Citation:

1. Of the behavior inside the Heraldry's quarters

Members of the College of Heraldry are volunteers serving the clergy.
Everyone who does not behave courteously will not be received by members of the College of Heraldry. Similarly, his application will not be processed and will be excluded from the premises.

The Heraldry is no village or fair square, it is a work environment.
Anyone disturbing in any way whatsoever the tranquility of the place will be lead to the exit.

2. Of heraldic workshops

Two heraldic workshops are at the disposal of the Most Holy Church's members:
- the graphic workshop for filling coats demands.
- the sigillographic workshop, for lodging demands of seals.

Anyone going to these workshops for something other than a request will be automatically excluded. *

Similarly, everyone allowing himself to take substitution for the members of the College of Heraldry whether in response to a request or making a remark will suffer the same treatment .

Any application not conforming or incomplete will not be processed.

Everyone must keep a copy of his coats and seals in his own records [ooc: on your computer].

2.1 The Graphic Workshop

What you must provide :

COAT Form a écrit:

1 ) Exact "IG" Name :
2 ) RP name and all owned nobility titles:
3 ) Precise function[s] held inside the Church and a link toward the nomination act(s):
  • If you already possess a Coat-of-Arms :
4 ) your coat in large size :
    5 ) your motto (not mandatory) :
6 ) your preference between ornaments called "French" or "Portuguese":

  • If you do not possess a coat-of-arms :
    4 ) your favourite colors :
5 ) heraldic figures, animals or, alternatively, values that are dear to you:
6 ) example of a coat that you liked, quoting the source:
    7 ) your motto (not mandatory) :
8 ) your preference between ornaments called "French" or "Portuguese":

[color=red]Important :
your coat can not be that of the village, diocese or archdiocese who you are in charge or where you belong.

The coats-of-arms of bishoprics and archbishoprics can only be used in decoration or letterhead.

2.1 The Sigillographic workshop

It is reserved only for ordained clergy, vidames, knights of MRO's and congregations.
What you must provide :

Seal Form a écrit:

1 ) Exact "IG" Name :
2 ) RP name and all owned nobility titles:
3 ) Precise function[s] held inside the Church and a link toward the nomination act(s):
4 )Personnal or Familial coat-of-arm, without your fiefdoms if any possessed.
5 ) The legend you desire : +S:name:motto+

Reminders :

  • Color's Meaning :
The red wax is to be used for private correspondence.
The yellow wax for administrative documents.
The green wax is used for intemporal documents (marriage act, sale of property...)

  • Signification of the forms :
The round form is used by mens, institutions and non-ordained clergy members.
The ogival form is used by the womens and the ordained clergy members.

3. Of the Register of arms and seals

The Register of Arms and Seals of the Roman Heraldry aims to save the seals and coats of ecclesiastics both in a view information and exposure, but also in a view of conservation.

The registry makes available to their owners and heralds the achievements of the workshops.

Each sheet is devoted to an ordained person, a diocese or congregation.

It usually includes the following information:

- RP name and all owned nobility titles:
- Primacy
- Aristotelician Church Charge(s) needing an ornament
- Coats : Simple coat, ceremonial coat, signature coat
- Seal with its legend, printed into the three waxes.

If you do not show in the Registry, you are invited to fill the sheet with the informations in your posession and to send it to an active member of the College of Heraldry

Written and sealed the third day of june of year grace MCDLVII.

For the College of Heraldry,
Ellesya de la Louveterie

Church Functions:
- Cardinal Primate of England, Scotland and Ireland
- Archbishop of Glasgow
- National Vice Primate for Scotland
- Under secretary of the Nuncio for Scotland
- Lord Chaplain of Scotland (member of the Privy council of King Wallace)
Motto : Beannachd Dia dhuit

4 ) your favorite colors : Yellow, Purple, dark blue
5 ) heraldic figures, animals or, alternatively, values that are dear to you:
- Bear
- Ship
- Key
6 ) example of a coat that you liked, quoting the source:

7 ) your motto (not mandatory) :
Beannachd Dia dhuit
8 ) your preference between ornaments called "French" or "Portuguese":
- I have no idea what this means!

I also hope to become a member of the Heraldry, however I do not know yet where to get that registered. Thanks in advance for working out something nice for me. I am looking forward to see something and if you have more questions feel free to ask me here or in a private message.

Hmm, it seems that nobody is working in the English department or my application was not correct. I wonder which one it is.
