We, Felipe Álvarez de Toledo Josselinère, Cardinal-Bishop of Santa Maria Rotunda, as Vice-Chancellor of the Apostolic Chancellery and Grand Auditor of the Holy See,
On behalf of His Holiness Sixtus IV, and by collegial decision of the Sacred College of Cardinals:
Have decided, established, decreed and ruled, and by our present perpetual and definitive edict, we rule and order the appointment of Monsignor Catriona Mackenzie [Catriona_mackenzie], to the In Partibus episcopal see of Ephesus, for her services rendered in the past to the greatness of the Holy Mother Church.
Written in Rome, in the Palace of the Chancellery, the 23th day of May in the year of our Lord in the year MCDLXXI.
