Penance due to the Laicization of Roderic d´Aleixar Batista
We, the Cardinals of the holy Aristotelian, universal and Roman Church, united in our sacred College, proclaim the following under the light of the Saints and Prophets and by the grace of the Most High and His Holiness Sixtus IV.
In the understanding that the holiest oaths of the Holy Mother Church are those of ordination, any breach or denial of said oaths due to the renunciation of all offices within the Church constitutes a grave rupture with the holy sacraments, with dogma, and with Canon Law.
A resulting laicization frees the delinquent from the grace of ordination bestowed upon him and from the sacred oaths derived therefrom.
But this release does not relieve him of the ecclesiastical duty of penance!
The Sacred College, under the caring eyes of His Holiness Pope Sixtus IV, therefore decrees the laicization of Roderic d´Aleixar Batista in consequence of his personal declaration of will, and imposes the following punishment and penance:
- The payment of 1000 gold to his home diocese. Proof must be submitted to the Dean of the Sacred College, the Primate of the HEA, and the Apostolic Chamber.
- Exclusion from the sacrament of marriage for 1 year.
- Exclusion from the sacrament of ordination for 2 years.
- Exclusion from any ecclesiastical responsibility in the administrative sector of parishes and dioceses for 2 years.
- Exclusion from theological teaching for 2 years.
- Exclusion from liturgical assistance (lector, altar server) for 2 years.
- A comprehensive confession to a confessor of his choosing. The confessor must formally confirm the confession to the Dean of the Sacred College.
- A pilgrimage to the Quill of Aristotle (Regensburg) and to the Blood of Christos (Bruges). Proof must be submitted to the Pilgrimage Office of the Congregation of the CDF.
Should these conditions not be fulfilled within one year, exclusion from the sacrament of marriage will be extended until the conditions are fulfilled.
Should these conditions not be fulfilled within five years, exclusion from the sacrament of ordination, as well as from liturgical, theological, and administrative duties, will be extended until the conditions are fulfilled.

Final decision in the case of Ercole Iaudas de Nanteuil called Iaudas
We, the Cardinals of the holy Aristotelian, universal and Roman Church, united in our sacred College, proclaim the following under the light of the Saints and Prophets and by the grace of the Most High and His Holiness Sixtus IV.
In accordance with the order issued by us, the Holy College, to monitor and assess the activities and conduct of Ercole Iaudas de Nanteuil, a final report has been submitted and presented to the Curia for review.
The Holy College has concluded that all necessary requirements for the final lifting of the excommunication have been met. Ercole Iaudas de Nanteuil is thus free and a reinstated member of the Aristotelian community. He is entitled to all the rights and duties granted by this status, as well as the opportunities resulting from it. This includes all sacraments, provided that the necessary canonical requirements have been met.
The Holy Mother Church welcomes a lost sheep back into the flock of the Lord and proves once again that God's grace culminates in the forgiveness of sins. In the certainty of divine mercy, the College of Cardinals remains the guardian of the truth of the divine will in unity with His Holiness Pope Sixtus IV.
Given in Rome, on the 10th of November in the Year of Grace MCDLXXIII, the VIIth of the Pontificate of His Holiness Sixtus IV and the Vth of the Era of the Restoration of Faith

Sur l’excommunication latae sententiae et la réduction à l’état laïc de Pie de Valence
Nous, les Cardinaux de la Sainte Église Aristotélicienne, Universelle et Romaine, unis au sein de notre Sacré Collège, proclamons ce qui suit, sous la lumière des Saints et des Prophètes et par la grâce du Très-Haut et de Sa Sainteté Sixte IV.
À plusieurs reprises, inspirés par un véritable esprit d’amitié et de fraternité aristotéliciennes, les membres du Sacré Collège ont tenté de confronter Pie de Valence au sujet de ses paroles et de ses actions contraires au Dogme Sacré et au Droit Canon. Refusant toute main tendue, et persévérant égoïstement dans sa propre voie, il a préféré les séductions de la Créature Sans Nom, qui l’ont désormais transformé en une arme contre la Sainte Église ; celle-ci en a été blessée et divisée intérieurement, provoquant de profondes douleurs et souffrances.
Conformément à la responsabilité qui nous incombe par le Dictat dogmatique de Dieu et par la protection ainsi confiée à nous envers la Sainte Mère l’Église et ses fidèles, nous devons constater que Pie de Valence, à l’heure actuelle, est tombé loin de la Foi et, par ses propres déclarations et affirmations, s’est écarté et séparé de la Vérité et de la Sainteté de la Mère Église, la Sainte Église Aristotélicienne, Universelle et Romaine.
Ceci constitue un acte de schisme et d’hérésie. Cette action, qu’il a lui-même provoquée et voulue, le conduit inévitablement à l’excommunication latae sententiae.
| Citation: | Can. 10 : La prononciation de l'excommunication a pour cause une action grave et persistante contraire au Dogme, à la Doctrine et au Droit Canon ainsi qu’une attitude hostile et rebelle contre l’autorité ecclésiastique.
Can. 11 : La prononciation de l'excommunication est la prérogative exclusive du Souverain Pontife et des Cardinaux.
Can. 17 : L'excommunication exclue la personne fautive de la Communion des Saints et de l'Amitié Aristotélicienne. Elle est donc privée de messe et de sacrements, ne peut pas accéder ni être enterré dans un lieu sacré et ne peut pas atteindre le Paradis Solaire.
Can. 20 : L'excommunication latae sententiae ne peut être prononcé que pour des actions schismatiques, l'agression contre le Souverain Pontife ou tout crime pour lequel elle est prévue.

