As it is customary, we publish publicly the following reports from the various offices and prefectures of the Congregation, detailing their accomplishments for the month of April.
Office of the Chapel Registry
The Office of the Chapel Registry, directed by Monsignor Francesco Dragone Ivan Nero [Fuego2806], is working efficiently and is administratively sound.

Villa San Loyats
The prefecture, under His Eminence Hull de Northshire [Hull19], is working efficiently and is administratively sound.

The Company of Aristotle
The prefect, brother Alexander Hadrian von Lenistern d'Azayes [Alex.azayes], was recently named and immediately took charge of his prefecture. Important tasks are being dispatched, and the Company is slowly reviving itself.

Prefecture of Pilgrimage
The Prefecture of Pilgrimage, directed by Napoleone Barberini [Napolenoe87], is working efficiently and is administratively sound. New, and major, projects are underway.

• We have created an office for the secretary of the pilgrimages to the Dutch land.
• We are waiting the response of a very interesting to the vast project by an Eastern cleric who has in mind a great mission project to those lands. My wish would be if I had the moderation of the prefecture to create a special office for this great mission project in the world of the Orient. I will to be secure that the mission of "Dimitrio" is really approved by the "Local Church".
• Project in the East: We are discussing with Messer Dimitrios to enhance the world of the Orient. (Pilgrimages and Missionary of the Dogmatic Campaign),
• Pilgrimage in Northern Europe: The Dutch Secretary presented a good project and I have approved it,
• Nomination: The new Deputy-Prefect is the actually Dutch secretary, Elequest. |
Office of the Antechamber of Exorcists
The Antechamber of Exorcists, under the direction of His Eminence Egal Borromeo [Egal], as Archexorcist, is working efficiently and is administratively sound. Since the appointment of the new Archexorcist/Grand Master of the Exorcist, the main positions inside the Brotherhood have been filled, while the ranks are being refilled with the arrival of new members and the return of old ones who hadn't entered the halls in a long time. The seminar is still running, waiting for new students.

• Recuperation of the palace keys finally happened (thanks to H. E. Fuego2806) to expand the Brotherhood's capacity to teach and inspect cases,
• Granting of the license in demonology to three new students (Mgr Michalak, H. E. Tacuma and H. E. Fuego2806),
• Nomination of the new graduates as Exorcists,
• Nomination of H. E. Hull of Northshire [hull19] as the Great Teacher-Exorcist, to manage teachers and the teaching of the license, as well as to second the Archexorcist,
• Reception of two new students for the Italophone courses (H. E. Napoleone87 and H. E. Fabioilbello).
• Planned work : With the disappearing necessity to get a new building, the next moves involve the creation of the third figure on leading the Brotherhood, such as the Great Inquirer, the recruitment of new forces to fight evil and the spreading of the warning about possession to all the faithful. A huge job will be also needed on revising and correcting the texts that are in the libraries, which have misleading translations and missing tomes for the education of the students.
• Projects about defining the praxis for intervention in case of investigation, and electing the Great Inquirer Exorcist. He will be tuned in news about problems concerning our matters, will study cases and calls for activity and will try to cooperate with the justice outside the Brotherhood,
• Revision of the texts concerning the rule of the Brotherhood and the books used for the seminars (mainly in their structure rather than in their content, completing missing parts between translations where they are lacking),
• Completion and publishing of an announcement, inviting all clerics interested of joining the Brotherhood, after having trained and passed the seminar,
• Completion and publishing of an announcement, warning all the faithfuls to be aware of the presence of the evil among all communities and the necessity to inform the Brotherhood when presented with suspicious and malicious behaviors,
• Ongoing monitoring of the new beginning of the activities of the Brotherhood.

The Prefecture of Aristotelian Teaching, under the direction of Monsignor Elequest van Staveren [elequest], is working efficiently and is administratively sound.

