I have a suggestion for discussion. I noticed that the diocesan armies are at a disadvantage.
The Royal Captain can establish a larger group that can be transformed into an army. But the diocesan constable cannot do that. To create a larger group, he must be a noble.
It is unfair.
In the interest of the URAC church, I suggest asking game admins to give the diocesan constable a chance to establish a larger group. Then the clergy will have the same opportunity to establish an army as well as a king.

If I understood your question correctly, is it about the creation of diocesan armies or groups?

In general, to create an army, it is necessary to create a battalion being noble, then it is transformed or converted into an army, whoever creates it is independent by way of which it leads. Once the army is created for the final authorization, which is through the royal captain (if it is a temporary army) or by the diocesan bailiff (if it is a holy army).

But for that reason, its base creation, you need to have nobility at least 1 time for the option to transform group to army to be activated.

That does not need to be a large group, only the elected commander creates the army and then hiring the troops or joins battalions xxxx to his army.
