    Can. 1 : The Canterbury Cathedral School, henceforth simply the School, is an educational institution canonically established by the Holy See as the linguistic branch of the Pontifical University of Aristotelian Studies for the English-speaking geodogmatic zone.

    Can. 2 : As a linguistic branch of the Pontifical University of Aristotelian Studies, the School is directly subject to the same hierarchies, rules and regulations of the Pontifical University for everything not regulated in this constitution.

    Can. 3 : The School is symbolically attached to the Canterbury Cathedral and is located in a dedicated building of the Augustinian Abbey of Canterbury.

    Can. 4 : The School is directed by a Dean, elected by the professors from among themselves and appointed by the Rector of the Pontifical University of Aristotelian Studies in the name of the Holy See.

    Can. 5 : The Dean remains in office for life or until his removal by the Supreme Pontiff, on his own initiative or on the proposal of the majority of the professors or of the Rector of the University.

    Can. 6 : Applications for the position of Dean are opened by the outgoing Dean, the Vice-Dean or the Rector of the University and have a duration of five days; all professors have the right to apply within this period.

    Can. 7 : The vote is called by the outgoing Dean, the Vice-Dean or the Rector of the University and lasts five days. The Dean is elected by a majority of the voting professors, all professors have the right to vote.

    Can. 8 : The Dean may appoint a Vice-Dean from among the professors to assist him or to accomplish specific tasks within the School.

    Can. 9 : In case of absence of the Dean, the Vice-Dean assumes his duties until a new Dean is appointed.

    Can. 10 : In the accomplishment of his duties, the Dean is assisted by the professors on a collegial manner; in this capacity, they act as a permanent advisory and decision-making body, discussing any matter concerning the management of the School. New teachers are appointed by the Dean following the advice expressed collegially by the professors.

    Can. 1 : Die Domschule zu Köln, im Folgenden einfach nur Schule genannt, ist eine Bildungseinrichtung, die vom Heiligen Stuhl kanonisch als linguistischer Zweig der Päpstlichen Universität für Aristotelische Studien für die deutschsprachige geodogmatische Zone eingerichtet wurde.

    Can. 2 : Als linguistischer Zweig der Päpstlichen Universität für Aristoteles-Studien unterliegt die Schule für alles, was nicht in dieser Verfassung geregelt ist, unmittelbar den gleichen Hierarchien, Regeln und Vorschriften der Päpstlichen Universität.

    Can. 3 : Die Schule ist symbolisch an den Kölner Dom angegliedert und befindet sich in einem eigenen Gebäude des Domkomplexes.

    Can. 4 : Die Schule wird von einem Dekan geleitet, der von den Professoren aus ihrer Mitte gewählt und vom Rektor der Päpstlichen Universität für Aristoteles-Studien im Namen des Heiligen Stuhls ernannt wird.

    Can. 5 : Der Dekan bleibt auf Lebenszeit oder bis zu seiner Amtsenthebung durch den Papst auf eigene Initiative oder auf Vorschlag der Mehrheit der Professoren oder des Rektors der Universität im Amt.

    Can. 6 : Bewerbungen um die Stelle des Dekans werden vom scheidenden Dekan, dem Vizedekan oder dem Rektor der Universität eröffnet und haben eine Dauer von fünf Tagen; alle Professoren haben das Recht, sich innerhalb dieser Frist zu bewerben.

    Can. 7 : Die Abstimmung wird durch den scheidenden Dekan, den Vizedekan oder den Rektor der Universität einberufen und dauert fünf Tage. Der Dekan wird mit der Mehrheit der stimmberechtigten Professoren gewählt, alle Professoren haben das Stimmrecht.

    Can. 8 : Der Dekan kann aus den Reihen der Professoren einen Vizedekan ernennen, der ihn unterstützt oder bestimmte Aufgaben innerhalb der Schule wahrnimmt.

    Can. 9 : Im Falle der Abwesenheit des Dekans übernimmt der Vizedekan seine Aufgaben, bis ein neuer Dekan ernannt wird.