Have decreed and ordered, and by our present perpetual and definitive edict, declare, rule, and command the appointment of the sister Sophia-Elisabeth [Sophia_elisabeth] as German Inspector.
As Inspector, she will be tasked to maintain, update and validate the registry of the prefecture for his area of affection. She will have to inform the faithful of the zone about the procedure for the consecration of a chapel. She will have to report to the Prefect, each quarter, the situation of the chapels in her zone of nomination.

Statutes of the Prefecture of Pilgrimages
A Roman office of the Congregation for the Evangelization of People
PREAMBLE
The Prefecture has been erect in order to promote pilgrimages and describe and recognize cults on local, regional, national and international level.
GENERAL STATUTES
GOALS OF THE PREFECTURE
Article 1: The Prefecture of Pilgrimages aims to recognize, describe and organize visits to the places of pilgrimage in the aristotelians kingdoms.
Article 1.1: The appointment of a site to place of aristotelian worship, is handled exclusively by the Prefecture of the Pilgrimages.
Article 1.2: The Prefecture of pilgrimages every year, or after every recognition, will draw up a list which indicates the main places of worship to conduct pilgrimages and, in cooperation with the Congregation of the Inquisition, it will monitor the pilgrimages of the penitent souls, condemned by the Inquisition Court.
The Congregation of the Inquisition, in exchange, it will follow the list of places of worship drawn from the Prefecture of pilgrimages to the penalties prescribed by its Presidents of the Court.
Article 2: The members of the Prefecture of the Pilgrimage will be responsible to provide, organize, direct and coordinate all the pilgrimages of the faithful Aristotelian.
Article 2.1: They will, in a statement approved by the Prefect, spread the news about the pilgrimage, they will supervise the smooth running of it, and, at its completion, they will write a detailed report to the Prefect.
Article 2.2: They will monitor, in cooperation with the local ecclesiastical authorities, the proper conduct of the pilgrimage of a faithful penitent, condemned by the Inquisition, and will then make a brief report on the accomplishments of the faithful to be delivered to the Prefect.
HIERARCHY OF THE PREFECTURE
Article 3: The Prefecture is led by the Prefect, who is appointed for an undetermined period of time by the Chancellor of the Congregation or a representative of the Chancellor of the Congregation. He can approve pilgrimages, proposed by his subordinates, and he prepares a list of places of aristotelian worship.
Article 3.1: The Prefect's right-hand is the Vice-Prefect, who helps the Prefect managing the prefecture, replaces the Prefect during his absence and can act and handle in the name of the Prefect determined functions.
Article 4: The secretaries working in the Prefeture are divided over linguistical entities and are given their status, authority and jurisdiction by the Prefecture. They have the task of proposing, supervise and direct the pilgrimages approved by the Prefect.
They, also, must check the regular course of a pilgrimage imposed by the judgment of the Inquisition.
Article 4.1: A linguistical entity that has more then one national entity (e.g. the French linguistical entity is located in the Kingdom of France and the Holy Roman Empire) can recieve a sub-secretary for national entity or linguistical entity should the Prefect deem it needed.
Article 5: All persons holding an official position at the Prefecture must be baptized faithful.
PROCESS OF RECOGNITION OF A SITE OF PILGRAMAGE
The minimum requirements to make a request for the appointment and recognition of a place of pilgrimage are:
- The place must be of peace and Aristotelic faith;
- Must respects the sacred texts and books of the Aristotelic Church;
- Must be supported and regularly visited by a medium/large number of faithful and believers whether individually or in groups;
- Among these visitors, there must be those whose pattern of religious behavior displays aspects which are transitional or otherwise transcend conventional boundaries;
- Need that there is evidence of a tradition, whether continuous or not, of devotional acts which are specifically connected with a particular Aristotelian cult object (i.e. an Aristotelian saint or image thereof, relic, other object or a remembered element, as, for instance, a miracle or legend)
- Evidences that the veneration is ritually rooted in time and space, for example, being expressed in a particular or specific ritual of aristotelian worship;
- The place must be headed by at least one ordained cleric.
Sites with official appointment, the Prefecture of the Pilgrims, as places of worship will:
- Be independent of the administrations of the episcopal assemblies;
- Answer only to the Prefecture of Pilgrimages, or the Sacred College of Cardinals (Curie);
- Be managed by an appointed secretary who will supervise, work and manage the site with the ordained cleric that previous headed it.

