    We, H.R.H. Ines Álvarez de Toledo, as Prefect of the Pontifical Court


    We wish to remind every faithful and believing person, Noble or Prince, who for earthly matters wishes to meet His Holiness the Sovereign Pontiff, that his request for audience, public or private, should be addressed to Us.

    We also remind you that, as far as protocol is concerned, persons received in audience by the Holy Father, whatever their condition or rank, must bow and kiss the Fisherman's Ring.
    As far as the preachings are concerned, those of Holiness, Holy Father and Sovereign Pontiff are acceptable.



    For the greater glory of God and His Church.

    RECRUITEMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF THE PONTIFICAL FAMILY




    We, H.R.H. Ines Álvarez de Toledo, as Prefect of the Pontifical Court


    The Pontifical Court has the duty to administer the ordinary in the Apostolic Palaces and to support the Sovereign Pontiff in his needs.
    Also, the Pontifical Court has the duty to govern the extraordinary of the Pontifical Court, to ensure the smooth running of pontifical events and the conduct of ceremonies with the exception of the strictly liturgical and heraldic part.

    In order to do this, the Pontifical Court is divided into two parts, and as far as the Pontifical Family is concerned, we announce the need to recruit the various people who can fill the following positions, which are a great honour because of the closeness they imply to the Sovereign Pontiff, and in accordance with the Book 5.6 :

    • The Master of Ceremonies. He is responsible for the organisation of festivals, shows and hunts. He is responsible for pontifical patronage and must promote Art and Letters, as well as the enhancement of the historical and religious heritage of the City of Rome.

    • The Master of the Papal Wardrobe. He is the dignitary in charge of the administration of the appearance of the Sovereign Pontiff and his court.



    We would also like to announce the following appointments:

    • The appointment of Baron Palatine Zebaz Campeador as Furriel Major of His Holiness. He will be in charge of organising the travels of the Holy Father and his Court, as well as their accommodation during their journeys.
      We would like to thank the Palatine Countess Monsignor Constance Elyse for the services rendered so far.

    • The appointment of Duchess Della de Volvent as Archiatre of His Holiness, in charge of looking after the health of the Holy Father, due to her medical knowledge.

    • The appointment of Prince Wayllander of Leffe as Assistant Prince to the Pontifical Throne. He is entrusted with assisting his Holy Person in temporal affairs when the Holy Father so requires.


    We wish to recall that the members of the Pontifical Court have as many rights and obligations as are dictated by the Bulls on the supreme government of the Holy See.
    Likewise, We are available at any time and will attend to any candidature that may be sent to us.

    Commander of the Guard of Honour of His Holiness




    We, H.R.H. Ines Álvarez de Toledo, as Prefect of the Pontifical Court


    In accordance with Book 5.6 of the Bull on the Government of the Holy See, and in accordance with the prescriptions for the appointment of a Commander of the Guard of Honour of His Holiness, and considering the suitability of Count Akkar, we appoint him as of today and until his dismissal or resignation as Commander of the Guard of Honour which will ensure the escort of the Holy Father during his travels.
    In accordance with this appointment, the Count is requested to place himself at the disposal of the Pontifical Court in the private flats of the Apostolic Palace.