    Can. 10 : Bei der Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben wird der Dekan von den Professoren in kollegialer Weise unterstützt; in dieser Eigenschaft fungieren sie als ständiges Beratungs- und Entscheidungsgremium, in dem alle Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der Leitung der Schule erörtert werden. Neue Lehrkräfte werden vom Dekan auf der Grundlage der kollegialen Beratung durch die Professoren ernannt.

    Can. 3 : L'École est symboliquement liée à la cathèdre de Paris ; elle est située dans une aile dédiée du palais archiépiscopal de Paris, près de la cathédrale de Notre-Dame.

    Can. 4 : L'École est dirigée par un Doyen, élu par les professeurs parmi eux et nommé par le Recteur de l'Université Pontificale des Études Aristotéliciennes au nom du Saint-Siège.

    Can. 5 : Le Doyen reste en fonction à vie ou jusqu'à sa révocation par le Souverain Pontife, de sa propre initiative ou sur proposition de la majorité des professeurs ou du Recteur de l'Université.

    Can. 6 : Les candidatures au poste de Doyen sont ouvertes par le Doyen sortant, le Vice-Doyen ou le Recteur de l'Université et ont une durée de cinq jours ; tous les professeurs ont le droit de déposer leur candidature dans ce délai.

    Can. 7 : Le vote est lancé par le Doyen sortant, le Vice-Doyen ou le Recteur de l'Université et a une durée de cinq jours. Le Doyen est élu à la majorité des professeurs votants, tous les professeurs ont le droit de vote.

    Can. 8 : Le Doyen peut nommer un Vice-Doyen parmi les professeurs pour l'assister ou accomplir des tâches spécifiques au sein de l'École.

    Can. 9 : En cas d'absence du Doyen, le Vice-Doyen assure ses fonctions jusqu'à ce qu'un nouveau Doyen soit nommé.

    Can. 10 : Dans l'accomplissement de ses fonctions, le Doyen est assisté par les professeurs de façon collégiale ; en cette qualité, ils agissent comme un organe permanent de consultation et de délibération, discutant de toute question concernant la gestion de l'École. Les nouveaux enseignants sont nommés par le Doyen à la suite de l'avis exprimé de façon collégiale par les professeurs.

    Can. 1 : A Escola Catedral de Lisboa, doravante denominada simplesmente como "A Escola", é uma instituição educacional estabelecida canonicamente pela Santa Sé como ramo linguístico da Pontifícia Universidade de Estudos Aristotélicos para a Zona Geodogmática de Língua Portuguesas.

    Can. 2 : Como um ramo linguístico da Pontifícia Universidade de Estudos Aristotélicos, a Escola está diretamente sujeita às mesmas hierarquias, regras e regulamentos da Pontifícia Universidade para todos os assuntos que não estejam regulamentados nesta constituição.

    Can. 3 : A Escola está simbolicamente anexada à Sé de Lisboa e localiza-se no edifício anexo ao Palácio Arquiepiscopal; ela é posta sob o patrocínio e a tutela adicionais de São Jorge.

    Can. 4 : A Escola é dirigida por um Decano, eleito pelos Professores dentre eles e é nomeado pelo Reitor da Pontifícia Universidade de Estudos Aristotélicos, em nome da Santa Sé.

    Can. 5 : O Decano permanece no cargo de forma vitalícia ou até a sua remoção pelo Sumo Pontífice, por sua própria iniciativa ou sob proposta da maioria dos Professores ou, ainda, pelo Reitor da Universidade.

    Can. 6 : As candidaturas para o cargo de Decano serão abertas pelo Decano cessante, pelo Vice-Decano ou pelo Reitor da Universidade e possui uma duração de 5 (cinco) dias. Todos os Professores possuem o Direito de candidatar-se dentro do período estipulado.

    Can. 7 : A votação será iniciada pelo Decano Cessante, pelo Vice-Decano ou pelo Reitor da Universidade com duração de 5 (cinco) dias e será eleito pela maioria dos Professores votantes. Todos os Professores possuem direito ao voto.

    Can. 8 : O Decano pode nomear um Vice-Decano para ajudá-lo ou realizar tarefas específicas dentro da Escola.

    Can. 9 : Em caso de ausência do Decano, o Vice-Decano assume suas funções até que um novo Decano seja nomeado.