Office of the Chapel Registry
The Office of the Chapel Registry, directed by the newly nominated Monsignor Arnarion de Valyria Borgia [Arnarion ], is working efficiently and is administratively sound.

• Updates to the Chapel Registry to ensure that chapels are still consecrated or properly reactivated,
• Successfully regulating the affairs of the German chapels' affairs.

• Discussing with the previous Hispanic Vice-Prefect to regulate the current registry in the Hispanic lands.

Office of the Villa San Loyats
The office, under His Eminence Hull de Northshire [Hull19], is working efficiently and is administratively sound.

Office of Pilgrimage
The Office of Pilgrimage, directed by Napoleone Barberini [Napolenoe87], is working efficiently and is administratively sound.

• Resumption of contacts with secretaries and collection of various useful data.
• Creation and approval of the new statute by the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor. Among the novelties, there is the redevelopment of the geodogmatic zones for each secretariat.
• For the future, the development of a good relation between the office and the Congregations of Saints for the various sacred relics.

Office of the Antechamber of Exorcists
The Antechamber of Exorcists, under the direction of His Eminence Egal Borromeo [Egal], as Archexorcist, is working slowly on recruiting and reaching its old members. Indeed, two of the three main positions inside the Brotherhood have been filled, while waiting to choose the Great Inquirer, but there are few Exorcists among who make a choice. The seminar is still running, waiting for new students, regaining activity into the class of an old student, following a new one in the Roman halls and waiting for the approval of the inscription of a third one.

• The recruitment of new forces to fight evil and the spreading of the warning about possession to all the faithful.

• Revision of the texts concerning the rule of the Brotherhood and the books used for the seminars (mainly in their structure rather than in their content, completing missing parts between translations where they are lacking),
• Translation and spreading of the two existent announcement inviting all clerics interested of joining the Brotherhood, after having trained and passed the seminar, and warning all the faithfuls to be aware of the presence of the evil among all communities and the necessity to inform the Brotherhood when presented with suspicious and malicious behaviors,
• Ongoing monitoring of the new beginning of the activities of the Brotherhood.

Prefecture of Aristotelian Teaching
The Prefecture of Aristotelian Teaching, under the direction of Monsignor Elequest van Staveren [elequest], will soon be restructured.
Office of the Bibliomélie
The Office of the Bibliomélie, under the direction of Michalak de Valdes [michalak], is working efficiently and is administratively sound.

