We, His Eminence Leopold de Ligne, Cardinal-Primate of the Holy Roman Empire, wish to announce the following:
The nomination of His Eminence Edoardo Borromeo Galli, also known as Egal, Cardinal-Archbishop of Milan, as First Vice-Primate of the Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire and Vice-Primate of the Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire for the Italian territories.
The nomination of Monsignor Abendlicht Schenkenbach, Archbishop of Salzburg, as Vice-Primate of the Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire for the German territories.
The nomination of Monsignor Tibère d'Arcis, Bishop of Geneva, as Vice-Primate of the Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire for the Imperial French territories.
The nomination of Monsignor Elequest van Staverden, Archbishop of Cologne, as Vice-Primate of the Episcopal Council of the Holy Roman Empire for the Dutch territories.

Aware of all the recent conflicts in the known world, Sybrandt Carel has arrived that day in Rome. He always wanted to visit the Holy City... The first thing he heard when he arrived was this message. A new Primate for the Imperial Lands, that was wonderful news, a new Cardinal at the head of the Archbishops and Bishops of the Imperial Provinces of the Lord.
However, when he read the several announcements he saw the one in the Dutch language. He was wondering why, and especially in the native language of the Primate, this translation was so badly done.
He took his role of parchment and his feather and wrote a new announcement un Dutch for the Primate in his qualities as Imperial Translator of the Chancellery.
