    We therefore entrust them with overseeing the archiving in their national register and ensuring the good coordination of their team of archivists, as well as with the care of the registers and the custody of the sacramental certificates of the dioceses, parishes and chapels of his geo-dogmatic zone and their classification in the French-speaking Register, as established in Canon Law, Book 5.6, Part VII

    We would like to thank His Eminence Urbain Mastiggia [Urbain_mastiggia] for his work as Prefect of the Registry to this day, and wish him all the best for the future.

    Written in Rome, in the Palace of the Chancellery, the 12th day of January in the year of our Lord MCDLXXII.
