It is with great joy that the Primacy of CESE announces the following new personnel in their respective functions:
Bishops:
Archbishop of Luxeil : Huggon de Cerisay
Bishop of Como : Aurora Sofia Xaxina del Montefeltro Casanova de la Roche
Bishop of Genève-Annecy : R0drigue de Mortaigne
Diocesan Administrators
Diocesan Administration of Aix : Tymothe de Nivellus
Diocesan Administration of Chambéry : Hélie di Leostilla
Diocesan Administration of Toul : Sigmar
The aforementioned will remain in office until recalled, according to the regulations of the CESE.

Election for the seat of Primate of the CESE
From Cardinal-Bishop Kalixtus Alain-Edmond von Hohenzollern-Habsburg out of the House de Montfort-Beaumont d'Autevielle, Archbishop of Salzburg, etc., under the light of the Archangels and the will of the Prophets Aristotle and Christos:
According to the status of the CESE, it is necessary to launch a nomination phase which is necessary to elect a new Primate.
The nomination period will last 5 days. Applications can be submitted to me.

| Citation: | Article 27. The Primate is elected from among the full members of the Episcopal Assembly of the Holy Roman Empire for a renewable term of 6 months.

The episcopate is a perpetual office destined for the governance of the Church. Changes can only occur according to the Statute of the CESE and canonical laws.
We welcome Monsignore Karsten Karandus de Mérode and wishing him a successful work in his respective dioceses.

Vice-Primat:
Dutch Synode : Karsten Karandus de Mérode
As Vice-Primas of the Dutch Synod, the most noble task is to assist the Primate in the administration of the Primacy and to advise him according to the statutes of the CESE.
Furthermore, the Vice-Primas is also considered the leader of the corresponding synod.
We welcome Monsignore Karsten Karandus de Mérode and wishing him a successful work in his respective dioceses.
