General Status Of Villa Saint Loyats
An office Of" The Congregation for the Spread of the Faith"
Preamble
All his life long, Saint Loyats tried to bring to everybody the knowledge. Trying to copy his saint exemple, we try to bring not only the knowledge, but also the truth, to everybody. This is our leitmotiv, and what we want. ( Marco Castello, IVth prefect of Saint Loyats)

1.4 Villa Sant Loyats is an office directed by a Prefect, and the Office is a section of the Propaganda Fidei Congregation
1.5 The Prefect is the only one who give orders in the Office. He nominates and revokes members of the Office with an only order. Il Prefetto di Villa San Loyats è l’unico detentore del potere nell’Officio. Nomina e rimanda i membri della Corporazione su suo unico Ordine.

The prefect
The Prefect of S. Loyats is the only owner of the power in the Office. He is chosen by the Chancellor of the Propaganda Fidei Congregation or by the Vice-Chancelor in his absence. He nominates Prefects and accept translator into the Villa. He underlines the translation priorities and he is the last instance for the decisions in the Villa. He is responsible for the Spead of the Dogma all over the world by the translation. He could be revoked or suspended by the Chancellor, or the Vice Chancellor in his absence
The Vice Prefects.
The Vice prefects are responsible for one or more sections, generally in their competence idioms. They are nominated by the Prefect, and they represent him in his absence.They have to make a catalogue of the untranslated texts of their sections
-Addendum : The general vice prefect .There’s, among the vice prefect, a primus inter pares : the General Vice Prefect. His only additional work is to substitute the prefect in case of his death or in his unexplained absence. This qualification is just mainly honorific.
The translators
They are the base of the villa. They are the ones which, with the Prefect and the Vice-Prefects, allow the spread of the Knowledge of the church., by the translation of the Dogma. They translate the Dogma and the Canon Right, under the responsibility of the Vice Prefects

Preamble
Following the example of the Apostle Adonia and St.Loyat the prefecture is striving to spread the words of the most high to every faithful in our known world. We spread the knowledge, truth and belief of the most high. Dedication and diligence is asked from any translator as the work we do asks us to preserve and never distort the word of the most high(- Caillen Jolieen MacKinnon Rose Prefect to the Villa of St.Loyat 1467)

Premisses
| Book 5.2 a écrit: | Article 10.2 The Prefect of the Office of Translators (Villa San Loyats) must prove mastery over two or more languages. He must be a baptized faithful.
Article 18.2 : The Office of Translators (Villa San Loyats) primarily ensure the translation of the Dogma and of the Canon Law. Its secondary mission is to translate important announcements, and all other documents subject to a request in its Atrium.
Article 20 Anyone who wishes to apply for a position in an Office must go to the Reception Hall. The candidate must submit a baptismal certificate, preferably together with a penal certificate, and satisfy the requirements of the internal status of the Office he wishes to join.
Article 21 The candidate is appointed by the Prefect of the concerned Office, or by the Chancellors of the Congregation.
Article 22 A candidate who does not satisfy the requirements of the Office's internal statute may be granted a derogation from the Chancellors of the Congregation. The exception must be noted upon the letter of appointment.
Article 23 The members of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith are bound by an oath to the Holy Aristotelian and Roman Church, as well as to His Holiness the Pope. The oath will be pronounced following the nomination.

I, [YOUR NAME], swear before the Prophets and the Holy Scriptures to always serve first His Holiness the Pope and his representatives. I agree that all my other temporal duties are inferior to the present oath.
I, [YOUR NAME], swear before St. Himerius and the Holy Scriptures to respect my missions within the Congregation, and that the breach of my vow may cause my dismissal from my functions within the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith. |

The prefect
The Prefect of the Villa of St. Loyats is the only owner of the power within the Office. He is chosen by the Chancellors of the CDF. He appoints Vice-Prefects and translators organises the work and decides on priorities. The prefect is the last instance for any decission within the Villa of St.Loyat. He is responsible to make sure that the Dogma, the Canon Law and important words of the aristotelian Church get translated rightfully and get accessable to the faithfuls of the known world in order to spread the word of the Most High. He can be revoked or suspended by the Chancellors of the CDF.
The Vice Prefects
The Vice prefects are responsible for one or more language zones. They are nominated by the Prefect, and they represent him in his absence. It is their task to organize the work and the workflows within their language zone and to make sure that the dogma, canon law and important texts of the Aristotelian Church get translated correctly and published at the rightful places.
The translators
They are the foundation of the villa. They are, with the Prefect and the Vice-Prefects, in charge to create the translations of the Dogma the Canon Law and important texts of the Aristotelian Church. The responsibility to approve and publish the work of the translators is the one of the vice-prefects or the prefect.
Given and sealed under the light of the prophets Aristoteles and Christos within the Villa of St.Loyat on 18th of May in the year of grace MCDLXVII, the first year under the pontificate of H.H.Sixtus IV
