- L'abbandono della casa coniugale da parte di uno dei due coniugi per un periodo superiore a 3 mesi, con divieto di risposarsi per il coniuge colpevole di negligenza coniugale;
- Scomparsa di uno dei due coniugi per più di 3 mesi;
- La perdita della fede di uno dei due coniugi, in particolare in caso di apostasia, scisma o scomunica

Deferimento diretto per scioglimento del matrimonio tra [Rosa_Selvaggia] e [Leonadodavinci]
Noi, [Aerwan], in qualità di Prefetto del Tribunale della Rota Romana,
Considerando la richiesta di scioglimento del sacramento del matrimonio tra [Lunatics] e [Bartolomeo] depositata il 16 novembre 1474,
Considerando la ricevibilità e la pertinenza della suddetta richiesta di scioglimento del sacramento del matrimonio;
Considerando che la questione sollevata non è particolarmente complessa e non richiede indagini per l’istruzione del processo;
Visti i canoni 33, 42, 43 e 44 della Sezione C, Parte IV, Libro IV del Codice di Diritto Canonico;
Deferiamo direttamente al Tribunale della Rota Romana la decisione sulla suddetta richiesta di scioglimento del sacramento del matrimonio;
Designiamo come componenti del Tribunale per il processo noi stesso in qualità di Presidente e gli Uditori [Layla.d.arkana] e [Honoratusz];
Fissiamo la data della prima udienza per il 13 Febbraio 1474, con un termine di 5 giorni dalla data di apertura del processo per la comparizione delle parti;
Incarichiamo il Relatore [Ferecide] di convocare i coniugi e i testimoni al processo, inviando loro una copia di questo provvedimento e indicando il termine di comparizione;
Ricordiamo che, in caso di mancata comparizione entro il termine stabilito, il processo proseguirà in contumacia e che solo entro tale termine le parti potranno presentare una richiesta di ricusazione di uno dei membri designati del Tribunale.

We, [Aerwan], in the capacity of Prefect of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota,
Considering the request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage between [Rosa_Selvaggia] and [Bartolomeo] filed on November 16, 1474,
Considering the admissibility and relevance of the aforementioned request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage;
Considering that the matter raised is not particularly complex and does not require investigations for the instruction of the proceedings;
Having regard to Canons 33, 42, 43 and 44 of Section C, Part IV, Book IV of the Code of Canon Law;
Refer directly to the Tribunal of the Roman Rota the decision on the aforementioned request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage;
Appoint as members of the Tribunal for the proceedings ourselves as President and the Auditors [Layla.d.arkana] and [Honoratusz];
Set the date of the first hearing for February 13, 1474, with a term of 5 days from the date of the opening of the proceedings for the appearance of the parties;
Entrust the Rapporteur [Ferecide] with summoning the spouses and the witnesses to the proceedings, sending them a copy of this provision and indicating the deadline for appearance;
Remind that, in the event of failure to appear within the established term, the proceedings shall continue in absentia and that only within such term may the parties submit a request for recusal of one of the designated members of the Tribunal.
