The Patriach of Constantinoupole with the observer for the saint office has arrived. The Patriach is already know this place and he cant wait to see his friends and all the holly mens. He thinks that this a very good idea to have an observer here atthe saint office because ou observer will only gain expirience and he has nothing to lose.
