Like would like to request access here for Preacher. Preacher will soon be serving as my liason to the Inter-nation Apostolic Congregation to help facilitate better communication with our brothers and sisters in Jah and to help share info on possible sea lane troubles, should they arise.

Preacher will be good in this role as he can speak English, French, Portugese, and Itialian.

I've also been talking to him about the HSR as well.
