With this decree we hereby declare the Pastoral Maxima of Benoît Seminary certified by the Congregation for the Diffusion of the Faith.
The permanence of the certificate is guaranteed and certified by regular audits of the seminary and courses by the CDF.
Changes to the course on the part of the seminary require separate certification by the CDF.
The course is recognised with this decree as teaching material and lesson and replaces all previous copies.
The CDF archives the courses in an armoured archive to protect the integrity of the seminar and to confirm the certification in the long term.

Statut der Präfektur der Aristotelischen Lehren
Präambel:
Die Präfektur der Aristotelischen Lehren, im Folgenden als "Präfektur" bezeichnet, ist eine Einrichtung unter der Aufsicht der Kongregation zur Verbreitung des Glaubens (CDF), die sich der Förderung und Kontrolle der theologischen Bildung und Lehre widmet. Dieses Statut regelt die Organisation, Aufgaben und Pflichten der Präfektur.
Artikel I: Führung
1. Die Präfektur der Aristotelischen Lehren untersteht der Aufsicht der Kongregation zur Verbreitung des Glaubens (CDF).
2. Die Präfektur wird von einem Präfekten geleitet, der vom Kanzler der Kongregation zur Verbreitung des Glaubens bis auf Abruf ernannt wird.
3. Der Präfekt hat die Weisungsbefugnis über alle Belange der Präfektur der Aristotelischen Lehren.
Artikel II: Aufgabe
Die Aufgaben der Präfektur umfassen:
1. Die Koordinierung der Inspektion bestehender Seminare und Universitäten.
2. Die Sammlung von Akkreditierungen und Zertifikaten aus den Seminaren und Universitäten.
3. Die Sammlung und Archivierung von Kursen, die in den Seminaren und Universitäten unterrichtet werden.
4. Die Unterstützung bei der Konstruktion und Wartung von pädagogischen Inhalten, Kursen und Seminaren.
5. Die Schaffung, Überwachung und administrative Integration von theologischen und nicht-theologischen Kursen im Dienst der Heiligen Mutter Kirche.
Artikel III: Struktur
1. Der Präfekt kann dem Kanzler des CDF einen Vize-Präfekten vorschlagen.
2. Der Präfekt ist befugt, Inspektoren zu ernennen und abzuberufen, um bei der Inspektion der Seminare und Universitäten zu unterstützen.
3. Der Kanzler des CDF kann eigenständig Personal der Präfektur ernennen und entlassen.
Artikel IV: Mitarbeit der Seminare und Universitäten
1. Alle anerkannten Seminare und Universitäten sind verpflichtet, aktiv mit der Präfektur und dem CDF zusammenzuarbeiten.
2. Zugang zu den Lehrbereichen und Bildungseinrichtungen der Seminare und Universitäten muss auf Anfrage der Präfektur oder des CDF uneingeschränkt gewährt werden.
3. Inspektionen dienen der Qualitätskontrolle der Lehre und sind jährlich abzuhalten.
4. Änderungen im Lehrmaterial und Lehrinhalt müssen der Präfektur vor ihrem Inkrafttreten vorgelegt werden und gelten erst nach der Akkreditierung durch das CDF als gültig. Vorherige Lehrtätigkeiten mit den geänderten Materialien und Inhalten sind untersagt.
5. Änderungen in der Seminar- und Universitätsführung müssen dem CDF mitgeteilt werden.
6. Jedes Seminar und jede Universität muss ein Statut haben, das von der CDF akkreditiert werden muss.
7. Alle Abschlüsse der Seminare und Universitäten müssen namentlich und mit Datum versehen in der Präfektur registriert werden.
Schlussbestimmungen:
Dieses Statut tritt mit sofortiger Wirkung in Kraft und kann nur durch die Zustimmung des Kanzlers der Kongregation zur Verbreitung des Glaubens geändert werden.

Statute of the Prefecture of Aristotelian Teachings
Preamble:
The Prefecture of Aristotelian Teachings, hereinafter referred to as the "Prefecture," is an institution under the supervision of the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith (CDF), dedicated to the promotion and control of theological education and teaching. This statute regulates the organization, tasks, and duties of the Prefecture.
Article I: Leadership
1. The Prefecture of Aristotelian Teachings is subject to the oversight of the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith (CDF).
2. The Prefecture is led by a Prefect appointed by the Chancellor of the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith, subject to recall.
3. The Prefect has the authority to issue directives on all matters concerning the Prefecture of Aristotelian Teachings.
Article II: Mission
The tasks of the Prefecture include:
1. Coordinating the inspection of existing seminars and universities.
2. Collecting accreditations and certificates from seminars and universities.
3. Collecting and archiving courses taught at seminars and universities.
4. Assisting in the construction and maintenance of educational content, courses, and seminars.
5. Establishing, monitoring, and administratively integrating theological and non-theological courses in the service of the Holy Mother Church.
Article III: Structure
1. The Prefect can propose a Vice-Prefect to the Chancellor of the CDF.
2. The Prefect is authorized to appoint and dismiss Inspectors to assist in the inspection of seminars and universities.
3. The Chancellor of the CDF may independently appoint and dismiss personnel of the Prefecture.
Article IV: Collaboration of Seminaries and Universities
1. All recognized seminaries and universities are obligated to actively cooperate with the Prefecture and the CDF.
2. Access to the teaching areas and educational facilities of seminaries and universities must be fully granted upon request by the Prefecture or the CDF.
3. Inspections serve the purpose of quality control of teaching and must be held annually.
4. Changes in teaching materials and content must be submitted to the Prefecture before they come into effect and are only considered valid after accreditation by the CDF. Teaching with the modified materials and content before accreditation is prohibited.
5. Changes in the management of seminars and universities must be communicated to the CDF.
6. Each seminar and university must have a statute that must be accredited by the CDF.
7. All degrees conferred by seminaries and universities must be registered with the Prefecture, including names and dates.
Final Provisions:
This statute comes into immediate effect and can only be amended with the consent of the Chancellor of the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith.