Nous constatons que, par la publication des écrits suivants de Pie de Valence :
- « Manifeste de rupture : Je quitte l’Église Romaine sans regret » du 9 octobre 1473
- « Annonce officielle de l’Église Universelle Aristotélicienne – Évêché de Langres » du 12 novembre 1473
- « Le dogme contre la vérité : Aristote trahi par Rome – Évêché de Langres » du 14 novembre 1473
- « De l’ouverture du mariage aux prêtres – Évêché de Langres » du 15 novembre 1473
tous les critères nécessaires à une excommunication latae sententiae sont remplis depuis le « Manifeste de rupture » du 9 octobre 1473.
- Par conséquent, le Sacré Collège des Cardinaux doit défroquer Pie de Valence et le priver immédiatement de toutes ses charges et responsabilités cléricales actives.
- Le Sacré Collège des Cardinaux reconnaît par la présente, depuis le 9 octobre 1473, l’excommunication latae sententiae de Pie de Valence, désormais inscrit à l’Index Hominum Prohibitorum.
Pie de Valence est, par la présente, dépouillé de tous ses titres, offices et distinctions ecclésiastiques, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur des États Pontificaux, ainsi qu’au sein de la Sainte Église Aristotélicienne, Universelle et Romaine, avec effet immédiat.
Dès à présent, Pie de Valence n’est plus Cardinal, ni Évêque, ni Prêtre, ni Orthodoxe de la Sainte Église Aristotélicienne, Universelle et Romaine ; lui et ses écrits doivent être considérés comme schismatiques et hérétiques.
Enfin, le Sacré Collège adresse un avertissement à tous les fidèles :
| Citation: | | Can. 19 : En outre, pour assurer l'orthodoxie et l'harmonie au sein de la communauté aristotélicienne, chaque fidèle est obligé d'éviter la personne excommunié et de lui nier toute aide, qu'il soit matériel ou moral. |
Que toute âme fidèle sache que les déclarations et écrits de Pie de Valence constituent une fausse doctrine et conduisent à la damnation éternelle.
Que toute âme fidèle sache que quiconque suit Pie de Valence est également excommunié latae sententiae et destiné à souffrir éternellement en Enfer.
Que toute âme fidèle soit avertie que le jugement de Dieu s’accorde parfaitement avec SA Vérité éternelle, dont la Sainte Église Aristotélicienne, Universelle et Romaine, est seule gardienne pour toujours.
Le présent décret constitue un ordre exécutif adressé à toutes les institutions de l’Église afin de refuser immédiatement à Pie de Valence tout accès, d’éliminer ses possibilités d’agitation et de recrutement, de surveiller ses interactions et d’en faire rapport aux services compétents de l’administration romaine.
Cela s’applique universellement par décret, mais en particulier à la zone francophone et à sa Primatie, l’AEF, ainsi qu’à la Primatie du CESE, et doit servir d’ordre pour son inscription à l’Index par la Chancellerie Pontificale.
Notre solidarité va aux fidèles francophones, et en particulier au cher peuple du diocèse suffragant de Langres, exploité comme champ d’expérimentation hérétique par son propre évêque et désormais frappé par une situation qu’il a lui-même provoquée.
Enfin, il convient de rappeler que l’Église est une Église de miséricorde et de pardon. Nous savons que Pie de Valence, sous l’influence de la créature sans nom, se nuit à lui-même, nuit à ses semblables et nuit à la Sainte Église. Nous regrettons profondément l’état actuel de Pie et l’assurons que les portes de l’Église et le retour aux vertus divines, ainsi que le chemin d’or de Dieu, seul capable de mener au Paradis Solaire, lui resteront toujours ouverts. On the excommunication latae sententiae and reduction to the lay state of Pie de Valence
We, the Cardinals of the Holy Aristotelian, Universal and Roman Church, united within our Sacred College, proclaim the following under the light of the Saints and Prophets and by the grace of the Most High and His Holiness Sixtus IV.
On several occasions, inspired by a true spirit of Aristotelian friendship and fraternity, the members of the Sacred College have attempted to confront Pie de Valence regarding his words and actions contrary to Sacred Dogma and Canon Law. Refusing every outstretched hand, and instead selfishly persevering in his own path, he has preferred the seductions of the Nameless Creature, which have now turned him into a weapon against the Holy Church, which has wounded and divided his body internally, causing grave pain and suffering.
In accordance with the responsibility imposed upon us by the dogmatic Dictate of God and the protection thereby entrusted to us towards the Holy Mother Church and her faithful, we must hereby ascertain that Pie de Valence has, at the present time, fallen away from the Faith and, by his own declarations and affirmations, has estranged and separated himself from the Truth and Sanctity of the Mother Church, the Holy Universal and Roman Aristotelian Church.
This constitutes an act of schism and heresy. This action, which he brought about himself and intended, inevitably leads him to excommunication latae sententiae .
| Citation: | Can. 10: The pronouncement of an excommunication has as its cause a serious and persistent action contrary to the Dogma, the Doctrine and Canon Law, as well as a hostile and rebellious attitude against the ecclesiastical authority.
Can. 11: The pronouncement of an excommunication is the exclusive prerogative of the Supreme Pontiff and the Cardinals.
Can. 17 : The excommunication excludes the faulty person from the Communion of Saints and Aristotelian Friendship. They are thus deprived of Mass and the sacraments, cannot enter or be buried in a sacred place and cannot attain the Solar Paradise.
Can. 20 : The excommunication latae sententiae can only be pronounced for schismatic actions, aggression against the Supreme Pontiff or any crime for which it is prescribed.

