Az új kartulárus e kinevezés közzétételével lép hivatalba, és ekkor kérjük minden vezetőjét, papságát és hívét a Magyar Királyságnak, hogy ismerjék el, támogassák és működjenek együtt vele a munkájában.
A Magasságos és a Próféták áldják meg őt, és adjanak neki bátorítást, erőt és ihletet tisztsége gyakorlásához.
Kelt Rómában, a Palazzo dei Convertendiben, Urunk MCDLXXIII. évének április tizennegyedik napján. Őszentsége IV. Sixtus pápasága alatt.

Appointment of the Chartulary for the Hungarian Region
Us, Francesco Maria Sforza,
Cardinal-Bishop of Saint Adonia in Trastevere in Our function of High Apostolic Commissioner and Chancellor of the Congregation for the New Apostolate,
Aiming to fulfill and execute the constant and perennial mission gived to this Congregation, we have decreed and determined and, by our present perpetual and final edict, we decree and determine the appointment of father Honoratusz Losonci [Honoratusz] to the position of Chartulary for the Hungarian Region.
Imbued with its functions, the new Chartulary of the Congregation for the New Apostolate will have the primary task of assist, advise and help the Apostolic High Commissioner in the development of the Roman Aristotelian Church in his region of activity.
The new Chartulary takes office upon publication of this appointment, at which time we ask all governors, clergy and faithful of Hungary to recognize, support and cooperate with his work.
May the Most High and the Prophets bless him and grant him encouragement, strength and inspiration for the exercise of his function.
Given in Rome, at the Palazzo dei Convertendi, on the fourteenth day of April in the year of Our Lord MCDLXXIII. Under the Pontificate of HH. Sixtus IV.

Nosotros, Francesco Maria Sforza, Cardenal Obispo de Santa Adonia en Trastevere, en nuestra función de Alto Comisionado Apostólico y Canciller de la Congregación para el Nuevo Apostolado,
Dado que la venerable sede arzobispal de Valencia ha quedado vacante, consideramos conveniente y necesario que los fieles de dicha archidiócesis cuenten finalmente con un guía y un líder religioso elegido entre los mejores hijos consagrados a Dios. Por delegación de Su Santidad Sixto IV, y en su nombre, como Canciller de la Congregación para el Nuevo Apostolado, decidimos, establecimos, decretamos e instituimos el nombramiento de Monseńor Mirina [Mirina_] como Arzobispo Metropolitano de Valencia, sobre quien recae la responsabilidad inherente a la obra y tradición apostólica iniciada por los Apóstoles en tiempos de nuestro Mesías y continuada hasta nuestros días por sus sucesores.
