Guideline for the Anglophone church
We, Koolike Frankopan, Cardinal-Religious of the ESPC, Secretary of Holy Armies, Cardinal-Inquisitor by the almighty grace infront of all the clergy in the name of our mother church at the sight of the prophet Aristotle
Announce the following:
There shall be a mandatory requierment for all the clergy (laity included) to pass the national seminary in order to take up any office at all! Also we declear that it shall be a requierment for all positions within our church to qualify at the first level of the seminary.
All who currently hold a position inside the church and who have not qualified in the seminary must take it as soon as possible! It will be our glorious mission to educate the laity and the regular clergy. All shepards must have a better understandment of our Lord, world picture as such in order to succeed better in life and in the duties of the religious shepard.
The national seminary will also opened to all faithful ones who want to learn more about the church life, how it functions and the basic truths on what we rely on. Knowledge is power and we must use that power to steer the holy mother church in the most useful way. We must focuse on the smarts and wits of our clergy so that they would know the sins of the Nameless one!
Futhermore, we declear:
that all bishops, archbishops must make the list of their diocese accordance with the roman registry. All people shall be noted in the general roman registry as soon as the cleric has been installed to position, thus avoiding that the roman registry and the diocese one are not of accordance! Also, it shall be decleared that the Roman registry will be updated in every 10 days!
This degree has an overwriting power of all the current decisions taken either by the ESPC, EA-ESI or the orders in the Anglophone zone. This degree shall be of effect at the moment it's released
May Aristotle guide our hand!

herby respectfully announce the resignation of his Eminence Darien Balintyne as Cardinal National Elector of England, Scotland and Ireland, also known as Cardinal Chamberlain of the ESI. His Eminence has retired from his position to focus on the upcoming election of the Monarchy of England. At the time of this announcement brother Darien may now be called His Majesty Darien Balintyne of England. It saddens the Church to see a great individual as himself leave our ranks.
We have been granted permission to wish His Majesty all the wisdom and guidance of Our Lord for his upcoming reign of England. “Bless, O God, this man, who was elected by the people of England. O God, help him to fulfill with honor, faith, and loyalty this important role, so that he can govern with wisdom, respect and sincere commitment. In the name of your ever guiding love. AMEN.”

Clarification on the Celtic Alliance
We, the Congregation of the Inquisition, by name of the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor of this Congregation and the Cardinals of the English Speaking Pontifical Council, by name of the Cardinal Chamberlain (national elector) gathered in the Sacred College by the Grace of God, before the Most High and under the sight of Aristotle, in the name of the Sovereign Pontiff of our Holy Mother Church
do acknowledge that in the past two years there has been a lot of speculation going on about the existence of an Anathema on the Celtic Alliance and all its members. We have taken it upon ourselves to clarify this situation for once and for all by making this statement and getting it signed by the Congregation of the Inquisition of the Universal Roman and Aristotelian Church, as well as the Cardinal National Elector of England, Scotland and Ireland.
Let us be clear, the Celtic Alliance and its members are not placed under Anathema by the Universal Roman and Aristotelian Church. Regardless of what several Cardinals may have said in the past, or what anyone else may say in the future. To specify we are referring here to The Kingdom of Waterford, the Grand Duchy of Bretagne (Brittany), the Duchy of Laighan, the Duchy of Cuige Chonnacht, the Duchy of Glasgow in addition the organisation named Fury. This is written in stone and agreed upon by those that have signed this statement.
Why where so many left to belief that there was an Anathema? That is easy, the Court Justice had gathered, examined the evidence and had come to a conclusion. This conclusion was never brought before the Curia in Rome and therefor is not a valid conclusion. In light of the current situation in England, Scotland and Ireland it serves no purpose to bring this old conclusion towards the Curia and call for a vote. So we leave it at that.
As it is written, So shall it be.
