As honorary bishopric titles, these seats are by now attached by the Holy Father to the following Vice-Primacies of the CESE as listed below.

Would like to kindly remind to all faithfuls that they can acquire the roman citizenship as they are guaranteed by the Statut civitatis romae.
Article 4: To be given, citizenship must first be the subject of a request made to the City office, which is responsible for registering the name in the census register and distributing the recognition of citizenship.
Article 4.1: Citizenship is recognized for all baptized Aristotelian men and women who express their will to remain in the City of Saint Titus.
Article 4.2: Citizenship is automatically recognized by the Cardinals of the Holy Church.
Article 4.3: Citizenship is automatically recognized by the Prefects of the congregations making up the Holy See.
Article 4.4: Citizenship is automatically recognized by the papal nobles of the senatorial order and the equestrian order.
Article 4.5: Citizenship is automatically recognized by any Aristotelian Roman family recognized by the Pontifical Heraldic Colleges and registered with the Roman noble.
This old and prestigious citizenship gives them right and duty. Please read carefully the Statut civitatis romae.

Due to the difficulty of coordinating all the committed services into the Apostolic Library, we are seaking for a Prefect also called General librarian of the Apostolic Library.
A real good knowledge on Roman administration workflow as weel as administrative skills are needed. Knowledge in Dogma and Canon Law will be appreciated. By this, candidacies are opened from now.

By the same, we ask each congregation involved in it to appoint its librarians to manage their own collections ;
