Hádramašmátrá sent out many letters, but even after several months she was unable to contact anyone at the Pontifical Colleges of Heraldry. She therefore decided to go to Rome to settle her matter in person.

After a long journey by carriage, she finally arrived in Rome. Tired and unsure of what awaited her, she set off for the building of the Pontifical Colleges of Heraldry. When she entered the cold and quiet hall, her footsteps echoed across the marble floor. She searched for the appropriate office for a while, until she found it and knocked on the door. With her hand on the handle, she took one last deep breath and then entered.

„Hello, is there anyone here who could help me?" She asked.