Articolo III: Struttura
1. Il Prefetto può proporre al Cancelliere della CDF un Viceprefetto.
2. Il Prefetto è autorizzato a nominare e revocare Ispettori addetti all'ispezione dei seminari e delle università.
3. Il Cancelliere della CDF può nominare e revocare autonomamente il personale della Prefettura.
Articolo IV: Collaborazione tra Seminari e Università
1. Tutti i seminari e le università riconosciuti sono tenuti a collaborare attivamente con la Prefettura e la CDF.
2. L'accesso agli ambienti didattici e alle strutture didattiche dei seminari e delle università deve essere integralmente concesso su richiesta della Prefettura o della CDF.
3. Le ispezioni hanno lo scopo di controllare la qualità dell'insegnamento e devono essere effettuate con cadenza annuale.
4. Le modifiche ai materiali didattici e ai contenuti devono essere presentate alla Prefettura prima della loro entrata in vigore e sono considerate valide solo dopo l'accreditamento da parte della CDF. È vietato insegnare con materiali e contenuti modificati prima dell'accreditamento.
5. Le variazioni nella gestione dei seminari e delle università devono essere comunicate alla CDF.
6. Ogni seminario e università deve avere uno statuto che deve essere accreditato dalla CDF.
7. Tutti i titoli conferiti dai seminari e dalle università devono essere registrati presso la Prefettura, compresi nomi e date.
Disposizioni finali:
Il presente statuto entra in vigore immediatamente e può essere modificato solo con il consenso del Cancelliere della Congregazione per la Propagazione della Fede.

Dispositions Finales :

In accordance with His Holiness Sixtus IV, the University is transferring responsibility for the "Domschule zu Köln" to a new Dean: Josef Freyhofer [Seppel]. As Dean, he will be responsible for far-reaching representative tasks in the geodogmatic zone of his concern, for the dissemination of faith and the teaching in harmony within the University. In agreement with the Rectorate, the management of the germanspeaking teachers is also one of the Dean's duties. Kardinalbischof von St. Johannes dem Märtyrer, Kardinalkanzler der Kongregation für die Verbreitung des Glaubens, Metropolit-Erzbischof von Salzburg, Generalkapitular des Jesuitenordens, Rektor der Päpstlichen Universität usw. usw., im Licht der heiligen Erzengel und Propheten
An die aristotelische Welt,
im Namen der Kongregation zur Verbreitung des Glaubens und in meiner Funktion als Kardinal Kalixtus von Hohenzollern-Habsburg, Kanzler dieser ehrwürdigen Institution, übermittle ich herzliche Grüße und Segenswünsche zum feierlichen Beginn des neuen liturgischen Jahres.
Mit großer Freude verkünde ich, dass der neue liturgische Kalender nun offiziell in allen Sprachen veröffentlicht wurde. Dieses bedeutende Ereignis öffnet die Türen zu einer Zeit tiefer spiritueller Reflexion und Erneuerung für Gläubige weltweit.
Während dieser heiligen Periode rufen wir dazu auf, nicht nur die liturgischen Traditionen zu ehren, sondern auch gemeinsam die universellen Werte des Glaubens zu feiern. Möge dieses Jahr liturgischer Feiern eine Quelle der Inspiration sein, um die Bedeutung von Glaube, Hoffnung und Liebe in unserem Leben zu vertiefen.
In einer Welt, die von Herausforderungen und Unwägbarkeiten geprägt ist, möge der liturgische Kalender uns dazu anregen, uns auf das Wesentliche zu besinnen und uns von der Kraft der Botschaft von Frieden und Barmherzigkeit leiten zu lassen. Möge das Licht des Glaubens in unseren Herzen leuchten und unsere Gemeinschaften stärken.
Wir sind aufgerufen, Brücken der Verständigung und Solidarität zu bauen, um die universelle Botschaft der Liebe und des Friedens zu verbreiten. Möge das kommende Jahr eine Zeit der Gnade und des Segens sein, in der wir als globale Gemeinschaft wachsen und uns in einem Geist der Brüderlichkeit vereinen.
Im Geiste des Friedens und der Liebe wünsche ich Ihnen allen ein gesegnetes und erfülltes neues liturgisches Jahr.

Au nom de la Congrégation pour la Propagation de la Foi et en ma qualité de Cardinal Kalixtus de Hohenzollern-Habsbourg, Chancelier de cette vénérable institution, je vous adresse des salutations chaleureuses et des bénédictions à l'occasion du commencement solennel de la nouvelle année liturgique.
C'est avec une grande joie que j'annonce que le nouveau calendrier liturgique a été officiellement publié dans toutes les langues. Cet événement significatif ouvre les portes à une période de profonde réflexion spirituelle et de renouveau pour les croyants du monde entier.
