Implementation of a registration office for international students at the Pontifica Universitas Studiorum Aristoteliorum
With immediate effect, international students from diaspora countries and regions without their own clerical seminaries at the University can enroll in courses through this international office.
You will find the Registration office for international students at the main entrance.
The list of nations who are count as diaspora areas are published on the University as well.
International students, due to the situation in their home countries (diaspora), will be taught by the university's rector himself (Cardinal Kalixtus) or by selected professors. These professors are appointed by the rector and must be evaluated as outstanding catechists and educators in their portfolios by the rector.
In this way, the university serves not only the interests of the Congregation for the Dissemination of the Faith (CDF) as a training institution, but also works closely and trustfully with the Congregation for the New Apostolate (CNA).
The university warmly welcomes all international students to the Alma Mater.

Mit großer Freude verkünde ich, dass ab dem heutigen Tage die Inquisitionskurse an der Pontifica Universitas Studiorum Aristoteliorum wieder unterrichtet werden.
Die Kurse stehen derzeit in den Sprachen Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch zur Verfügung. Weitere Sprachen werden in naher Zukunft folgen, um einer noch breiteren internationalen Studierendenschaft gerecht zu werden.

Dokument zur offiziellen Anerkennung des Ordens der Gregorianer
Im Namen der Heiligen Kirche und im Gehorsam gegenüber den Kanones und der aristotelischen Lehre wird folgendes festgestellt:
Nach eingehender Prüfung und unter Berücksichtigung der in CIS 3.5.1.4 festgelegten Voraussetzungen wurde der Orden der Gregorianer als religiöser Orden (ORR) anerkannt.
Der Orden der Gregorianer wurde über einen Zeitraum von mehr als vier Monaten als labellisierte Gruppe geführt und hat in dieser Zeit nachweislich:
- Eine Mindestdauer der Labellisierung von vier Monaten erfüllt, mit durchgängig wiederholtem und vertretbarem Engagement.
- Eine Mitgliedschaft von mindestens 20 getauften Gläubigen vorgewiesen.
- Die aktive Mitarbeit von mindestens fünf Angehörigen des säkularen Klerus und/oder Mitgliedern römischer Kongregationen dokumentiert.
- Die Patenschaft von vier anerkannten (Erz-)Bischöfen bzw. Rektoren bereits anerkannter religiöser Orden erhalten.
- Eine interne Statutenordnung etabliert, welche sowohl elektive Verfahren als auch Mechanismen zur Kontrolle aller Mitglieder umfasst.
- Eine klare Unterscheidung innerhalb des Ordens zwischen den drei aristotelischen Wegen vorgenommen: säkularem Klerus, regularem Klerus und Oblatentum.
- Die Implementierung eines Noviziats, das der religiösen Ausbildung der Mitglieder vor deren endgültiger Aufnahme dient, gewährleistet.
Während des Anerkennungsprozesses hat der Orden uneingeschränkten Zugang zum internen Bereich für das regulare römische Kapitel gewährt. Alle Mitglieder der Gruppe haben dem Kapitel offen, ehrlich und ohne Umschweife Auskunft über ihre Strukturen, Praktiken und Aktivitäten gegeben.
Das regulare römische Kapitel bestätigt nach Prüfung aller Kriterien die vollständige Erfüllung der Voraussetzungen gemäß CIS 3.5.1.4 und übermittelt hiermit dem Heiligen Stuhl den positiven Abschlussbericht zur endgültigen Bestätigung durch die Kurie.

Document officially recognising the Order of the Gregorians
In the name of the Holy Church and in obedience to the canons and Aristotelian doctrine, the following is established:
After thorough examination and taking into account the conditions laid down in CIS 3.5.1.4, the Order of Gregorians has been recognised as a religious order (ORR).
The Order of the Gregorians was run as a labelled group for a period of more than four months and has demonstrably:
- Fulfilled a minimum period of labelling of four months, with consistently repeated and justifiable commitment.
- A membership of at least 20 baptised believers demonstrated.
- The active collaboration of at least five members of the secular clergy and/or members of Roman congregations documented.
- Received the sponsorship of four recognised (arch)bishops or rectors of already recognised religious orders.
- Established an internal statute system that includes both elective procedures and mechanisms for the control of all members.
- Made a clear distinction within the order between the three Aristotelian paths: secular clergy, regular clergy and oblates.
- The implementation of a novitiate, which serves the religious training of members before their final admission, is guaranteed.
During the recognition process, the Order granted unrestricted access to the internal area for the regular Roman Chapter. All members of the group have provided the Chapter with open, honest and straightforward information about their structures, practices and activities.
The Regular Roman Chapter, having examined all the criteria, confirms full fulfilment of the requirements of CIS 3.5.1.4 and hereby sends the positive final report to the Holy See for final confirmation by the Curia.

