We, Monsignor William Blazing, OFM, as Metropolitan Archbishop of Canterbury,

By virtue of the powers conferred upon us by the Holy Roman Curia,

Authorize ourselves, Monsignor William Blazing, OFM as holder of the deed to the Powderham Castle, on the Marquessate of Exminster, as an ordained cleric recognized by the Aristotelian Church,
To dedicate the chapel of Saint Dwywai on my domain Marquessate of Exminster dependent on the archdiocese of Canterbury
In the most perfect respect of the rite and the Aristotelian dogma,
And to later officiate as a chaplain with the blessing of the congregation.

Signed and sealed in Canterbury, on the 1st day of July in the Year of Grace of 1471.
