And I'd have to look again, but I don't think level 0s effect how much PVDs you get for being a parish priest. I know they don't for purposes of preaching.

My usual increases are between +400 and +1000 PDV, and my losses are seldom more than -100. Of course, I lose more often, but the gains make them back plus change.
