Nous, Charles-Antoine d'Appérault-Frayner, Ritter et Komturmarschall de l’Ordre Teutonique,
Par la présente, avons le plaisir et l'honneur d'annoncer, à la suite de l'expression du chapitre, la composition du nouveau Komturkreis :
Les Hauts Dignitaires Francophones pour les mois d'avril à juin 1468 sont les suivants:

MISA EN CELEBRACIÓN DE LOS DOS AÑOS DE RECONOCIMIENTO DE LA ORDEN TEMPLARIA DE SAN BERNARD
La Orden Templaria de San Bernardo de Aragon tiene el honor y el placer de informarle que, el 3 de mayo de 1468, el cuarto domingo después de la Pascua, se celebrará una misa en conmemoración y agradecimiento por los dos años de reconocimiento oficial de la Orden de los Caballeros Templarios de San Bernardo de Aragon.
La misa tendrá lugar en la Basilica di Sant'Antonio dei Portoghesi, en Roma, oficiada por el Cardenal Adonnis de Sagres, Prior de la Orden.

MASS IN CELEBRATION OF THE TWO YEARS OF RECOGNITION OF THE TEMPLARY ORDER OF SAN BERNARD
The Templar Order of San Bernardo de Aragon has the honor and pleasure to inform you that, on May 3, 1468, the fourth Sunday after Easter, a Mass will be held in Commemoration and Thanks for the two years of official recognition of the Order of the Knights Templars of San Bernardo de Aragon.
The mass will take place in the Basilica di Sant'Antonio dei Portoghesi, in Rome, officiated by Cardinal Adonnis de Sagres, Prior of the Order.
In this way, the Order has the honor of inviting all citizens so that, with prayer and reverence, they commemorate this date, so important and special for the Order and for its Knights who, daily, work in honor of the Church and the Saint Priest.

Announce the appointment of Mercato von Karolingen [IG: Mercato] at the expense of Prefect for the Germans regions. He will be in charge of coordinating, supervising and representing the Congregation of Holy Armies in all Germans regions.

C'est pour ces causes et pour son ardent désir de vivre parmi nous, par le serment qu’iscelui vient de prêter en la manière accoutumée que nous avons jugé à propos de conférer à Messire Roland la qualité de frère Franc de notre Ordre.

The Codex Iuris Canonici establishes that the Local Prefects of the Congregation of Holy Armies, appointed by the Cardinals-Constables of Rome, have authority over all members of the Congregation present in their Linguistic Zone: this includes the Religious Military Orders, the Vidamas and the other members of the Episcopal Guard.
In short, the Local Prefects are the authority of the Congregation in the aforementioned Linguistic Zone and work under the authority of the Cardinals-Constables and the Prefect General and administer, on their behalf, the members of the Congregation who are therefore to respect them.
Since the Local Prefect has the duty to know all the personnel of the Religious Military Orders and the Episcopal Guard in his Linguistic Zone, the need for presentation is vital.
Thus, in view of the need to census our forces and the recent appointment of the Prefect Mercato as Prefect of the Congregation for the German-speaking areas, I DETERMINE to the Vidamas and other members of the Episcopal Guard present in the German-speaking areas to present themselves to the Prefect Mercato and provide the information he requests within 20 (twenty) days.
At the end of this period, all members of the German Episcopal Guard who do not effectively present themselves to the Prefect will be considered exonerated from the Episcopal Guard, losing the offices and dignities that come from their posts.

At the beginning of June, by order of His Eminence Cathelineau Botherel de Canihuel, Cardinal-Condestable of Rome, an investigation was begun into the events that took place in the Italic Episcopal Guard.
The investigation was conducted throughout the month of June through the Knights of Isenduil, who gathered information, testimonies and statements in order to seek the truth of the problems that occurred.
The investigation was fruitful and at the end of June the Knights of Isenduil handed over to the Cardinal-Chancellor a dossier containing all the evidence gathered and impressions obtained.
It was concluded, therefore, that the Italian Episcopal Guard had deep structural problems and, it seems, rooted. Thus, after careful examination of the dossier by the High Council of the Congregation, it was concluded that the best option would be to start the Italian Episcopal Guard "from scratch".
In this way we declare the vacancy of the Episcopal Guard in the Italic Zone, with the consequent exoneration of all current members.
The Prefect of the Congregation in the Italic Zone shall have the primary task of reactivating the Episcopal Guard, who, at the time of their admission, shall be fully aware that they are subject to the authority of His Holiness, the Sovereign Pontiff, and of his Congregation of Holy Armies.

