I order the Inquisition to search for the missing accused Xbeta von Abendberg and to find his whereabouts. If the defendant cannot be found, this court will pass sentence in absentia. If the defendant is declared dead or missing, the court will not be able to make a decision, as the legal basis is no longer applicable.

I ask the Chief Inquisitor to implement this order.
