Con nuestra autoridad como canciller de la Congregación para el Nuevo Apostolado, le autorizamos a impartir los sagrados sacramentos en la parroquia de Zaragoza de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Derecho Canónico y en nuestro Dogma Inalienable.

We name brother Antonio_condulmer as Diocesan Administrator of the Suffragan diocese of Whithorn.
In his duties, considering that the diocese is sede plena, the new Diocesan Administrator is placed under the authority of the Bishop of the Diocese.

Con el propósito de cumplir y ejecutar la misión constante y perenne encomendada a esta Congregación, hemos decretado y determinado y, por nuestro presente edicto perpetuo y final, decretamos y determinamos el nombramiento de Su Excelencia monseñor Mirina [Mirina_] para el cargo de Cartulario para la Región de Habla Hispana en reemplazo de Su Excelencia monseñor Welser Pérez de Gotor [Welser].
Conforme a sus funciones, el nuevo Cartulario de la Congregación para el Nuevo Apostolado tendrá como tarea principal asistir, asesorar y ayudar al Alto Comisionado Apostólico en el desarrollo de la Iglesia Romana Aristotélica en su región de actividad.

Appointment of the Chartulary for the Spanish-speaking Region
Us, Francesco Maria Sforza,
Cardinal-Bishop of Saint Adonia in Trastevere in Our function of High Apostolic Commissioner and Chancellor of the Congregation for the New Apostolate,
Aiming to fulfill and execute the constant and perennial mission gived to this Congregation, we have decreed and determined and, by our present perpetual and final edict, we decree and determine the appointment of His Excellence mgr. Mirina [Mirina_] to the position of Chartulary for the Spanish-speaking Region in replacement of His Excellence mgr. Welser Perez de Gotor [Welser].
Imbued with its functions, the new Chartulary of the Congregation for the New Apostolate will have the primary task of assist, advise and help the Apostolic High Commissioner in the development of the Roman Aristotelian Church in his region of activity.
The new Chartulary takes office upon publication of this appointment, at which time we ask all governors, clergy and faithful of the Kingdoms of Castille and Leon, Aragon, Valencia and Principality of Catalonia to recognize, support and cooperate with his work.
May the Most High and the Prophets bless him and grant him encouragement, strength and inspiration for the exercise of his function.
