To the reasons:
The accomplishments that are essential for the prefecture can be summarized with communication and activity. We have to admit that Mattia Dondi de Falconieri no longer meets this standard and therefore he has to be dismissed from the CDF.
I wish him all the best and God's blessing for his future. I thank him for his work in the service of the CDF.

With immediate effect, We order the appointment of Alecsander Iwanowitsch Orlow [Alecsander] as new Prefect of the Company of Pilgrims of Aristotle:
In this responsibility he has been granted the power of leadership according to the CIC on the recognition and administration of the Company of Pilgrims of Aristotle.
The CDF welcomes him in his new role of leadership and looks forward to working together with him on the effective pillars of our Holy Mother Church.
