command in our function as Prefect of the Villa St. Loyats the dismissal of Brother Franciscus Bergoglio as General Vice-Prefect. This dismissal is nessessary cause his appointment was against the Statut of the Villa St. Loyats.

Villa St. Loyats, the time-honored institution of the translator, the scribes and the languages, is looking for new translatorswhich provide their service to the Holy Mother Church. To the Hispanic Episcopal Assembly,
To the Spanish brothers and sisters,
To all the faithful and prelates of the known world,
After an inspection conducted at the Fray Tanys seminary by the Prefect of the Aristotelian Teaching, His Eminence NReis Ribeiro de Sousa Coutinho, and after careful analysis of the records and files of the seminary, strong evidence of corruption was found by some students.
The students in question, abusing the power and the authorizations that were granted, plagiarized the work of other students. This abuse of power goes against all the principles defended by the Prefecture of Aristotelian Teaching - merit, work, dedication and study.
Through their actions, these students discredited the institution that is the Fray Tanys seminary, throwing shame on themselves and on the Hispanic Church.
For these reasons, it is stated that:
- His Eminence Serrael de Luna Dragovar and the deceased King Altair Asburgo de Aragón i Ferrer immediately lose their diplomas from the courses of Inquisitorial Prosecutor;
- His Eminence Chiluvia de Castelldú and the deceased King Altair Asburgo de Aragón i Ferrer immediately lose their diplomas from the courses of Episcopal Prosecutor;
For having violated the values by which the Holy Roman Aristotle Church is governed, the students above must write as penance a letter of public repentance where they assume their fault and promise to change their behavior. To recover their diplomas, they must study the respective courses directly with the Prefect of the Aristotelian Teaching, to guarantee that this situation does not happen again.
This is a black day for the history of the Hispanic Church. But that this black day has a lesson: The truth is like oil, always comes to the top.
