Hello,
Sorry of being late but everything in french and it took me several days to reach here also Villef helped me to change language to english. I'm Siidiuss and I'm priest of Rauma currently. I started this game in Kingdom of Scotland and lived in Girvan. After reching level two I planned to make a trip to the town where my girlfriend (minnukene) is playing and it is Kingdom of England and town Evesham. When I started my trip I had about 500 pounds with me and also about 1500 pounds worth of different goods. I had an escort as it was very long trip. I got into group with two level 3 players who were on business trip so they escorted me all the way to Evesham. I sold most of my goods, had only ladders left worth to 500 pounds. So I reached to town where my girlfriend lives. I moved in and bough 2 fields. Next day I got message that I'm suspected as multi account player because we play sometimes with same computer and I was asked to move out as quick as possible. So all my lands were unsold and I moved to worcester. I had about 700 pounds left only and all the ladders. I lived in worcester for about 2 weeks and then I got contact to Villef who told me about the oportunity to start a new raising kingdom. I asked him to put my name on the list and without any warning I was teleported to new town Rauma by next day. I had to buy everything again and now I'm moving to level 3 direction. Over 300 pounds saved, lot of ladders on market in Worcester also stuff in market in Rauma so I guess in some weeks I should reach to level 3. To become a priest was new opportunity to be useful and help my new nation.
That was my short introduction and nice to meet you all. Waitting for further advice. |

I will get in touch with my english speaking brothers and request the baptism cerimony. Please wait.
In the meantime could you translate for me:
-> Church of the Kalmar Union(as it is ingame -IG) - this will be the name of the forum;
-> Clergy of the Kalmar Union - this will be the name of the group.
If you want, for language differences, we can keep everything in english for now and when the church grows (more towns etc) we have a room for each kingdom/county (language)?! |

I have not get any news about my teleportation to Gefle, Sweden. It looks bad atm but I am now waiting for a YES/NO-answer from Choup. I hope I can be more lucky with this PM than the last one to Red_Lord. _________________

Thank you for your help with baptising =).
And about the names, I think it would be wise to keep all in English as we have 4 different languages in the Kalmar Union. At the moment only 2, but more coming I hope _________________

Ok now when I saw this cyan sign, I became very curious. I went to English church and found out that there are many types of these signs. The I found chaplain... What does a chaplain do? Is chaplain a helper of local priest? If he is, I'm volunteer to be one =) If it's something bigger, forget it. I think that I have to study more how this church works before getting to any high-ranked positions. _________________

Each sign means a position in the church so it is easy to identify them. You can check the whole list here : http://rome.lesroyaumes.com/viewtopic.php?t=9325
I chaplain is responsible for a chaplaincy and can also celebrate, for example, baptisms. For the time being I believe the most relevant positions for your land would be deacon (priest "helper"), priest and in time bishop.
I am just waiting for the forum to be created to launch phase 2 =) |

Ok, I understand.
I also have another question:
Is there a possibility that either me or Siidiuss could baptize ppl. I know couple of players who would like to get baptized, but I don't know what are the requirements to be baptized. I know that priests and deacons can baptize, but as I'm only baptized, not deacon, I can't do that. And Siidiuss, our priest, is not baptized yet so I guess he can't do that neither.
And then the second thing. I asked our forum admin to make a small church sub-forum for us in Duchy of Finland forum. Only those who live in Finland can see it, but what can we do there? Is it possible e.g. to baptize there, have weddings and stuff?
Thank you! _________________

Oh and I could also translate the baptizing thing into Finnish. I'd just like to know what part of that is just RP and what is the not-changeable part? _________________