Au nom de la Sainte Église et en obéissance aux canons et à la doctrine aristotélicienne, il est établi ce qui suit :
Après un examen approfondi et compte tenu des conditions énoncées au point 3.5.1.4 du CIS, l'Ordre des Grégoriens a été reconnu en tant qu'ordre religieux (ORR).
L'Ordre des Grégoriens a été géré comme un groupe labellisé pendant une période de plus de quatre mois et a manifestement :
- Avoir rempli une période minimale de labellisation de quatre mois, avec un engagement répété et justifiable.
- Une adhésion d'au moins 20 croyants baptisés a été démontrée.
- La collaboration active d'au moins cinq membres du clergé séculier et/ou de congrégations romaines est attestée.
- Parrainage de quatre (archi-)évêques reconnus ou de recteurs d'ordres religieux déjà reconnus.
- a mis en place un système de statuts internes comprenant à la fois des procédures électives et des mécanismes de contrôle de tous les membres.
- Distinction claire au sein de l'ordre entre les trois voies aristotéliciennes : clergé séculier, clergé régulier et oblats.
- La mise en place d'un noviciat, qui sert à la formation religieuse des membres avant leur admission définitive, est garantie.
Au cours du processus de reconnaissance, l'Ordre a accordé un accès illimité à la zone interne pour le Chapitre romain régulier. Tous les membres du groupe ont fourni au chapitre des informations ouvertes, honnêtes et directes sur leurs structures, leurs pratiques et leurs activités.
Le Chapitre romain régulier, après avoir examiné tous les critères, confirme qu'il satisfait pleinement aux exigences de l'ECI 3.5.1.4 et envoie par la présente le rapport final positif au Saint-Siège pour confirmation finale par la Curie.

In nome della Santa Chiesa e in obbedienza ai canoni e alla dottrina aristotelica, viene istituito il seguente ordine:
Dopo un esame approfondito e tenendo conto dei requisiti stabiliti nella CIS 3.5.1.4, l'Ordine dei Gregoriani è stato riconosciuto come ordine religioso (ORR).
L'Ordine dei Gregoriani è stato gestito come gruppo etichettato per un periodo di più di quattro mesi e ha dimostrato di essere un gruppo religioso:

- Aver completato un periodo minimo di etichettatura di quattro mesi, con un impegno ripetuto e giustificabile.
- Dimostrata l'adesione di almeno 20 credenti battezzati.

Il Capitolo romano regolare, dopo aver esaminato tutti i criteri, conferma il pieno adempimento dei requisiti della CIS 3.5.1.4 e invia il rapporto finale positivo alla Santa Sede per la conferma definitiva da parte della Curia.

I regret to inform you that we have to say goodbye to Prefect Lorenzo Cosini. It seems that he has disappeared without a trace. He has not been found in Rome or in any other place of residence. I pray for his healthy return, wherever he may be at the moment.
However, the Prefecture of the Chapel Registry cannot remain without administration, which is why it is necessary to dismiss the Prefect and advertise the post separately.

The Prefecture of the Chapel Registry takes care of the correct registration of nobility, family and military chapels. It ensures that the chapels can be kept active and, if not, that the chapels are inactivated. The accreditation of the chapel registry allows the appointed chaplain to perform sacraments in the chapel and the responsible bishop to consecrate the chapel.
This important office is therefore of immediate importance in dealing with the local parishes and the Roman administration. It ensures the order and legal certainty of sacraments in accordance with canon law.

According to the following documentary evidence, the CDF and the Prefecture of Aristotelian Doctrines recognise the Seminary of San Domenico as an accredited seminary in existence since 1469.
The diplomas published and produced since that date are valid and legal.
The accreditation is valid until the next review of the seminary by the Prefecture of Aristotelian Doctrines or until revoked.
With this letter, I expressly apologise for the confusion that has arisen regarding the validity of the seminar. A documentation error has caused this confusion, which has been cleared up thanks to the courageous efforts of Cardinal Fenice Maria Helena Deversi-Aslan Borgia.
Here is the authenticated document from the year 1469, which is used and deposited as the basis for the validity and accreditation of the Seminary of San Domenico:

Oggetto: conclusione dell'ispezione del Seminario "Santa Calandra" del Monastero di San Domenico
In data 19 agosto 1469 Sua Eminenza il reverendo Cardinale Cancelliere di questa Congregazione e il Segretario Generale della stessa davano inizio ad un'ispezione, ai sensi dello statuto della Congregazione, presso il Seminario "Santa Calandra" del Monastero di San Domenico, guidato dal Decano Fenice Maria Elena Deversi Aslan Borgia.
Oggi, 05 dicembre dello stesso anno, essa viene considerata conclusa.
L'esito dell'ispezione è il seguente:
il Seminario rispetta le linee guida emanate per l'insegnamento delle materie Aristoteliche ed è pertanto da considerarsi un Seminario virtuoso e produttivo.
Lo stesso è autorizzato all'insegnamento dei seguenti corsi:
- Pastorale Base (o Prima);
- Pastorale Maxima (o Avanzata);
- Diplomazia;
- Teologia;
- Inquisizione;
- Professorato
- Prematrimoniale;
- Sacerdozio
Durante l'ispezione si sono presentati i seguenti docenti:
- Fenice (Decano);
- Hipazia (Vice decano);
- Heldor;
- Silvio_1
Sono state verificate con esito positivo le credenziali degli stessi.
Sulla base dell'elenco fornito dal Decano il Seminario risulta produttivo ed è da considerarsi uno dei pilastri per la diffusione della Fede nelle terre italiche.