The fight that currently takes place on the borders between the italic regions is causing several disorders and insecurity in the population.
As a result of this, the citizens of the town of Orbetello presented a public petition, addressed to the Sovereign Pontiff, entreating for the intervention of the Holy See in the town, in order to reestablish the law and the order.
In response, the Sovereign Pontiff, through the Papal Bull drawn up on the thirteenth day of July of this year of MCDLXVIII, accepted the appeals of the people of Orbetello, establishing the Peace of God and, consequently, the protection of the Holy See over Frank Town of Orbetello.
In this way, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the will of the Vicar of God we announce, with the authority delegated to us by the CIC, the armed military intervention in Frank Town of Orbetello, with the purpose of guaranteeing the maintenance of God's Peace in that locality.
In order to guarantee the execution of our intervention, we have appointed the Cardinal-Presbyter of San Barnaba a Ripa, His Eminence Valentino Borgia, as Gonfalonier of the Holy Mother Church in the village of Orbetello.
As Gonfaloner of the Church, Cardinal Astuzia has the primary function of coordinating, with full power, our military forces and of ensuring the full accomplishment and success of peacekeeping in the region, on behalf of the Bishop of Rome.
The Gonfalonier will act according to the rules established by Codex Iuris Canonici and will present to the Congregation of Holy Armies periodic reports on the evolution of the peacekeeping mission established in Frank Town of Orbetello.
I determine to all the members of the Congregation of the Holy Armies, located throughout the italic region, as well as the neighbouring regions, to promote the integral and unrestricted collaboration with our Gonfalonier, who acts under our instructions and under the authority of the Sovereign Pontiff.
The Intervention for Peacekeeping is established for an indefinite period, ceasing only under our orders or under the orders or the orders of the Sovereign Pontiff.
I pray the Most High and Saint Kyrene to protect and guard our worthy men during their most important mission.

La lotta che attualmente si svolge ai confini tra le regioni italiche sta causando diversi disordini e insicurezza nella popolazione.
Per questo motivo i cittadini della città di Orbetello hanno presentato una petizione pubblica, indirizzata al Sommo Pontefice, chiedendo l'intervento della Santa Sede nella città, per ristabilire la legge e l'ordine.
In risposta, il Sommo Pontefice, con la Bolla Papale redatta il tredici luglio di quest'anno di MCDLXVIII, ha accolto gli appelli del popolo di Orbetello, stabilendo la Pace di Dio e, di conseguenza, la protezione della Santa Sede sulla città franca di Orbetello.
In questo modo, per garantire l'adempimento della volontà del Vicario di Dio, annunciamo, con l'autorità delegataci dal CIC, l'intervento militare armato nella Città franca di Orbetello, allo scopo di garantire il mantenimento della Pace di Dio in quella località.
Per garantire l'esecuzione del nostro intervento, abbiamo nominato il Cardinale Presbitero di San Barnaba a Ripa, Sua Emineza Valentino Borgia,Gonfaloniere della Santa Madre Chiesa della cittadina di Orbetello.
Come Gonfaloniere della Chiesa, il Cardinale Astuzia ha la funzione primaria di coordinare, con pieni poteri, le nostre forze militari e di assicurare la piena realizzazione e il successo del mantenimento della pace nella regione, per conto del Vescovo di Roma.
Il Gonfaloniere agirà secondo le regole stabilite dal Codex Iuris Canonici e presenterà alla Congregazione delle Sante Armate dei rapporti periodici sull'evoluzione della missione di pace istituita nella città franca di Orbetello.

We decreed the appointment of His Eminence Ercole Iaudas de Nanteuil, Cardinal-Presbyter of Saint Louis of the Frenchs, to exercise the office of Chaplain General of the Congregation of Holy Armies.
In his functions, the new Chaplain General to will organize the religious ceremonies of the Congregation and work with the various religious leaders. He can celebrate as a replacement for absent Religious Military Orders and religious members absent from the Episcopal Guard in order not to deprive the Militaries of spiritual support.
In accordance with Canon Law, we invite the new Chaplain General to take a seat on the High Council of the Congregation of Holy Armies and, together with us, to work for the safety of Holy Mother Church and for the benefit of our militaries..
May Saint Kyrene accompany you in your new duties.

Contract between the Burggraviate of Nuremberg and the Holy Aristotalian Roman Church
This contract outlines the conditions of an agreement between above mentioned parties about the Church granting a 5 prestige banner to the Burggraviate.
The banner, though formend via an Aristotalian diocese, will be a secular banner of the Burggraviate of Nuremberg. It will be granted for the protection against the approaching ONE ships. Once the danger has passed the banner will devolved within one months, unless a permanent agreement has been made.
The Burggraviate therefore will bare any and all costs connected to forming and maintaining the banner.
The leader of the granted banner must be a baptized Aristot. Any actions taken by the banner leader against the Church will result in a charge of high treason.
The church may withdraw the permission of the banner at any time.
Signed on the 5th of October, 1468.

