In order to ensure that the proceedings of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota may be conducted in due form according to Canon Law, and with the gracious assent of His Holiness Pope Sixtus IV, I do hereby decree, by virtue of my authority as Dean of the Roman Rota, the following:
Brother Enrico Gonzaga Della Scala [Caleroide] is the new rapporteur of the Roman Rota.
Done in Rome, under the pontificate of the Holy Father Sixtus IV, on the seventeenth day of the month of November, in the year of grace MCDLXXIII.