    Can. 10 : No cumprimento de suas funções, o Decano é assistido pelos Professores de maneira colegiada; nessa qualidade, eles atuam como órgão permanente de consulta e deliberação, discutindo quaisquer questões relativas à gestão da Escola. Os novos Professores serão nomeados pelo Decano, de acordo com a opinião colegiada expressa dos Professores.

    Art. 1 : La Escuela Catedralicia de Salamanca, de ahora en adelante simplemente la Escuela, es una institución educativa establecida canónicamente por la Santa Sede como la rama lingüística de la Universidad Pontificia de Estudios Aristotélicos para la zona geodogmática de habla hipana.

    .Art. 2 : Como una rama lingüística de la Universidad Pontificia de Estudios Aristotélicos, la Escuela está directamente sujeta a las mismas jerarquías, reglas y regulaciones de la Universidad Pontificia para todo lo que no esté regulado en esta constitución.

    Art. 3 : La Escuela está simbólicamente asociada a la Catedral de Salamanca; ella se encuentra en un ala dedicada del palacio episcopal de Salamanca.

    Art. 4 : La Escuela está dirigida por un decano, elegido por los profesores entre ellos y designado por el rector de la Pontificia Universidad de Estudios Aristotélicos en nombre de la Santa Sede.

    Art. 5 : El decano permanece en el cargo de por vida o hasta su destitución por el Sumo Pontífice, por iniciativa propia o por propuesta de la mayoría de los profesores o del Rector de la Universidad.

    Art. 6 : Las solicitudes para el puesto de decano son abiertas por el decano saliente, el vicedecano o el rector de la universidad y tienen una duración de cinco días; Todos los profesores tienen derecho a postularse dentro de este período.

    Art. 7 : El voto es convocado por el decano saliente, el vicedecano o el rector de la universidad y dura cinco días. El decano es elegido por la mayoría de los profesores con derecho a voto, todos los profesores tienen derecho a votar.

    Art. 8 : El Decano puede nombrar un Vicedecano entre los profesores para ayudarlo o para realizar tareas específicas dentro de la Escuela.

    Art. 9 : En caso de ausencia del Decano, el Vicedecano asume sus funciones hasta que se designe un nuevo Decano.

    Art. 10 : En el cumplimiento de sus deberes, el decano es asistido por los profesores de manera colegiada; en esta capacidad, actúan como un órgano permanente de asesoramiento y toma de decisiones, debatiendo cualquier asunto relacionado con la gestión de la escuela. El Decano nombra nuevos maestros siguiendo los consejos expresados colegialmente por los profesores..

    Can. 1 : Il Collegio Romano, di seguito semplicemente il Collegio, è un'istituzione educativa eretta canonicamente dalla Santa Sede come ramo linguistico della Pontificia Università di Studi Aristotelici per l'area geodogmatica italofona.

    Can. 2 : In qualità di diramazione linguistica della Università Pontificia di Studi Aristotelici, il Collegio è direttamente soggetto alle stesse gerarchie, norme e regolamenti dell'Università Pontificia per tutto ciò che non è disciplinato in questa costituzione.

    Can. 3 : Il Collegio è simbolicamente legato all'Arcibasilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, cattedrale di Roma; esso ha sede presso il Palazzo del Collegio.

    Can. 4 : Il Collegio è diretto da un Decano, eletto dai professori tra di loro e nominato dal Rettore dell' Università Pontificia di Studi Aristotelici in nome della Santa Sede.

    Can. 5 : Il Decano resta in carica a vita o fino alla revoca da parte del Sommo Pontefice, di sua iniziativa o su proposta della maggioranza dei professori o del Rettore dell'Università.

    Can. 6 : Le candidature per la carica di Decano sono aperte dal Decano uscente, dal Vice-Decano o dal Rettore dell'Università e hanno una durata di cinque giorni; tutti i professori hanno il diritto di candidarsi entro questo termine.

    Can. 7 : La votazione è iniziata dal Decano uscente, dal Vice-Decano o daò Rettore dell'Università e ha una durata di cinque giorni. Il Decano è eletto a maggioranza dei professori votanti; tutti i professori hanno diritto di voto.

    Can. 8 : Il Decano può nominare un Vice-Decano tra i professori per assisterlo o per svolgere compiti specifici all'interno del Collegio.