Statuts de l'Office de la Biblihomélie
Office placé sous la tutelle de la Congrégation pour la Diffusion de la Foi.
Partie I : De la Biblihomélie
Article 1 : Dirigée par un Préfet, la Biblihomélie est un Office placé sous la tutelle de la Congrégation pour la diffusion de la foi, dicastère romain administré par le Pontife Romain par l'intermédiaire de Cardinaux-Chanceliers.
- Article 1.1 : La Grande Bibliothèque Aristotélicienne, communément appelée Biblihomélie ou Office de la Biblihomélie, est une institution ayant pour vocation première de conserver tous les textes à valeur aristotélicienne à des fins d'éducation auprès du clergé romain. Son siège est basé à Rome, au sein du Palais de la Congrégation pour la Diffusion de la Foi.
- Article 1.2 : La Biblihomélie est composée de différents locaux :
- La salle d'accueil : Ou les fidèles s'informent sur la Biblihomélie et postulent afin de contribuer au développement de l'Église & de l'Office en aspirant à rejoindre les différents corps de la Biblihomélie.
- La salle des dépôts : Ou les membres déposent les textes qu'ils ont recueillis afin de les soumettre à la validation des Bibliothécaires.
- La bibliothèque religieuse : Ou se trouvent, classés selon leur type, les textes conservés à la Bibliothèque et mis à disposition de l'ensemble des lecteurs.
- L'Index : Ou sont entreposés les textes issus des hérésies spinozistes et averroïstes, ainsi que l'ensemble les textes jugés dangereux à la lecture de tous. L'accès en est volontairement restreint pour d'évidentes raisons de sécurité.
- La Grande salle de discussion : Ou les membres des différents corps composant la Biblihomélie se rencontrent et discutent de l'avenir de la bibliothèque. Accès limité aux membres des deux corps de la Biblihomélie.
- La Salle de Réunion : Où l’ensemble Biblihomélie discute des principales orientations de l'Office.
- La Chapelle Sainte-Raphaëlle-Archange : Où se déroulent les cérémonies internes à la Biblihomélie.
- Les archives de la Biblihomélie : Où sont archivées les minutes des débats de la salle de réunion, des discussions quant à la gestion de la biblihomélie ainsi que les textes rétrogradés ou considérés obsolètes.
- Article 1.3 : Tout texte entreposé dans la Biblihomélie doit être validé par un Bibliothécaire, avec l'aval du Préfet ou du Vice-Préfet de la zone géodogmatique.
Article 2 : La tutelle de la Congrégation pour la Diffusion de la Foi se manifeste par la présence des Cardinaux-Chanceliers au sein de tous les corps de l'institution, ainsi que de leur plein pouvoir décisionnel et leurs droits de regard et veto.
Partie II : Du dépôt des textes et de l'accès à la collection
Article 1 : La Grande Bibliothèque Aristotélicienne accueille indiscutablement l'une des plus grandes collections du monde connu. C'est un lieu de partage et d'échange. À ce titre, elle ouvre ses portes à l'ensemble des croyants, fidèles et prêtres de l'Église Aristotélicienne.
Article 2 : Tous les croyants, fidèles et prêtres peuvent déposer un texte relatif aux religions des royaumes, une œuvre visuelle, sonore ou utilisant un quelconque autre support.
Partie III : De la validation et du rangement des textes
Article 1 : Le Bibliothécaire est chargé de l'entreposage et de la validation des textes auprès de son supérieur.
- Article 1.1 : Fort de ses connaissances théologiques, le Bibliothécaire assure une lecture minutieuse des textes soumis en salle de dépôt.
- Article 1.2 : Il veille à la correction des erreurs dogmatiques qu'il mentionne en les barrant et en donnant rectification entre parenthèses. Tout ajout du Bibliothécaire doit être inscrit en rouge.
- Article 1.3 : Il détermine la nature du texte et le type de cérémonie auquel il renvoie, vérifie sa conformité avec les exigences canoniques et dogmatiques : les vœux, les serments, la présence d'un sermon, d'une liturgie...
- Article 1.4 : Si trop de fautes dogmatiques et/ou cérémonielles sont constatées, le Bibliothécaire déplace le texte dans la section des œuvres dangereuses. Les ouvrages de la Biblihomélie doivent servir de référence, les textes erronés et dangereux pouvant servir de contre-exemple.
- Article 1.5 : Afin de marquer officiellement la validation d'un texte, le Bibliothécaire appose sur celui-ci le sceau de l'Office de la Biblihomélie.
Article 2 : Les Bibliothécaires sont chargés de classer les textes scellés afin de garantir le bonne ordre de la collection.
Article 3 : Les Bibliothécaires sont assistés par des archivistes qui, ne possédant pas de licence primaire, doivent faire valider leurs corrections et travaux par un Bibliothécaire ou autre supérieur.
Partie IV : Des charges au sein de l'Office de la Biblihomélie :
Article 1 : Le Préfet – le quadriptyque causal :

