Imperial Duke Anthonis Philippe Nicolas de Ligne Borgia is visiting Rome for an unusual request. He waits till somebody meets him and he hands over a letter.

However, in order to trust this statement I would like to request a position from the Church that he is indeed a Priest as claimed.
