To all who read this, greetings
To our great sadness His High Excellency Sonho de Ligne Carvalho Guimarães, Archbishop of Cologne, decided to lay down his function. To make sure the word of Jah is represented in a right way in the archdiocese of Cologne a need has risen to appoint a new archbishop.
The diocese council of the diocese of Utrecht is looking for a candidate that meets the following requirements:
- Priest and Theologian of the Rooms-Aristotelic Church (Level 3 Churchway, demonstrable ordained as priest according to the registry in Rome);
- Good control of the Dutch language;
- Living in the county of Holland;
- Wiling to travel regularly to appoints pastors;
- Able to fully fulfil the works of an archbishop (available during several hours a week).
De diocese council further finds it recommendable if the candidate in question has the following properties;
- Good control of the English language;
- Demonstrable affinity with the archdiocese of Cologne;
- Earlier experience as a clergyman within the Rooms-Aristotelic Church.
To make sure the succession proceeds as quickly as possible we request candidatures are admitted to the members of the diocese council before the 5th of November of the Jear of the Lord 1458 at 19.00. This council will advice upon the election of an Archbishop of Cologne and then the appointment will take place in the manner prescribed by Rome.

Aan allen die dit lezen, gegroet
Tot onze grote bedroefdheid heeft Zijne Hoogwaardige Excellentie Sonho de Ligne Carvalho Guimarães, Aartsbisschop van Keulen, besloten om zijn functie neer te leggen. Om te zorgen dat het woord van Jah op een juiste wijze vertegenwoordigd is in het aartsbisdom van Keulen is daarom de noodzaak ontstaan om een nieuwe aartsbisschop te benoemen.
De diocesane raad van het bisdom Utrecht is op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:
- Priester en Theoloog van de Rooms-Aristotelische Kerk (Level 3 Kerkweg, aantoonbaar tot priester gewijd volgens de register te Rome);
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
- Woonachtig in het graafschap Holland;
- Bereid om regelmatig te reizen ten behoeve van pastoorsbenoemingen;
- In de gelegenheid om voltijds de werkzaamheden van aartsbisschop uit te voeren (beschikbaar gedurende enkele uren per week).
De diocesane raad acht het verder wenselijk dat de kandidaat in kwestie beschikt over de volgende eigenschappen:
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal;
- Aantoonbare affiniteit met het aartsbisdom van Keulen;
- Eerdere ervaring als geestelijke binnen de Rooms-Aristotelische Kerk.
Opdat de opvolging zo spoedig mogelijk verloopt verzoeken wij om voor 5 november van het Jaar des Herens 1458 om 19.00 uur eventuele kandidaturen kenbaar te maken bij een der leden van de diocesane raad. Deze raad zal vervolgens een advies uitbrengen waarnaar de benoeming van de Aartsbisschop van Keulen verder geschiedt op de door Rome voorgeschreven wijze.