Part I: Of the Biblihomelia
Article 1: Led by a Prefect, the Biblihomelia is an Office placed under the authority of the Congregation for the Dissemination of Faith, Roman dicastery administered by the Roman Pontiff through the Cardinals-Chancellors.
- Article 1.1: The Great Aristotelian Library, commonly known as the Biblihomelia or Office of the Biblihomelia, is an institution whose primary purpose is to preserve all documents of Aristotelian value for the purpose of education among the Roman clergy. Its headquarters is based in Rome, in the Palace of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith.
- Article 1.2: The Biblihomelia is composed of various local:
- The reception room: Where the faithful inform themselves on the Biblihomelia and can postulate to contribute to the development of the Church & the Office by aspiring to join the different bodies of the Biblihomelia.
- The depository: Where the members deposit the documents they collected in order to submit them to the validation of the Librarians.
- The religious library: Where can be found, classified according to type, the documents kept at the Library and made available to all the readers.
- The Index: Where are stored the documents who come from the Spinozists and Averroes heresies, and all the texts which are deemed hazardous to have accessible by everyone. Access is deliberately limited, for obvious security reasons.
- The Great discussion room: Where members of different bodies composing the Biblihomelia meet and discuss the future of the library. Access is restricted to members of both bodies of the Biblihomelia.
- The Meeting Room: Where the whole Biblihomelia discusses the main orientations of the Office.
- The chapel Sainte-Raphaëlle-Archange : Where are held the internal ceremonies of the Biblihomelia.
- The archives of the Biblihomelia: Where are archived the minutes of the debates of the meeting room, the discussion on the management of the Biblihomelia and the documents demoted or considered obsolete.
- Article 1.3: Any document stored in the Biblihomelia must be validated by a Librarian, with the approval of the Prefect or Vice-Prefect of the géodogmatique area.
Article 2: The oversight of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith is manifested by the presence of the Cardinals-Chancellors in all the institution's bodies, as well as their full decision-making power and rights of review and veto.
Part II: The submission of documents and access to the collection
Article 1: The Great Aristotelian Library unquestionably houses one of the largest collections of the known world. This is a place to share and exchange. As such, it opens its doors to all believers, faithful and priests of the Aristotelian Church.
Article 2: All believers, faithful and priests may file a document concerning the religions, kingdoms, a visual work, an acoustic work or using any other medium.
Part III: The validation and storage of documents
Article 1: The Librarian is responsible for the storage and validation of documents with his superior.
- Article 1.1: Strengthen by his theological knowledge, the Librarian provides a close reading of the texts submitted in the depository.
- Article 1.2: He ensures the correction of dogmatic mistakes that he mentions by barring them and giving a rectification in brackets. Any addition by the Librarian is to be recorded in red.
- Article 1.3: He shall determine the nature of the text and the type of ceremony to which it refers, verifies its compliance with the canonical and dogmatic demands: the vows, the oaths, the presence of a sermon, of a liturgy ...
- Article 1.4: If too many dogmatic and/or ceremonial faults are detected, the Librarian moves the text in the section of hazardous works. The writings of the Biblihomelia must serve as a reference, the erroneous and dangerous documents may still serve as example of things not to do.
- Article 1.5: To officially mark the validation of a text, the Librarian will affix onto it the seal of the Office of the Biblihomelia.
Article 2: The Librarians are responsible for classifying the sealed texts to ensure the correct classification of the collection.
Article 3: The Librarians are assisted by archivists who do not possess a primary license, and must validate their corrections and work by a Librarian or other superior.
Part IV: The positions within the Office of the Biblihomelia:
Article 1: The Prefect – the causal quadriptych:
The material cause = He must be a priest of the Aristotelian Church and hold a primary license.
The efficient cause = He is appointed by the Chancellors cardinals of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith.
The formal cause = He is inducted by the Cardinals chancellors of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith.
The final cause = He is responsible for the proper management of the Office of the Biblihomelia.
- Article 1.1 : The Prefect of the Office of the Biblihomelia directs the Biblihomelia as a whole.
Article 2 : The linguistic Vice-Prefect - the causal quadriptych:
The material cause = He must be a priest of the Aristotelian Church or a regularis and hold a primary license.
The efficient cause = He is appointed by the Chancellors cardinals of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith, with the consent of the Prefect of the Office.
The formal cause = He is inducted by the Cardinals chancellors of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith, with the consent of the Prefect of the Office.
The final cause = He is responsible to help and supplement the Prefectof the Office of the Biblihomelia in his linguistic or geodogmatic area of jurisdiction.
- Article 2.1: The Vice-Prefect of the Office of the Biblihomelia acts as deputy to the Prefect in his functions. All linguistic or geodogmatic area can benefit from a linguistic Vice-Prefect.
Article 3: The Librarian - the causal quadriptych:
The material cause = He must be a priest of the Aristotelian Church or a regularis and hold a primary license.
The efficient cause = He is appointed by the Prefect of the Biblihomelia.
The formal cause = He is inducted by the Prefect of the Biblihomelia.
The final cause = He is responsible to monitor the texts and certificates filed for archiving.
- Article 3.1: The Librarian is a theologian who has for mission the archiving and validation of the texts submitted to the opinion of the Biblihomelia.
Article 4: The archivist - the causal quadriptych:
The material cause = He must be a priest or reularis of the Aristotelian Church.
The efficient cause = He is appointed by the Prefect of the Biblihomelia.
The formal cause = He is inducted by the Prefect of the Biblihomelia.
The final cause = He is the assistant of the Librarian. He is in charge of the management of the archiving and to welcome those wishing to archive a document in the office.
- Article 4 : The archivist is not the holder of a primary license. His mission is to archive texts submitted to the opinion of the Biblihomelia. His view, on a text, must be validated by a member of the Office possessing a primary license.

