To the whole clergy of the Primacy of the Kingdom of France,
To the believers resident in French lands or being there now,
To all the members of the Holy Aristotelian Church, especially to the Cardinals reunited at the Consistory,
Bringing together the position of the writings of H. Em. the Cardinal Camerlengue on the 27th of december, the clergy from the whole Italian Vice-Primacy of the SRING, represented by Its Archbishops, watches in pain and deep sorrow all the events happened into the French lands, where the decisions of a King, who has lost the Ways of Wisdom, Aristotelian Virtues and peaceful government ruled with Justice, are leading to a very harsh situation versus the Church representatives and the serene and loyal people.
Our voice would join the one of all the people that had yet talked about it, asking in force King Eusaias to return to the Right Way, and Our Prayers are raising in Faith and Hope to the Most High, to ask Him to enlighten King's heart and mind, bringing him back to the bosom of the Real Faith and the Holy Aristotelian Church, for his goodness as king, but mainly for the goodness and the safety of the people that the High One let him to rule over.
Shall the King remember that temporal power comes from God and he must bow Him, following His ministers and His people.
May Our Lord break the hardness of the heart of whoever will stand against Him.

A tutto il clero della Primazia del Regno di Francia,
Ai fedeli residenti in terra francese o ivi presenti ora,
A tutti i membri della Santa Chiesa Aristotelica, specialmente ai Cardinali riuniti in Concistoro,
In unione a quanto scritto da Sua Eminenza il Cardinale Camerlengo in data 27 dicembre, il clero dell'intera Vice-Primazia Italofona del SRING, rappresentato dai suoi Arcivescovi, guarda con dolore e profonda riprovazione agli avvenimenti occorsi in terra di Francia, dove le scelte di un Re che ha smarrito la via della saggezza, delle Virtù Aristoteliche e del governo pacifico e retto da principi di Giustizia stanno portando ad una situazione estremamente grave verso i rappresentanti della Chiesa ma anche verso la pacifica e fedele popolazione.
La nostra voce si unisce a quella di coloro che hanno già parlato invitando con forza il Re Eusaias a ritrovare la giusta via, e le nostre preghiere s'innalzano con Fede e con Speranza all'Altissimo per chiedergli che illumini il cuore e la mente del Re riportandolo nel seno della Vera Fede e della Santa Chiesa Aristotelica, per il suo proprio bene personale, ma soprattutto per il bene e la salvezza di coloro sui quali l'Altissimo gli ha concesso di regnare.
Rammenti il Re che il potere terreno viene da Dio! e a Dio s'inchini, rispettando i Suoi rappresentanti in terra e il Suo popolo.
Che Nostro Signore possa infrangere la durezza del cuore di chi Gli resiste.
