I suggest that a temporary groups for the Rota Romana, Apostolic Signature and Apostolic Penitetiary be created and, in the meantime, that University courses be created, in order to train the people who will then occupy these roles in the courts. In Italian territory, for example, many people are interested in this area and cannot access it because they do not have the qualifications. I believe that if this reform was made to improve the administration of ecclesiastical justice it should also be an opportunity to welcome new people with quality and competence."

I would remind you that we had a ready-made justice course, but unfortunately it was never used because we have implemented a new comprehensive reform of the justice system, which has yet to be fully evaluated and validated. I find myself in agreement with what Francesco Maria said..welcome the new recruits but I think that at least in the beginning we need people with experience and who know how to disentangle themselves well in the world of justice ..
The new ones can in the meantime gain experience by observing closely how the work is done, so that they will be ready when the time comes to work on the front lines.
Church courts are very important, and after the reform we cannot afford to make mistakes
