We have in IG "Stavba katedraly" ("Building cathedral")... But we need for Level 3 and we will Level 4 and we need PVD...

No time?
The Czech asked for the Cathedral for over a year ago and in all that period there was no time for it?
They grew their community as instructed (13 church way players which is HUGE for a small kingdom), they RPed they did everything and more to deserve this church and yet there is no time.
What message does this send to players ? Don't play the church way because you cannot do anything with it. There is simply no time
That should be a simple DB change. If the Celsius team has no time/money, ask for community assistance. I'm betting you could find someone to keep track of these changes and implement them someone who has time and loves this game.
So please, for the nice Czech people, find some time and create that Cathedral

Your Eminence Renegade!
Let me acquaint you with the actual situation of the Church in Brno. Our pastor Koco is returned from a foreign trip for a long time. However, he became a follower of level 4 now, and is not currently very active for various reasons.
He became the new bishop for the Bohemia Country (Czech) and I along with Kaisoku we were ordained as deacons, and many others are waiting.
In our town (only one city per country) are more followers of the Church Way, but we do not have the bishopric and the Cathedral . For this reason, many theologians discontinued the spiritual life and start living for worldly vanities of this world. Destruction of church life is very near and our Bohemia kingdom needs pastors, who can work for the Church (collect PVD points - only one IG function for the entire kingdom is a few and it takes a very long time). Please pray for us with your superiors, so to enable us to build a cathedral and save innocent souls. Please, what should I do? Congregation for the Evangelization of people can help me? Or someone else?