    Can. 9 : In caso di assenza del Decano, il Vice-Decano assume le sue funzioni fino alla nomina di un nuovo Decano.

    Can. 10 : Nell'esercizio delle sue funzioni, il Decano è assistito dai professori in modo collegiale; in questa veste, essi agiscono come un organo permanente di consultazione e deliberazione, discutendo qualsiasi questione riguardante la gestione del Collegio. I nuovi insegnanti sono nominati dal Decano dopo il parere espresso collegialmente dai professori.

    Can. 1 : De Utrechtse Domschool, verder genoemd als de School, is een onderwijsinstelling die door de Heilige Stoel canoniek is opgericht als de taalkundige tak van de Pauselijke Universiteit voor Aristotelische Studies voor het Nederlandstalige geodogmatische gebied.

    Can. 2 : Als taalkundige tak van de Pauselijke Universiteit voor Aristotelische Studies is de School rechtstreeks onderworpen aan dezelfde hiërarchieën, regels en voorschriften van de Pauselijke Universiteit voor alles wat niet in deze Grondwet is geregeld.

    Can. 3 : De School is symbolisch verbonden met de Utrechtse Dom en bevindt zich in een speciale vleugel van het Aartsbisschoppelijk Paleis in Utrecht.

    Can. 4 : De School wordt geleid door een decaan, die door de professoren uit hun midden is gekozen en door de rector van de Pauselijke Universiteit voor Aristotelische Studies in naam van de Heilige Stoel is aangesteld.

    Can. 5 : De decaan blijft levenslang in functie of tot zijn ontslag door de Hoge Paus, op eigen initiatief of op voorstel van de meerderheid van de professoren of de rector van de universiteit.

    Can. 6 : Sollicitaties voor de functie van decaan worden geopend door de vertrekkende decaan, de vice-decaan of de rector van de universiteit en hebben een duur van vijf dagen; alle professoren hebben het recht om binnen deze termijn te solliciteren.

    Can. 7 : De stemming wordt geïnitieerd door de vertrekkende decaan, vice-decaan of rector van de universiteit en duurt vijf dagen. De decaan wordt gekozen door een meerderheid van de stemgerechtigde professoren, alle professoren hebben stemrecht.

    Can. 8 : De decaan kan uit de professoren een vice-decaan aanwijzen om hem of haar bij te staan of om specifieke taken binnen de school uit te voeren.

    Can. 9 : Bij afwezigheid van de decaan oefent de vice-decaan zijn of haar functie uit tot er een nieuwe decaan wordt benoemd.

    Can. 10 : Bij de uitoefening van zijn of haar taken wordt de decaan op collegiale wijze bijgestaan door de professoren; in deze hoedanigheid treden zij op als een permanent orgaan voor overleg en beraadslaging en bespreken zij alle aangelegenheden die betrekking hebben op het beheer van de School. Nieuwe docenten worden benoemd door de decaan na het advies dat de professoren collegiaal hebben uitgebracht.

    Can. 4 : The School is directed by a Dean, elected by the professors from among themselves and appointed by the Rector of the Pontifical University of Aristotelian Studies in the name of the Holy See.

    Can. 5 : The Dean remains in office for life or until his removal by the Supreme Pontiff, on his own initiative or on the proposal of the majority of the professors or of the Rector of the University.

    Can. 6 : Applications for the position of Dean are opened by the outgoing Dean, the Vice-Dean or the Rector of the University and have a duration of five days; all professors have the right to apply within this period.

    Can. 7 : The vote is called by the outgoing Dean, the Vice-Dean or the Rector of the University and lasts five days. The Dean is elected by a majority of the voting professors, all professors have the right to vote.

    Can. 8 : The Dean may appoint a Vice-Dean from among the professors to assist him or to accomplish specific tasks within the School.

    Can. 9 : In case of absence of the Dean, the Vice-Dean assumes his duties until a new Dean is appointed.

    Can. 10 : In the accomplishment of his duties, the Dean is assisted by the professors on a collegial manner; in this capacity, they act as a permanent advisory and decision-making body, discussing any matter concerning the management of the School. New teachers are appointed by the Dean following the advice expressed collegially by the professors.
