Does anyone want to help me with this?

Contact the Chancellors in order to have the organization charts of the congregations, research the various appointments and revocations to update the Curie file, and contact the Primacies.

I propose to divide the burden into three parts.
-Whoever makes contact with the Primates,
-Whoever contacts the Congregations, Chancellors or prefects,
-Those who monitor and follow the various announcements to update the Curie file.

If anyone would like to help me, please do not hesitate.

Thank you in advance to the dedicated people who would accept this task which is not difficult but which requires a little time.

I agree with the idea. The organigram of the CDF is usually up-to-date, but after the death of Monsignore Blancastre I need to update it anyway.

It is indeed preferable to standardize the organization charts. And to adapt to English as our main language.
I know that it is not always easy to ask chancellors to adapt to standardization but it is for better reading and understanding.

Since we are not very much left - I will translate if needed the organigrams into English - especially those who have no leadership. Will see if some workers still be there.

I will implement my own for the CDF in a few minutes as a base but will need to add some new things till end of the month to cause some internal changes. So I guess we will be finishing that till end of October as a deadline more or less.

I try to be quick, cause in October I traditionally start the work on the Liturgical Calendar for 1473.

"Look at you two lovebirds working togheter! Jokes aside... I find it a useful thing to do if done as a team. Updating everything is impossible for one person alone. I have updated the organizational charts of the bulletin boards in the Congregations entrusted to me (Holy Office and New Apostolate) and I have also sent them to Cardinal Kalixstus.

As for the Primacies, I can do the one for mine (Southern Italy) and I can update those in the territories of competence of the New Apostolate: England, Scotland, Ireland, Hungary, Croatia, Poland and Bohemia."