[b]Article 1 :[/b] La Grande Bibliothèque Aristotélicienne accueille indiscutablement l'une des plus grandes collections du monde connu. C'est un lieu de partage et d'échange. À ce titre, elle ouvre ses portes à l'ensemble des croyants, fidèles et prêtres de l'Église Aristotélicienne.
[b]Article 2 :[/b] Tous les croyants, fidèles et prêtres peuvent déposer un texte relatif aux religions des royaumes, une œuvre visuelle, sonore ou utilisant un quelconque autre support.
[size=14][b]Partie III : De la validation et du rangement des textes [/b] [/size]
[b]Article 1 :[/b] Le Bibliothécaire est chargé de l'entreposage et de la validation des textes auprès de son supérieur.
[i]- Article 1.1 :[/i] Fort de ses connaissances théologiques, le Bibliothécaire assure une lecture minutieuse des textes soumis en salle de dépôt.
[i]- Article 1.2 :[/i] Il veille à la correction des erreurs dogmatiques qu'il mentionne en les barrant et en donnant rectification entre parenthèses. Tout ajout du Bibliothécaire doit être inscrit en rouge.
[i]- Article 1.3 :[/i] Il détermine la nature du texte et le type de cérémonie auquel il renvoie, vérifie sa conformité avec les exigences canoniques et dogmatiques : les vœux, les serments, la présence d'un sermon, d'une liturgie...
[i]- Article 1.4 :[/i] Si trop de fautes dogmatiques et/ou cérémonielles sont constatées, le Bibliothécaire déplace le texte dans la section des œuvres dangereuses. Les ouvrages de la Biblihomélie doivent servir de référence, les textes erronés et dangereux pouvant servir de contre-exemple.
[i]- Article 1.5 :[/i] Afin de marquer officiellement la validation d'un texte, le Bibliothécaire appose sur celui-ci le sceau de l'Office de la Biblihomélie.

The final cause = He is responsible to monitor the texts and certificates filed for archiving.
[i]- Article 3.1:[/i] The Librarian is a theologian who has for mission the archiving and validation of the texts submitted to the opinion of the Biblihomelia.
[b]Article 4:[/b] The archivist - the causal quadriptych:
The material cause = He must be a priest or reularis of the Aristotelian Church.
The efficient cause = He is appointed by the Prefect of the Biblihomelia.

The final cause = He is the assistant of the Librarian. He is in charge of the management of the archiving and to welcome those wishing to archive a document in the office.