We ascertain that through the publication of the following writings by Pie de Valence:
- "Manifeste de rupture : Je quitte l’Église Romaine sans regret" of 9 October 1473
- "Annonce officielle de l’Église Universelle Aristotélicienne – Évêché de Langres" of 12 November 1473
- "Le dogme contre la vérité : Aristote trahi par Rome – Évêché de Langres" of 14 November 1473
- "De l'ouverture du mariage aux prêtres – Évêché de Langres" of 15 November 1473
all necessary criteria for excommunication latae sententiae have been fulfilled since the "Manifeste de rupture" from the 9th of October 1473.
- Therefore, the Sacred College of Cardinals must defrock Pie de Valence and remove him from all his active clerical offices and responses with immediate effect.
- The Sacred College of Cardinals hereby recognise, since the 9th of October 1473, the excommunication latae sententiae of Pie de Valence, who is henceforth listed on the Index Hominum Prohibitorum.
Pie de Valence is hereby stripped of all his ecclesiastical titles, positions, and distinctions within and outside the Pontifical States as well as within the Holy Universal and Roman Aristotelian Church, with immediate effect.
Henceforth, Pie de Valence shall be no Cardinal, no Bishop, no Priest, and no Orthodox of the Holy Universal and Roman Aristotelian Church; he and his writings are to be understood as schismatic and heretic.
Lastly, the Sacred College issues a warning to all the faithful:

Let every faithful soul know that the statements and writings of Pie de Valence constitute false doctrine and lead to eternal damnation.
Let every faithful soul know that whoever follows Pie de Valence is likewise excommunicated latae sententiae and destined to suffer eternally in Hell.
Let every faithful soul be warned that the judgment of God stands in perfect accord with HIS eternal Truth, of which the Holy Universal and Roman Aristotelian Church alone is the guardian, forever.
This decree is to be understood as an executive order to all institutions of the Church to immediately deny Pie de Valence all access, to eliminate his opportunities for agitation and recruitment, to monitor his interactions, and to report them to the appropriate offices of the Roman administration.
This applies universally by decree, but in particular to the French-speaking zone and its Primacy, the AEF, as well as to the Primacy of the CESE, and it shall serve as an order for his listing in the Index by the Pontifical Chancery.
Our solidarity goes out to the French-speaking faithful, and in particular to the dear people of the suffragan diocese of Langres, exploited as a field for heretical experimentation by their own bishop and now suffering from a situation of his own making.
Finally, it should be mentioned that the Church is a Church of mercy and forgiveness. We know that Pie de Valence, under the influence of the nameless creature, causes harm to himself, his fellow human beings and the Holy Church. We deeply regret Pie's current state and assure him that the gates of the Church and the return to divine virtues, as well as the golden path of God, which alone can lead to the Solar Paradise, will always be open to him. Turning away from evil frees the tainted soul and makes it receptive to the grace of forgiveness, for which we are always ready.
