For any players in Ireland who could see abusive game behavior of judges there:

Here is the game rule:

If it has been breached, then notify game admin (not forum admins who are different. Brennos is a game administrator for exemple)

Citation:
A judge must always bear in mind this fundamental principle: He must only act in the interests of the Renaissance Kingdoms game. These interests are rigorously defined by the interests of all the players (not solely of the majority of them), including the condemned. A judgement must be found that satisfies not only the plaintiffs but also the accused, who must be treated with enough respect that they are not disillusioned with the game and lose interest.

General principles of justice

Arrow A judge holds great power over thousands of Renaissance Kingdoms players ; along with that power goes a responsibility toward the other players, the game in general and the designers. If a judge abuses or misuses their power, it could gravely endanger the game's equilibrium, poison the atmosphere and damage the fragile structure that the designers made such an effort to construct. For these reasons, a judge must respect the following rules, which have the goal of framing and harmonising justice in the Kingdoms across all the duchies and counties as well as through time.

Arrow When a judge rules that an accused is guilty of punishable or criminal acts, each such act is given a punishment proportional to the act. The judge is responsible for matching the punishment of the accused with the gravity of the offences.

Arrow A punishment that is disproportionate for the actions taken; "doubt over the dispensation of fair and equitable justice"; "doubt over proper application of noble prerogative"; violation of the present Charter; and the discretion of the Prosecutor of the Court of Appeal, may lead to a review of the original process by said Court.

Arrow A judge who repeatedly fails to uphold the present Charter, who ignores warnings from the Court of Appeal on this subject, or who profits by abusing his power, may find himself tried for high treason by Parliament (or the Court of Appeal on its behalf). The maximum penalty in a case of manifest abuse, subject to Royal assent, is eradication.

Arrow A person may not be tried twice for the same actions at the same level of jurisdiction. This applies throughout the Kingdom by Royal will.

Concerning punishment

Arrow A judge may always impose a fine, the amount to be at the judge's discretion, and/or a prison term of not more than three days for all infractions. For the most serious cases, or for blood crimes, a judge may pronounce a death sentence on a character, resulting in a 10-point loss to all their characteristics. If possible, this should be done with the consent of the condemned for RP reasons, or if the condemned has abandoned the game.

Really real offences

These are basically the real-life offences, that real-life justice applies to, and that involve systematic eradication of the character, as well as resorting to real justice, if the gravity is deemed sufficient by the administrators.

* insults and other verbal attacks
* cheating and exploiting bugs or loopholes
* account hacking and password theft

Special offences

Arrow Special offences are those that, due to their serious effects on game equilibrium or the interests of the RK, may be punished by a prison sentence greater than three days:

* Accused level 0/1 : 3 days maximum
* Accused level 2 : 6 days maximum
* Accused level 3 and up : 10 days maximum

(Warning: Any judge exceeding these prison sentences will be prosecuted themselves!)

Arrow The special offences are:

* witchery and multiple accounts
* abusive large-scale speculation and pillage of the public purse
* blood crimes and armed robbery
* manifest recidivism

I have been judged and I find the sanction too harsh
If there are problems with the procedure, consult the court of appeals, which will study your case, and perhaps be able to help you.

You can also contact the Law Society as they can assist you with your case. They can be found on forum 2 in the KoE/KoS/KoI Guilds and Corporations section.

Is there a court of appeal in all countries? In Ireland?

No, none in Ireland. Never has been. It's been well learned what can and can't be done. At least by most who are judges in Ireland.

Well if game rule can not apply because there is no court of appeal then i'm sure players can appeal to game admins directly if they have evidence of game abuse.

Yes absolutely and they should if they feel a rule's been broken. Admin will sort it out if it has.
