Complaint
- Accused (IG Name): His Eminence Archbishop Edward Borromeo Gauls known as "Egal", Cardinal Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Milan and Missus Inquisitionis.
- Reasons (explain in a complete and detailed way):
Abuse of power: Cardinal Egal, in the inquisitorial process against Cardinal Heldor about the collusion with Coccodema or the unfulfillment of his obligations as a Inquisitor Cardinal, abuse of his role as investigator to ask to the witness, Father Jonathan_oneill, questions about the inquisitorial procedure assigned to another investigator.
So Cardinal Egal violates the Canon Law, Article 1 of Part IV of Book 4 on these facts constituting an inquisitorial proceeding without being appointed by the Cardinal Inquisitor, as established by Canon Law, Article 2 of Part IV of Book 4.
Disobedience to the Chirch Hierarchy: Cardinal Egal violates the order of the Cardinal Inquisitor Quarion stating to deal with the complaint regarding the non-fulfilment of the Priest Ministry of Cardinal Heldor even if the appointment of Cardinal Inquisitor Quarion said the Inquisitor was Sir.johnny and not him, thus violating the vow of obedience: to hierarchy, dogma and canon law.
The Cardinal Egal also violates the Canon Law in Article 2 of Part IV of Book 4 and Article 3 of Part IV of the book 4 dealing with the case in question as well as investigating on it.

Abuso di potere : Il Cardinale Egal nel corso del processo inquisitoriale contro il Cardinale Heldor per collusione con Coccodema o inadempimento dei propri obblighi quale Cardinale Inquisitore, abusa della sua veste di Inquisitore per porre al testimone Padre Jonathan_oneill domande inerenti comissionamenti inquisitoriali affidati ad altro Inquisitore.
Il Cardinale Egal viola per tanto il Diritto Canonico all'articolo 1 parte IV del libro 4 costituendo su questi fatti un procedimento Inquisitoriale in assenza di incarico da parte del Cardinale Inquisitore, come stabilito dal Diritto Canonico all'articolo 2 parte IV del libro 4.
Disobbedienza alla Gerarchia della Chiesa : Il cardinale Egal contravviene all'ordine del Cardinale Inquisitore Quarion che stabiliva che ad occuparsi della denuncia riguardante l'inadempienza nello svolgimento del ministero sacerdotale fosse l'inquisitore Sir.johnny, violando pertanto il voto di triplice obbedienza: alla gerarchia, al dogma e al diritto canonico.
Il Cardinale Egal inoltre viola il Diritto Canonico all'articolo 2 parte IV del libro 4 nonché il Diritto Canonico all'articolo 3 parte IV del libro 4 occupandosi della vicenda in oggetto nonché indagando sulla stessa.