It came to the knowledge of Holy Mother Church that a cowardly act was perpetrated in Orbetello, culminating in the attack of a Cardinal of the Church who is, like Gonfalonier, guaranteeing the maintenance of God's Peace, under orders and by the will of the Sovereign Pontiff.
This abject attitude was executed by cowardly men who attacked the servants of the Most High who were not on equal terms and, because of this, the Congregation of Holy Armies presents its censure and reproach. Even in a Battlefield - which was not the case - values like honor and dignity should not be rejected.
The Military Mission in Orbetello was instituted as a guarantee of the fulfillment of God's Peace established by the Bishop of Rome, with the purpose of ceasing the conflicts in this village and guaranteeing the well-being not only of our Aristotelian faithful, but also of the entire Orbetellan population who appealed to the Holy Father expressing their fear and dread for the armed conflicts in their land. Thus, by attacking our Gonfalonier, these cowards attacked a man of God who was carrying out the work of the Most High, attacked the Sovereign Pontiff who decided to intervene for the well-being of his Orbetellan children, attacked Holy Mother Church and attacked the Most High himself, whose work was being carried out by His Church.
We address the Our Gonphaloner, Cardinal Valentino Borgia, whom we recognize for his courage, dignity, loyalty and fearlessness, and we place ourselves at his disposal to help him during these days of recovery, making clear and expressing our revolt and discontent for this vile and cowardly attitude.

Santa Madre Chiesa è stata informata che ad Orbetello è stato commesso un atto vile, culminato nell'attacco di un Cardinale della Chiesa che, in qualità di Gonfaloniere, garantisce il mantenimento della Pace di Dio, agli ordini e per volontà del Sovrano Pontefice.
L’abietta azione è stata consumata da vigliacchi che hanno attaccato i servi dell'Altissimo che non si trovavano in condizioni di parità e, per questo, la Congregazione delle Sante Armate manifesta la sua censura e il suo rimprovero. Anche sul campo di battaglia - il che non era il caso - valori come l'onore e la dignità non dovrebbero essere negati.
La Missione Militare di Orbetello è stata istituita per garantire il mantenimento della Pace di Dio stabilita dal Vescovo di Roma, con lo scopo di porre fine ai conflitti in questa città e garantire il benessere non solo dei nostri fedeli aristotelici, ma anche di tutta la popolazione orbetellana che si è appellata al Santo Padre esprimendo la propria paura ed orrore per i conflitti armati nella loro Terra. Così, attaccando il nostro Gonfaloniere, questi codardi hanno attaccato un uomo di Dio che svolgeva l'opera dell'Altissimo, hanno attaccato il Sovrano Pontefice che ha deciso di intervenire per il benessere dei suoi figli Orbetellani, hanno attaccato la Santa Madre Chiesa e hanno attaccato lo stesso Altissimo, la cui opera era svolta dalla Sua Chiesa.
Ci rivolgiamo al Nostro Gonfaloniere, il Cardinale Valentino Borgia, che riconosciamo per il suo coraggio, la dignità, la lealtà e l'impavidità, e ci mettiamo a sua disposizione per sostenerlo nella sua convalescenza, esplicitando e manifestando il nostro disappunto e la nostra protesta avverso questo vile e codardo atteggiamento.
Ai vigliacchi che hanno compiuto questa ignobile azione, chiediamo di fare un passo indietro e retrocedere nelle loro azioni e di non osare interferire mai più nel mantenimento della Pace di Dio garantita dalle donne e dagli uomini aristotelici presenti a Orbetello.

Nous voudrions annoncer à la Communauté Aristotélicienne que le Haut Conseil de la Congrégation des Saintes Armées a conclu la structuration préliminaire de la Bibliothèque des Saintes Armées.
L'objectif du Haut Conseil de la Congrégation était d'assurer la structuration d'un lieu centralisé où il est possible de consulter les informations relatives à la Congrégation des Saintes Armées, y compris les Gardes Pontificale et Episcopale ainsi que les Ordres Religieux Militaires agissant pour la défense de Rome, le Souverain Pontife et les Prélats.
La Bibliothèque est ouverte à la consultation publique et la Congrégation des Saintes Armées est disposée à offrir des suggestions et des conseils sur les documents qui devraient être inclus dans sa collection.

We would like to announce to the Aristotelian Community that the High Council of the Congregation of the Holy Armies has concluded the preliminary structuring of the Library of the Congregation of the Holy Armies.
The objective of the High Council of the Congregation was to ensure the structuring of a centralized location where it is possible to consult information pertinent to the Congregation of Holy Armies, including the Pontifical and Episcopal Guards and also the Religious Military Orders acting in defense of Rome, the Sovereign Pontiff and the Prelates.
The Library is open to public consultation and the Congregation of the Holy Armies is receptive to offering the suggestions and tips of materials that should be included in its collection.
