Rotae Romanae Tribunal
Direct referral for the dissolution of the marriage between [Valentyne] and [Pirata]
We, [Aerwan], in the capacity of Prefect of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota,
Considering the request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage between [Valentyne] and [Pirata] filed on 20 march 1474,
Considering the admissibility and relevance of the aforementioned request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage;
Considering that the matter raised is not particularly complex and does not require investigations for the instruction of the proceedings;
Having regard to Canons 33, 42, 43 and 44 of Section C, Part IV, Book IV of the Code of Canon Law;
Refer directly to the Tribunal of the Roman Rota the decision on the aforementioned request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage;
Appoint as members of the Tribunal for the proceedings ourselves as President and the Auditors [Honoratusz] and [Layla.d.arkana];
Set the date of the first hearing for 05 April , 1474, with a term of 14 days from the date of the opening of the proceedings for the appearance of the parties;
Entrust the Rapporteur [Caleroide] with summoning the spouses and the witnesses to the proceedings, sending them a copy of this provision and indicating the deadline for appearance;
Remind that, in the event of failure to appear within the established term, the proceedings shall continue in absentia and that only within such term may the parties submit a request for recusal of one of the designated members of the Tribunal.

Honourable Judges, we are gathered in this courtroom today to discuss the annulment of the marriage between Ser Edoardo Pirata di Montefeltro and Lady Valentyne.
The petition for annulment was received by our offices from the husband on 20 March 1474, in which he requested the annulment of the marriage contracted on 5 May 1472 and solemnised by His Eminence Pamelita. The request was submitted on the grounds that the bride no longer harbours feelings of love.
The messenger has informed me that the letter was delivered to the ‘monastery’ where the groom is currently staying, but the summons has not yet been opened.
No children were born of the marriage.

Onorevoli giudici oggi siamo in questa aula per discutere dello scioglimento tra Ser Edoardo Pirata di Montefeltro e Dama Valentyne.
La richiesta di scioglimento è pervenuta presso i nostri uffici dallo sposo in data 20 marzo 1474 con la quale richiedeva lo scioglimento del matrimonio contratto in data 5 maggio 1472 celebrato da sua Eminenza Pamelita. La richiesta è stata presentata per la sparizione dei sentimenti amorosi da parte della sposa.
Il messo mi ha informato, che la missiva è stata consegnata al "monastero" dove è attualmente alloggiato lo sposo, ma non risulta essere stata ancora aperta la lettera di convocazione.
Dal matrimonio non è nato nessun figlio.
