Guy saw Cath entering the chapel. It had been a long time since he last saw here.
Then Cardinal Ysabet started to speak, Guy listened carefully to her words. What she said was true, the task would be hard and the sacrifice would be great. The choice for a life dedicated to the church was made not so long ago. He inherited the county of his father and in the library he started to read religious books. When he wanted more information there was no one to help him in Holland. So he wanted to be there when there were people who want to learn about Christos and Aristotle.

He felt ready for the tasks and was eager to start.

Arne listened to the words of the holy book Virtues. He smiled and a warm feeling went through his body. This was the task he always dreamed of. It will be a hard life but it was his choice. No one would block his path.
He waited silently what would come next.

Endymion listened the cardinale, the passage she had read was right for the occasion.
After th sermon Endymion left a minute of silence, everyone can soak up the words of Ysabet, then he addressed the three future priests,

Arne, Guy, Morrigan, please come here, the archbishop pointed to a spot at the steps leading to the chancel, three cushions were placed on the floor, and kneel.

When the three were kneeling, some sextons then labored over. They came to draw a circle around the candidates to the priesthood, and deposed four colonnades which underpinned finely crafted objects. A pure water basin for water, a small brazier for fire, a carved stone for earth and an incense burner for air. The symbols of the four elements of Aristotelician theory. The circle and future priests, meanwhile, were the last mystical element : the Ether, symbolizing the soul and the divine presence in all things. The prelate then pursued on a voice print of a tense ceremony, a new question.

My sons, faced with flame of fire rising into the sky, do you promise to live in communion with the work of Christos, as well as respect and obedience of the hierarchy of our Holy Aristotelician Church ?

When asked, Guy kneeled in front of the archbishop. Now was the moment, the biggest step in his adult life was upon him.

My sons, faced with flame of fire rising into the sky, do you promise to live in communion with the work of Christos, as well as respect and obedience of the hierarchy of our Holy Aristotelician Church ?

Guy answered with a clear voice.

Yes I will.

Arne stepped forward and knelt as the Monseigneur asked him. He seriously listened to his words and spoke:

Yes I will!

Morrigan listened silently to the words that were spoken. She knew the sacrifice she made by joining the church and it was something she had thought long about. But she knew that this was her calling in life and it was a price she was willing to pay.

When she was summoned towards the altar, she glanced at her sister before walking forwards and she knelt by the altar. When the bishop gave her the question she looked up and spoke clearly

I give you my word

The Aristotelician fire purifies and gives blessing to those servants of the Most High !

The archbishop then turned his gaze to the adjacent colonnade.
Faced with cut stone, founder bedrock of the whole architecture of the building of our Holy Aristotelician Church, would you devote your life to follow the path shown by the words of Aristotle ?
Promise yourself to live in communion with your colleagues with respect and obedience of Faith and Dogma for our life ?

Arne looked to Endymion and listened. Without any doubt he answered.

Yes I will

His interlocutors replied with confidence, that he approved, then Endymion replied.
The Aristotelician stone purifies and gives blessing to those servants of the Most High !

And he continued to the next item :
Facing the water symbol of purity, do you promise to share with all your heart, with all your soul and without any mental reservation the precepts of Aristotelian ethics that consist primarily of finding the right balance between abstinence and debauchery ?
Do you promise with all your heart, with all your soul and without any mental reservation refuse to fall into sin by cultivating the virtues and fighting against vices ?

[All three respond affirmatively]

An approval again, and presto, the ceremony continued its course, slowly but surely.
The Aristotelician water purifies and gives blessing to those servants of the Most High !

And the last item, thank you God there were not a lot.
Faced with the smell of incense hunting bad emanations, do you promise to comply with all your heart, with all your soul and without any mental reservation, precepts of Canon Law of our Holy Church Aristotelian ? Do you promise to help the children of God to escape lunar Hell and away from any heterodoxy ?

Morrigan had read the texts about the ceremony, but it was very different to be part of one. It seemed a lot shorter in the description than what was currently happening. But obediently she answered all the questions

Yes, I will fullfill my duty

The Monseigneur said the following words:

Facing the water symbol of purity, do you promise to share with all your heart, with all your soul and without any mental reservation the precepts of Aristotelian ethics that consist primarily of finding the right balance between abstinence and debauchery ?
Do you promise with all your heart, with all your soul and without any mental reservation refuse to fall into sin by cultivating the virtues and fighting against vices ?

Arne noded and said with a strong voice:
Yes I will

Endymion took the word again.

Arne became word by word closer by his greatest dream.

Yes I will!

The Aristotelician air purifies and gives blessing to those servants of the Most High !

And voila, the four elements it was done, before addressing the fifth they would recite the Creed.
Blessed your servants, O Most High, and grant them your protection and your favor.

Now, brothers and sisters, my children, Arne, Guy and Morrigan, recite in one heart the credo of our Holy Church Aristotelian.

Credo in Deum,
Altissimum Omnipotentem,
Creatorem caeli et terrae,
Inferos et paradisi,
Ultima hora animae judicem nostrae

Et in Aristotelem, prophetam,
Nicomaqui Phaetique filium,
Missum ut sapientiam et universi
Divas leges errantibus hominibus erudiret

Credo etiam in Christum,
Natum ex Maria et Ioseph,
Vitam dedit ut nobis paradisi viam monstraret
Sic, postquam sub Pontio passus est
Propter salutem
Nostram martyr perivit
Consecutus est Solem
Ubi Aristoteles ad Altissimi dexteram eum expectabat

Credo in Divinam Actionem,
Sanctam Ecclesiam aristotelicianam, romanam, unam et indivisibilem
Sanctorum communionem,
Peccatorum remissionem,
Carnis resurrectionem
Vitam aeternam.

Amen.

Everyone rejoiced his joy, had shown his sovereign will to be faithful and believe in the Most High. It had to end, once and for all, so he raised his hands, and pulled down on the head of each future officiating priest. Of course, all the sweetness necessary physical integrity was taken with precaution, it would be a shame to hurt his future brothers and sisters...
The Aristotelian Ether completes itself in you what other items were begun. Brothers, with all the Saints who intercede for us, entrust to the mercy of God those He has chosen as priests.

By the imposition of my hands and the Aristotelian Ether, receive power of your ministry and guide the faithful Aristotelician by the example of Christos and Aristotle to help them gain access to the solar Paradise !

Three sexton then advanced, each wearing a red velvet cushion with gold cord on lequels were asked three medals delicately chiselled. Endymion helped everyone to get up while delivering each a medal and made them a fraternal embrace, saying with a smile,
Congratulations, your new life begins here and now.
