We, Alessandro Della Scala, for the Grace of God Archbishop of Modena, Archbishop of Trier, Primate of the Holy Roman Empire,
following the articles 29 and 30 of the Statute of the Primacy of the Holy Roman Empire,
we nominate
Alma Bianca Arnod Sforza, Archbishop of Pisa, at the office of Vice Primate for the italic speaking territory of the Primacy and first Vice Primate.
and we nominate
Josef Freyhofer [Seppel], Bishop of Passau, at the office of Vice Primate for the german speaking territories of the Primacy;
Karsten Karandus de Mérode [Kars], Archbishop of Ultrecht, at the office of Vice Primate for the dutch speaking territories of the Primacy;
Blancastre Montemayor di Leostilla [Blancastre], Archbishop of Chambéry, at the office of Vice Primate for the french speaking territories of the Primacy;
This will be the order of the Vice Primate, following the articles 30 of the statutes of the Primacy who say:

The slovenian territories of the Primacy must be considered as a direct competence of the Primate, who will evaluate the possibility of appointing his own delegate on the spot even if he does not belong to the episcopal rank.

Administrateurs diocésains :
[*]Administrateur diocésain sede plena de l'archidiocèse de Moustier-en-Tarentaise;
Ceux candidatant pour la charge d’administrateur diocésain doivent se faire connaître avec curriculum vitæ, tout diplôme obtenu, leur statut de pasteur de la foi ainsi qu’une lettre de motivation.

Vescovo:

Tutti i candidati dovranno presentare, a norma dello Statuto della Primazia, un curriculum vitae, una laurea in teologia e una lettera di motivazione.

Mariglena Dalmore all'ufficio di Vescovo della Diocesi di Luni 
e
Dunia d'Annwn all'ufficio di Vescovo della Diocesi di Sarzana
A loro è concesso di predicare e benedire, oltre che di celebrare i sacramenti del battesimo, del matrimonio, dell'ordinazione e del funerale nelle loro Diocesi di appartenenza e di godere di tutte le restanti prerogative connesse alla loro Dignità Episcopale.
