérons que, par cet Interdit, Messire Vikentios prenne enfin conscience de ses erreurs et retrouve le chemin de la Vraie Foi, celle qui consacre la paix des Etats et des chaumières.
Dès qu'il aura fait amende honorable, l'Interdit sera levé.
Inutile de Nous remercier, c'était si naturel après son si triste dépit que Nous n'avons pas pu ne pas le prendre en pitié.

It is with great sorrow that the Curia has received news of the death of the King of Scotland, Statler of Kirkcudbright, a beloved Cardinal Emeritus of the Holy Aristotelian and Roman Church. We pray that the soul of His Eminence has been received with honor by the Almighty. We, the Curia, send our thoughts and prayers to the Kingdom of Scotland and its people and its clergy.
We give our warmest sympathies, and our most zealous prayers. The dearly departed, as Cardinal Elector of the English-speaking area, has not left the Church indifferent by his passage among our ranks. Long may he live in our memories.
